Costa Baja Condo Hotel - Ensenada

It was a disappointment because the pool was under construction. Only part of the jacuzzi worked only. It was noisy, very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, and the room was not worth what we paid.

The room was pretty decent for it being in Mexico. I dont expect it to be like hotels in the US and it did serve its puprose even though I think I opver paid for this room. The only real complaint I had was there was no water in the pool. I understand its still winter but mexico is always still warm. Also there was no parking space for my car that was […] no bueno. The resteraunt in the hotel was not very good pricy and they add there tip on there. Other than that We were satisfied. Mehr

Hotel very easy to find, but the room was not clean enough. I try to change the room, but clerk state that all room were in same conditions. I don't recommend this Hotel, but there're other on the proximity that seems better.

there was roches, the room had a bad smell, towels were dirty and stained, the service was not pleasant.

I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and this hotel is no exception. Good bang for your buck, good area. Parking space however is as small as it gets. You literally need a compact or a smart car to maneuver yourself through the tight space and only fits about twenty cars at best. I had to pay the security guard to keep an eye on my vehicle […] that I parked across the street. All in all would I get this hotel again? NO, I’ll check out other options. Mehr

Great service in restaurant and bar. Beds are a little small but for the price it is acceptable. I would stay there again if on budget.

Honestly it was not what we had expected. the hotel DID NOT look anything like the pictures posted!

the bathtub didnt drian well,pillows were hard so was the bed

right off the main road into the tourist zone along the harbor, free parking, restaurant & bar on location, Great service, nice pool area. Good hotel for the price, was happy for what I paid for.

Some friends and I checked in the hotel late in the day. Everything went smoothly and the hotel was great. The view was not a beautiful beach view but it did not need to be. The experience we had there was great. The staff was spectacular and very helpful. The pool and spa are also wonderful and the staff let me use it way after hours as long as we […] didn't make too much noise. Great trip, great hotel. Mehr

The hotel is close to the downtown area but it is recommended to drive or to take a taxi, since walking would take long. The room is pretty basic, it has cable, and an A/C unit which was pretty noisy. The beds were ok but kind of old so don't expect any comfort. A QUE HOTEL SE LE OCURRE DARLE MANTENIMIENTO A LA ALBERCA EN PLENA SEMANA DE VACACIONES DE SEMANA SANTA.... !!!!TENIENDO TODO EL INVIERNO!!!

Requiere que se revisen las instalaciones electricas de los cuartos ya que el foco del bano no encendia. Los puntos de mejora son: 1. Estacionamiento mas amplio 2. Cerradura de puerta que no se asegure sola al cerrarse, es muy incomodo el estar cargando las llaves todo el tiempo para no quedarse afuera. 3. podrian colocarse una mesita en balcones para […] disfrutar la vista fuera del cuarto. 4. la hora del check-in deberia ser mas temprano, a las 2 PM seria mas adecuada, de preferencia a la 1:00 PM Mehr

Invite a otros amigos a hospedarse en ese hotal, ya que en las fotos que estan en internet se miraba bien pero cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta de lo deteriorado que esta, las camas muy incomodas, las alfombras muy sucias, se nota que no invierten en el mantenimiento del hotel y en general mi familia y mis amigos quedaron insatisfechos.

Deben mejorar el servicio, a la gente no le importa si uno se siente bien o no

Como dice el título, el hotel está para una emergencia pero no para planear una estancia agradable y cómoda en Ensenada, creo que hay muchas mejores opciones por el mismo precio o acaso unos cuántos dólares más.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero creo que pudiera sugerirse un mayor mantenimiento en las instalaciones en general, los empleados muy atentos.

No recomendable ya que no cuenta con ninguna comodidad, las habitaciones son sucias, viejas y muy feas. me dio desconfianza taparme con las cobijas porque se veian sucias, el baño y en si todas las areas de la habitacion. Definitivamente no vuelvo a este Hoteles.

SABANAS Y TOALLAS MUY PERCUDIDAS Y VIEJAS.LAS ALMOADAS MUY BOLUDAS. LA HABITACION QUE NOS ASIGNARON NO TENIA NINGUN TIPO DE VISTA. ESTOY MUY INCONFORME CON EL HOTEL.

El Hotel esta en una muy buena ubicacion, lastima que el estacionamiento es insuficiente para el numero de habitaciones con las que cuenta, ademas las instalaciones presentan un gran deterioro. El dueño es la persona mas despota que he encontrado en mi vida es un Americano que piensa que puede venir a Mexico a hacer lo que le parezca, salio gritando […] que moviera mi automovil y lo dejara estacionado a 1 cuadra del lugar y que si no me parecia que abandonara el hotel, tratandonos como si fuera el mejor o el unico del lugar, ni si quiera tuvo la amabilidad de hablarme en mi propio idioma como deberia de ser. Es la ultima vez que utilizo esas instalaciones. La verdad quede extremadamente insatisfecho con mi estadia en el lugar. Mehr

Excellent food at the restaurant but the hotel is becoming old, the air conditioning did not worked and the cleaning is not the best. With a little bit of investment, it could be a nice hotel.
