I love Hilton Garden Inn and that's why no matter where I am, I seek them first. Beds are always the most comfortable. Rooms are always clean and the staff if very professional.

Very clean and a nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly. The beds were not that comfortable to me but my husband thought they were fine. I will definitely be staying here again.

The Hotel is OK-but I expected better from a Hilton Garden Inn. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed at how overwhelmed the Front Desk Clerk was at check-in, and the young guy had no help. He was nice-but I had 7 people ahead of me-and 2 behind me. Check-in took way too long. Where was the Manager on duty? Why didn't the kid have anyone helping him? He […] stayed professional, but was swamped with customers. When we got to the room, it was your typical Garden Inn-but the bathroom above ours had apparently leaked in the past and whoever "repaired and repainted" the ceiling needs to find a new line of work. The drywall joint was very visible, and the "new" paint covering the repair did not match the old paint on either side of the repair. The old paint was semi-gloss, the "new" was flat. Physically laid out well with a good in and out flow from parking lot to building. Located near good shopping accessible on foot from hotel. Front desk personnel very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a stress free nite which is what we wanted. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Got a good sleep that anyone could being in a strange place. Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

We needed special services that the staff assisted us with, with smiles. The late checkout gave us the time to complete my husband's hemodialysis treatment with no extra cost. Thank you for that.

Was in town for funeral. Staff was eager to please. Made my mother, son and I feel welcome everytime we walked through the lobby. Money very well spent. Pool is fantastic, breakfast was great but wish it was free! Not crazy about the pillows...Other than that, I would highly recommend. I would stay again.

Used this hotel as a night stop over from Atlanta to Orland and could not have picked a better choice. Around 3 miles or so off the main I-75 and under 100 Miles south from Atlanta. On arrival first impression was that it looked better than seen in the photo's which was a real bonus. I have family close to this hotel and have always stayed at another nearby hotel for years. My last stay I was disappointed with the other establishment and decided to try something new. The Hilton Garden Inn was a pleasant surprise and at a lower rate than many nearby competitors!! My flight arrived early, we inquired if the hotel has early check in, we were told yes but she doesn't know if rooms are ready so to come back in a few hours. Instead of her checking to see if there was available rooms. Not customer friendly at all.
