Staff was great as well as the room. The breakfasts looked and tasted very good. Free in room wi-fi also a plus.

The room was emaculate and the staff very helpful and friendly. If you are ever in the Granbury area, this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

Stayed there while we were in town visiting family over new years. The staff was very friendly, going out if there way to assist my kids for breakfast. The breakfast was good, different choices everyday. Defiantly will stay again!!

The hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. They staff was very courteous and helpful for those of new in the area. My room was exceptionally clean and the hotel was ready to assist with my every need. Thank you so much.

I travelled to Granbury Texas over Thanksgiving to visit family. My wife stayed home with our baby boys so I was left to fend for myself and take care of our three year old twin girls. I chose the hotel based on its low cost and location. With four kids I'm always trying to save money so I was pleasantly surprised to discover the hotel was well kept, […] clean, comfortable, organized and friendly. However, the best part was the friendly staff. I'm sure some of it was because I was a dad on my own with two precious little girls but every single member of the hotel staff went out of their way to help out. They even went so far as to help me tie the girls hairs into ponytails every morning. They turned what could have been a trying experience for a father on his own (temporarily) into one of the most pleasant trips I've ever had. Thx!!!! Mehr

Great hotel to stay at. Will definatly choose it again.

Our stay was fine. The one thing I would like to comment on is that my niece stayed at this hotel for the same time period. The evening manager was rude to my niece. She had asked for a non smoking room the room was a smoking room. My niece commented that she might sleep in another room with another relative but didn't cancel her reservation for her […] room. She had paid in advance for the room. The evening manager took it upon herself to remove the TV from my nieces room and give it to another guest who's TV was not working. When she used her pass key to enter the room to take the TV she didn't secure the room door and left it open even though my nieces suitcase and clothes were in the room. The manager didn't try to contact my niece to see if it was OK to take the TV nor did she try to make the situation any better when my niece confronted her with this issue. The manger said "you said you might not sleep in the room so I thought it was ok to take the TV". My niece has been trying to get a manager to contact her since Sunday when she checked out. I personnally was present during one of the confrontations with the manager and my niece. The manger was very rude and didn't want to listen to my niece's concerns about her room being left open with her stuff in the room and the TV havig been removed. For this reason I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Mehr

I had to find a hotel rather quickly b/c my son was starting back to college in Stepgrehenville, TX. This hotel had good reviews & was recommended by the representative at the 1-800 #. I was pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness & price. The room was cool & that say's alot b/c the heat in Texas is on a level all it's own. The overall stay was great […] & the bed's were very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty as well! I would go back again if I had the choice. Mehr

My entire family stayed from thurs until monday and we couldnt stop talking about the service at your hotel...Every single person we can in contact with there was so welcoming and pleasant it really made our entier trip WONDERFUL... Very nice hotel (better than a 2 star as it states). Awesome southern hospitality, very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Will stay again!

We checked in late but the person behind the counter addressed me by first name and checked me in quickly. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was fine and he staff was more than helpful. This is the first hotel where the staff actually helped during breakfast. The stay was enjoyable and I just booked another night's stay. Will recommend.

We were in Granbury, TX for the 4th of July! AWESOME...FULL BREAKFAST...WILL STAY AT THEIR CHAINS ALL OF THE TIME. A 5 STAR HOTEL!

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The breakfast was a little different each morning, the pool and spa were clean and warm along with the employees being the same.

We live down in Houston and have family up in Granbury. We have stayed in this hotel two or three times now and it is truly becoming home away from home. The staff our excellent, alert, and attentive. They are very knowledgeable and want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. The rooms are large and clean. Plenty of space for our two year old to […] spread out and play. The breakfast in the morning has a good variety and is served for a good amount of time. The staff are always on top of it. Making sure to refill trays and keep things clean and warm. The pool is always clean and inside so you can swim no matter what time you go for a visit. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Granbury. It's also a quick drive to the square or lake. Mehr

This hotel is fairly new around 5-6yrs old.It is clean comfortable and the staff quite friendly and helpful.It served up a full breakfast every morning.For the price highly recommend.Would definitely stay here again.

The Baymont Inn and Suites in Granbury is a very nice, cleand and accessable facility. Staff was very nice - everything was great. I've stayed in other places in Granbury before, and other places are nice as well, but, if you're looking for a clean place and you don't have to have a "Water Front" view, this is it!!

This is a nice clean hotel. Staff is frendly and helpfull. The only problem we had was that they had 4 small square pillows instead of regular pillows on bed. Those are good for decorations but not to sleep on. We asked for regular pillows and were told by the staff at lobby that they switched to these pillows because the regular ones were keep getting […] stollen. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good - waffles, muffins, cereal, as well as bacon, eggs, and breakfast burritos. We were super impresses and would certainly book this hotel again!

Upon arival there was a line of angry people. Several rooms had been over booked. The pool was over ran by young kids that were not supervised. They allow alcohol in the pool area. Adults were drunk while small children ran around unattended. It was obvious that rooms were over capacity with several people piling u in a small room. Noise level was […] terrible. And also a yappy dog was in the neighboring room. It barked day and night and you could smell wet dog and feces from the room. The rooms were comfortable and clean. But the employment is poor and they do not enforce capasity rules. Mehr
