They have the best manager ever Mr. Maaezam helped me a lot because I requested an interconnected room but I was given a side to side room but he promised that the next day I will be given an interconnected room and he stuck to his promise I was really happy with him. The hotel is perfect for families with little kids. The location is perfect so close […] to Mall of Emirates and a walking distance to the metro. The breakfast was delisious. The only downside was that the hotel had 2 taps and not a one mixer tap so you have to adjust the water especially for the kids and I found that inconvenient but overall I had a blast there and I will go back there again inshalla. Great hotel, excellent value, excellent staff !!

This hotel is a good option for travellers who don't want to spend all their budget on accommodation. We had a spacious room with good facilities. The service was very good; we could check in early after an overnight flight. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates and also from a metro stop. You do need to use taxis to get to the […] beach, Palm, Marina, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Creek but they are very cheap in comparison to UK prices. Arrived 4am in the morning very tired the staff were very friendly & helpful had an upgrade to a bery nice suite... The hotel is in a great location ideal for Mall of Arrived at 4am very tired had an upgrade to a suite which was a nice suprise all the staff were very helpful and friendly A great hotel in a very good spot close to mall of the Emirates […] and Jumerah beach hotel.. I rang front desk & room service at all hours and nothing was ever too much to ask for The pool on the top floor was very nice and private.gym was a bonus too with helpful staff all towels were provided. Great location as inbetwen Dubai and Abu Dhabi - whilst in Dubai. Next door to one of the best malls in town and has a good gym and roof top pool. Always use this hotel when in on business as excelent value as well.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Free Underground Parking was a Bonus. The Hotel Lobby was well maintained, but there was smoking allowed in the Hotel, so that was a bit bothersome. Overall it was very good value for the money.

I would rate this 3/5 stars overall. Fine as a business hotel but not really the right hotel if visting Dubai as a toursit/for pleasure as it is situated next to a busy road and metro line so there is a lot of noise from both of these and not pleasent surrondings.

the room is small but comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the hotel. Great location with the Emirates Mall directly next door. The only minor downside was that there were 3 of us in the room (2 adults, one child). The 2 beds were fine for 1 person each but a little cramped for 2 of us!! Would stay here again. Great rooftop swimming pool with views across the city. One of our best hotel stays. Ideally located (right next to Mall of the Emirates and with a great view of the Burj al Arab from the pool, gym and terrace), this hotel was impeccably clean, with very friendly service, Very fair rate. I highly recommended.

Internet is not included as is implied on the website. There is a substantial hourly or daily fee. Otherwise the hotel is as expected 4 star, but not really aspiring to be 5 star as some reviewers said. Our room is quite spacious and is part of a suite of 2 adjoining rooms. That is not a problem except our next door occupant turned on his TV loudly […] at 6 am every morning and which is quite audible through the doors. We did not complain as it was our last days there but the sound proofing needs to be improved. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates which is the main reason we chose it, but there are other hotels within a similar or closer distance. We probably won't stay there again. Overall good hotel. Not in the main tourist area but it is a few blocks walk to Mall of Emirates where Ski Dubai is located. And taxi to most areas will be between USD5 - USD10. Initially I thought the hotel to be a little away from the area I wanted - World Trade Centre etc. The day following check in I realised just how convnient Al Barsha is. The hotel gym and pool were excellent considering the space. Food choice was perfect and the Mall of the Emirates is a 5 minute walk for those that must shop....

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly people, great price, great service.

This hotel is quite a value, especially when you have access to the Hilton Beach Club on the Persian Gulf for a nominal additional fee. Food was of extremely high quality too.

Grymt prisvärt hotell som ligger 5 minuters promenad från Mall of Emirates, 10 min med taxi till vackra Soux Madinat och Dubai Marina. Vi upplevde hotellets geografiska läge som perfekt då det var ungefär lika långt till alla delar av staden. Personalen och servicen var perfekt precis som renligheten både på rum och allmänna ytor. Gratis WI-FI i lobbyn […] men inte på rummen. Vi bodde dock på 3:e våningen och vi hade bra mottagning på våra iPads/iphones ändå från Lobby-Wifi. Frukosten var också till vår belåtenhet, precis som hotellets sju egna restauranger och barer. Summa sumarum, jättebra hotell för dom pengarna i Dubai! Rekommenderas varmt. Mehr

La zona non e' bellissima ma in 4 minuti a piedi sei al Mall of Emirates. In auto equidistante da Marina e Deira. Prezzo/Qualita' : rapporto ottimo. Breakfast super!! Se non ami lo sfarzo ed i top comfort l'hotel e' da prendere in considerazione.

Hotellet ligger 5 min gang fra metro og Mall of the Emirate. Der er ikke meget i området af hotellet ud over Mall of the Emirates, men nem adgang med taxa eller metro mange seværdigheder. Billig thai restaurant, meget små men dog ellers gode værelser. Hyggelig tagterrece med bar og pool samt flot udsigt til sejlet.

Centraal gelegen voor een bezoek aan Dubai. Op loopafstand van een metrostation, de indoorski en de Mall of Emirates. Prima kamers met goede bedden, qua prijs /kwaliteit zeker een aanrader. Wat afstandelijk personeel maar wel behulpzaam zonodig.

There was a bad smell in the room, probably from dampness. The humidity in the room was also quite exceptional. The Hotel had a friendly staff but I chose it for the nice gym. Location next to Mall of Emirates is good (5mins by foot). Breakfast was nice, but quite expensive. All in all, a good hotel but far from excellent.
