Room and whole Hotel were small but filled with everything you need and 100% clean, same with the bathroom which was measured by the bed-room very big and comfortable too. AirCondition was temperature automated and disengageable. Room was quiet till 8am when the other guests woke up ,)... Personal was friendly and had a good knowledge of the surrounding […] area. Locaion of the Hotel was great. 5min from Ground-Zero, Wallst., BrooklynBrdg. and 2min from metro. W-LAN in the room was free, fast and reliable . I would sleep there again! Mehr

Das Hotel ist für New Yorker Verhälnisse sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Räume sind eher klein, aber super sauber mit einem gehobenen Standard. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt im Financial District zwischen Wall Street und World Trade Center Side - mit guten Subwayanbindungen. Toller Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden von New York.

Wir waren über Ostern in New York und nutzten nun das Hotel zum zweitenmal. Hotel ist nahe eine U-Bahn Knotenpunkt was das Erkunden von New York markant vereinfacht. Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Gutes Hotel mit unterschiedlichen Metrostation in der nähe um New York zu erforschen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe verschiedenen Metro-Linien mitten im Financial District - gute Gegend mit diversen Essensmöglichkeiten, man ist schnell in am Times Square etc. Kleines gemütliches und sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Der Preis ist absolut fair. Ground Zero ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Hafen und […] diverse Regierungsgebäude sind nicht weit. Wenn wir wieder nach NY fahren, werden wir sicher wieder dieses Hotel nehmen. Mehr

Hotel was on the smaller side from our various experiences of NYC hotels. The bathroom door was designed JUST enough so that it cleared the toilet so you could close the door, but that left you with only a small space between the sink and toilet to stand in unless you climbed on top of the toilet. We only stayed for one night, so it had the basics that we needed, but for the price we paid, there are much better options. Easy access to a subway station. Two stops away from the china town canal and little Italy. Walking distance to world trade center. Hotel staff gave us lots of extra blankets when I asked for them-- disappointed that they could not give me double beds when I requested them and that the room was cramped and smelled weird. Nice prints on walls, nice bathroom, but the room was very small. I expected that, but the furniture should be rearranged so it's not so hard to get between bed and desk chair. Also, the outside of the window was dirty, so I left the shade down.

The hotel has a good connection to all major subway line which makes it very convenient for exploring NY

Hotel located in a corner surrounded by much taller buildings, so dark shadows instead of sunshine is what you see when you walk out the front lobby. The rooms were so small, difficult for two people to walk around at the same time. Bathroom so small, when opening the bathroom door, the edge of the door barely clears the edge of the toilet bowel. The […] carpets are stained and a slight odor was detected. We arrived at around 10PM in the evening only to be met with piles of garbage bags blocking the front entrance; shouldn't be the place to store garbage for trash pickup. I was so dissapointed that I check out after spending only one of three planned nights there. Mnager, Lori, refused to give a refund because we didn't complain before we checked out early even though my wife lodged a formal complaint after hearing of this lame excuse to refuse our request for a refund. The fact that we were very dissatisfied with the Hotel, it's location, it's rooms, AND we had unused days after checking out early would lead one to believe that any legitimate business would gladly issue a refund because the customer was not satisfied and gave the reasons for their dissatisfaction. However this Hotel chose to cower behind a technicality to refuse our request for a refund. Only words come to mind are cheap and low class. Very Dissapointed. Mehr

If you need more than a place to sleep, perhaps not the right choice, but to sleep and shower...great location

First time to New York. First of all the hotel was very old. Watch out for those nice pictures posted online. I recommed to view and inspect before you book only if you can afford to do so. The staff seemed friendly at first but when they seen we had problems with our reservation they kinda started getting unfriendly.its always best to treat people […] with respect because you never know who that person is or know. We tried checking in early. They got us a room early. It was not the room hotel.com booked me for. We contacted them and they contacted the hotel directly. We spoke to the hotel and they were like ok what you want us to do. They said we have a roll out. If you want a double bed you have to pay the full price. Only if they knew why I was in town. I could have paid for 10 rooms. The manager became unfriendly stating ok can we get your phone number and we will give you a call when the room is ready. That was a sorta get out the lobby. They never called us back to inform us the room was ready. I would never recommend this hotel to know one. Mehr

This was the first hotel I have been in over several decades that HAD NO SHOWER CURTAIN! I had to take a shower quickly and that resulted in a big puddle. I went down to the front desk on my way out and told them what had happened. When I returned later that night I found the towels I had thrown down to absorb some of the water still in the same place […] although somebody had put up a curtain in the meantime. Our first stay in Lower Manhattan and we were thrilled with how close it was to major sites. Wall Street, the World Trade Center site, Little Italy/Chinatown, etc. It was great. We were close enough that with a pair of tennis shoes, we walked basically from the bottom of the island to Soho. Brooklyn is reachable by foot as well. if you want to change the taste, to downtown around wall street, not upper east of mid town, it could be a choice.

This is a no-frills place. Just a room to rest your body at the end of the day. It is what you get for the price. Couple of pizza places nearby for food and easy walking distance to anything in the Financial District. I wouldn't stay here for any more than one, or at most, two nights

I was in town for seminars on Wall Street and found this hotel to have a fantastic location, easy walking distance to my meetings, very friendly front office staff, Michael .. great job, clean room, quiet area, room was a little small but I wasn't in it much. easy access to subway on Fulton Street, restaurants in hotel and many more close by.

If you are contemplating going to a ticker tape parade down the Canyon of Champions, I highly recommend this location. The hotel is pretty standard and the staff was not so great, but the room was clean and quiet and the location to the parade route was very convenient.

The hotel was exactly where we wanted to be for the NY Giants Superbowl Parade. We went in the night before the parade. We were able to get a late checkout which was perfect. The surrounding area had a lot of things to offer plus alot of quick food places for when you want something quick.

Very clean and convenient place to stay in financial district

When I arrived at the hotel, they changed me from a double bed room to a king size, the problem, they did not have any other rooms, and a business associate and me had to share the bed.

Was well situated. Directly across from where my conference was being held. Not a great location in terms of restaurants or night life. It pretty much shuts down after 5pm. Hard to get a taxi. The staff was friendly, but slow to get things done. I didn't have a shower curtain for 2 days. The on site restaurant wasn't that great.

Very good service, very good locations, surrounded by very good food!

Nice hotell, close to some shopping in the area, take subway to Soho for shopping and walk all the way down, when you are at china town its onley 15-20 min left to the hotell, Dont include"brekfast" when you oder the hotel, they give you only a voucher on 20 $ for each room, (even if you are 4 persons in the room) to dine for at the Federal Cafe, and […] there is no way that you can be satisfide for 20$ we where 3 person at Federal cafe eatch morning and had to pay an extra 15-20$, even if we includet brekfast when we odred the hotel...:-(( Mehr

This hotel was great for it's location to Wall St. Broadway shopping, etc. But the rooms, albeit clean, were VERY SMALL.

Very short walking distance from City Hall to Statue ferry, and green, red, and blue subway lines.

My family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Location and service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Would stay again.

If you want to be in lower Manhattan or have to be near Wall Street for work, this is a great little hotel. Very small, but the rooms are super clean (cleaner than most 3-4 star hotels I've stayed at in Manhattan). It also has a small bar and restaurant, which is convenient for business travelers. Convenient location - walking distant to World Trade Center memorial, and to the subway. The rooms were nice, clean, but small. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
