Quality Inn And Suites - Myerstown

The bathroom only had a shower stall with a concrete floor that was all broken apart. The baseboard heating in the bathroom was all rusty. The toilet was very stained and a rubber plunger stood next to the toilet. I've had better accommodation camping.

Room was very small with outdated furniture. Coffee maker was dity and needs to be replaced. A very small shower, no bathtub in the bathroom. The few workers I had talked too were very nice and helpful. There are other hotels in the area. I won't go back there.

My recent stay at the Quality Inn wasn't the best. This was an older hotel, the doors leading the the balcony had paint chipping off of them, the Tv wasn't a good one...the color was messed up and it had no refrigerator in the room. The beds were not very comfortable. I spent only one night in this area but the next time I will call the Holiday Inn […] Express ....It was closer and more modern. Mehr

The Hoel servicrs were Great. Great Breakfast at the restaraunt. Hotel is older and needs renovation badly. Windows in hallway did not close and were in dis repair. My room was the size of a micro tel. The business center could use a light by the computer so you can read data you are entering. Hallways were dimly lit. The door locks were still metal […] keys.Haven't had one of those in years. House keeping forgot soap and shampoo in my room and I heard others at the desk requestint the same things as well as towels. My room also bordered on the highway and was very hard to get some sleep with the trucks running by all night. Mehr

Already knew the location was perfect for our visit. i had read the reviews and heard "caution" from a friend. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was plenty hot enough, but with not enough pressure. The electronic key never worked, however the "regular" key to the "back" door was sufficient.

Staff was very polite and helpful, Very disappointed in the condition of the room. Beds were clean, however furniture had not been dusted and the bathroom smelled like urine. We had to call the staff and ask them to clean which helped but we had to have t hem come back again a second time as it still smelled. Water pressure was very low. Overall, the hotel was what I expected for the money, however, I am not a fan of crawling into a bed late at night to find dirty sheets!!! Knowing that I had to get up early, I didn't want to bother with the staff coming in to change my sheets, so I simply slept on my own blankets.

The area is very quiet and nice. The hotel needs some updates. The door to the room had a hole going through it from a deadbolt being changed. The hole was covered with a piece of paper. It was clean and the price was good. We will stay there again if we ever go back to that area.

Hotel wasn't bad for the rate.

I do not recommend staying in the smoking rooms...it definitely smelled like an ashtray. Our friends stayed in the same kind of room just non-smoking and it was a lot nicer and a LOT bigger than ours was. The shower was gross and to have semi warm water you had to have a dribble of water coming out of the shower head. The guy that checked us in was […] in such a rush to get us out of there that he didnt give us the right key, and they have coupons which would have been nice to the Lounge that was connected but he gave us 4 of the same coupons which was for drinks where our friends got 2 for breakfast, 2 dinner, and 2 for desserts and or drinks. Our room was not very clean when we checked in and it took them 2 hours for someone to come and clean the room. When checking out the lady didnt ask how our stay was she just took our keys and turned around...no thank you for staying or how was your stay or safe trip home or nothing! At check-in I actually got upgraded to a non-smoking room. The room was very nice. Only downside was that Wifi works at the front desk.. The continental breakfast needs more than donuts. Fruit and cereal and bagels would be good additions. Overall good night stay.

I was going to a friends place and I chose this location because of its location. It was a mile from my destination and very convienient. I did enjoy the free continental breakfast and the quietness of the area.
