The hotels is very close to the metro which was nice but they only offer breakfast, the bar is very small--its actually just a beer or wine poured by the fron desk staff and the hotel was loud! I was awaken three times to mechanical sounds....not a bad fit overall for the price and the location to the metro.

Very clean hotel, with vey nice staff, in a good location, would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very good, located in a calm back street, easy to find and is within walking distance of Metro at Schuman and many EU premises. Nice park nearby. Comfortable but rather small rooms, recently decorated and in excellent condition, bathrooms very nice! Regrettably the lift was being refurbished, so I had to climb the stairs to get to my room. […] Glad that I was only on 2nd floor! Great price for such a hotel in the middle of the European district in Brussels

Location very convenient for EC. Very comfortable. But get your breakfast in one of the many cafes nearby as they charge 22 euros for the privalege and don't advertise the fact. Doesn't leave one with a good impression.

Excellent bed, everything was clean and the reception guys gave me a map and clear instructions how to reach everything I needed.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was not friendly and the room was dirty and looked as if it hadn't been serviced in some time.

In European district, so need to take metro to get to main sights. Breakfast prices were ridiculously high! very clean, comfortable. Had a tub :)

Great Location. This hotel is close to Airport Bus Service and the Schuman Metro Stop. Grocery store and restaurants at a small square within 5 minutes walking. We stayed 4 nights and used it to visit Brussels, Bruges, and Amsterdam. Great location to travel from and the bus to and from the airport is 3 euros and 30 minutes with the stop two blocks […] away. Unfortunately, we would leave at 6am and come back at 9 or 10pm and would find that our room had not been cleaned properly. Not vacuumed, desk not wiped down, trash not taken out. Coffee fixings never replaced even after we specifically requested. We didn't mind the first time, but it became irksome and we ended up buying Nescafe instant coffee and giving up on expecting the room to be clean when we returned each night. this hotel was great. The walk to down town was a bit long with a one year old, but we knew it would be when booking. Price was great and the room was large and airconditioned. A few blocks away from a great area for fine dining, take away, casual and outdoor eating. The breakfast was a little steep and not worth it. This was the only thing I did not […] agree with. Better to go down the street to a cafe or bring your own. Easy to drive to and not far from the airport. Mehr

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Breakfast was ok. The main problems were : the elevators were painfully slow and it took forever to get in and out of the rooms. The TV in the room did not work, and the staff did not respond promptly to this. The bathrooms did not contain the usual bath soap and shampoo provided at most hotels.

We were in Brussels on a family vacation with two young boys for 4 nights. The hotel overall was nice. Good service, was clean and modern. The breakfast was decent and the room set up with a pull out couch worked well for our family. Only complaint is that the location of the hotel is a bit away from the main sites of Brussels. Not a big deal because […] its a two minute walk to the metro from the hotel, but still not a place you can walk out of and stroll to the Grand Place or other main attractions downtown. In fact, the neighborhood around the hotel is basically dead after 8:00 PM as it mainly caters to the EU parliment offices around it. This was actually welcome by us because it allowed us to go to bed with the kids at 9:00 and not worry about nightlife noises keeping them up. My only real complaint is the lack of free or reasonably priced internet. You can get Wi-Fi in your room for 12.99 Euro a day, which seems pretty high----especially since "a day" is until midnight, not 24 hours. The 8 Euro bottle of water also seemed excessive, but a helpful employee pointed me to a quaint corner store near the hotel where I was able to buy the same water for 1 Euro. Cutlery and cups are placed on tables during breakfast. Ideally these should be placed next to food on the buffet table as I have noticed that everbody kept looking for the same things next to the food items.

Clost to EU parlament and Schuman Metro station. Good comfy hotel that suited my stay perfecly as our office was around the corner. Comfortable modern rooms, I highly recommend it.

Orden de Preferencia: 1º Sofitel Place Jourdan, 2º Radisson Blu, 3º Holiday Inn, 4º Silken Berlaymont. Sobre Holiday Inn: Muy buena limpieza, e instalaciones de calefacción y agua caliente. Cama muy cómoda. Desayuno buffet deficiente (sobre todo a partir de las 8:30h). Me repele pagar 4€ por una botellita de agua. Ubicación del hotel muy buena si vas […] a la Comisión. Mehr

Мы останавливались в этом отеле в начале февраля и он нам очень понравился. 1. Он удобно расположен, рядом станция метро, красивый большой парк, здание еврокомиссии, симпатичные улочки 2. Очень удобный и чистый номер, вежливый персонал, остались только позитивные эмоции Ничего плохого не могу сказать. Рекомендуем! Très bon hotel. Une chambre pour 4 personne avec un grand lit et u canapé lit qui s'avère un peu juste pour 4 adultes mais conviendra pour des parents et leurs enfants

Hotellet er velplaveret i forhold til EUs institutioner og derfor meget egnet til overnatning i forbindelse med mødeaktivitetet - let adgang til offentlige transportmidler.

Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont confortables, et il est situé à environ 10 minutes du centre ville en métro.

Horrible service! Not only you pay 10 Euros for WIFI service but they didn't have available codes to sell all evening. I could not get my work done. The reception staff was useless and did not have any solution to propose. No one apologized or anything....

中心部のグランプラスには少し遠いものの、交通の便利な場所にあり、ちょっとした買い物も近くで出来るので快適でした。レンタカーでしたので駐車料金が高いのと駐車スペースが狭いのが難点かな。

We stayed at Holiday Inn Brussels Schuman for two nights.The hotel facities were good Holiday in quality but can`t say same about the sevice. The service was sometimes rude and not welcoming. We had booked a non smoking stadard room, but somebody had obviously smoked in the room just previously. We complained about this issue but the staff responded […] by saying that the hotel was fully booked because of the New Year. No apologises for that our romantic holiday more or less ruined, no bottles of Champagne or any compensation. I though that Holiday Inn would have some standards but obviously not. I won´t be staying in Holiday Inn nex time. Mehr

Nous sommes très contents de la chambre familiale que nous avons occupé pendant notre séjour, elle était spacieuse, avec kitchenette et micro-ondes à disposition.Par contre la moquette était tâchée et les rideaux s'éffilochent,c'est un peu vieillissant.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est formidable, l'accueil est très satisfaisant.La nuit on entend quand […] même beaucoup les bruits,il faut prendre la voiture ou le métro pour visiter la ville,le centre n'est pas à proximité.Le rapport qualité prix est satisfaisant. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, we were two adults and two kids, and had two rooms with big beds - perfect! There was even a small kitchen, where you can cook a meal. The aircon in the masterbedroom was quit noisy, but also easy to turn of.. The area the hotel is in is quite "dead" - mostly offices, but only a 10 minute […] walk away is a very nice little area with loads of restaurants and cafes, something for everyone. I think the only thing we had to "complain" about was that the WiFi cost €12 - we thought it'd be free in a hotel chain of the size of Holiday Inn ;o) Mehr

Rent och snyggt hotell. 9 våningar högt men endast en hiss vilket medför kö vid hissen om man bor på lägre våningarna. Frukostmatsalen Bra.Nära till flygbussen (nr12 och 21) samt lika nära till Metron.
