Holiday Inn Express & Suites Reno - Reno

Beim Einchecken fragte ich nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in der obersten Etage. Der junge Mann am Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich, aber doch korrekt. Das Zimmer war dann im obersten Stock, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Von ihm bekamen wir auch eine Tube Zahnpasta die uns ausgegangen war. Everything I look for in a hotel...Clean, Quiet, Comfortable awesome staff super helpful.Glad I picked them.

My kids and wife are fully satisfied. The hotel met my kids' requirements which are indoor swimming pool and wifi and my wife's requirements which are breakfast and easy access to ski resort. I changed the reservation at last minute without any trouble. I am highly recommend this hotel.

I travel and stay in motels throughout the west and found this to be a very nice friendly and clean hotel. It was close to the airport and yet quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location to the Reno Airport. We needed an overnight stay and were satisfied with the comfort of the room and cleanliness of the hotel. We arrived at 10:45 pm, and their shuttle stops at 10 pm. We took a taxi to the hotel, and front desk re-imbursed us for the fare we paid!! Breakfast in the morning was well-stocked and fresh. Good choices, not […] just carbs!! Thank you for a great stay! The shuttle was not easy to coordinate-Requested 2 queen beds-only king was avaiable-our fire alarm was beeping at 3:30A and there was no one to assist- an hour later he suggested to move to another room. went to gym, if 2 people are on treadmills, it blows a fuse. No manager follow up to any concerns. The breakfast was nice

Very clean, breakfast was great, staff very friendly.

Everything here was sufficient except for the showers which had a regulator which would only let them get slightly hotter than luke warm. Also the breakfast ha powdered eggs, yum.

Room with refrigerator was nice as was the pool area. Bed was alittle hard, but the room was very good overall. The free breakfast was adequate. the eggs weren't very good, but there was plenty of other healthy things to eat.

We booked this relatively new hotel at the last minute to go to the Chicken Wing cook-off in downtown Reno over the 4th of July weekend. Breakfast was fine (scrambled eggs from, I think, a powdered mix...passable), waffles, apples & bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal packets, and all the usual pastries, toast, coffee, tea, etc. Really not […] bad, and it was free, so no complaints. The fresh hot cookies provided daily from 4 to 7 PM were wonderful. Room was nice, flat screen HD TV, fridge, coffeemaker; no tub, but walk-in shower. Good King-sized bed with nice linens, which is a biggy for me. We had a corner room, away from the elevators, so there was very little noise at night. And you're far enough away from other hotels and businesses that traffic noise was never a problem. We would stay here again if driving. The hotel said they do provide a shuttle to downtown, starting at 4PM. Mehr

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. It is located right by the freeway and even though there is significant noise from the freeway you can't hear it in the rooms. The room heater/ac is loud when it turns on. I specifically booked at this hotel so that we could use the indoor pool and when we got there the pool was drained because […] they were resurfacing it, so I was very disappointed that we had nothing to do during our stay in Reno. The coffee down in the lobby was great and always hot and fresh. Other than the pool thing I was pleased with my stay. Mehr

The employees at this hotel were great and very helpfull,the Hotel is clean and is close to main freeways to get you to where ever you want to go in Reno. Great Hotel..

I was billed from Hotel.com and the hotel both. Harder than I thought it should be to get it fixed.

The hotel was super clean and decorated nicely. Great continental breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family stayed here overnight on a road trip. This hotel was a good value and a nice place to stay. It was not a fancy hotel but was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. It was close to the freeway exit but the neighborhood was not great - light industrial. Had to drive a ways to find resturants and shopping.
