Hotel is nice and close to area attractions on Clifton Hill. A short walk to the Falls.

It close to clifton hill where all the attraction are! A nice little walk to the Falls! We Loved our stay and would recomend your hotel to anyone we know! Afordable price, convenient location, quiete! would go back tomorrow!!

Our stay at Inn By The Falls was very nice - we had a room with a jetted tub that was very retro almost 7 but cool and fun to have - the hotel is very close to Casino Niagara and not far from Clifton Hill amusement area and the main sights of Niagara Falls. Would recommend this hotel to friends as it was comfort at a decent price.

We were hooked by this hotel's price, location, and features - such as the jetted tub. Upon arriving, we were very impressed. Rooms were clean, large, and the tub looked amazing. Later on, though, we found some unexpected guests had come to visit our room. The floor was crawling with ants. And there were not just a few, but tens or even a hundred ants. […] If you stood still, the floor truthfully seemed to be moving. They seemed to be going towards the walls, where small holes were located. We complained immediately, and were moved to the room next door. This room was nice as well, but the same problem arose. It began with seeing one ant crawling near the tub, but it had many, many friends. We complained again, and they brought two ant traps that did nothing. We were not able to move again, even though they said they would. We tried to get a room at the hotel next door (which is under the same management), but they said all the rooms were booked. This was difficult to believe. We were forced to sleep in the ant-filled room and wear shoes the entire time. We did not sleep well because of this. (In addition to the ants, there were a few other bugs here and there that we tried to ignore.) I suppose you get what you pay for. In the future, though, I will NOT stay at this hotel. I will pay the extra money to ensure that I won't have a room filled with ants. Mehr

Very pleasant hotel, close enough to the falls to let the car in the parking lot (not free) and go to the falls by foot (~10-15min). Cons: you have to go to the main building to catch the wireless signal. And there's no fridge. Pro: check-in time is 3pm, but we got the keys at 12:30.

Took a chance on this 2 star hotel for the price and was very satisfied. Usually a 3 star girl. While the hotel itself was older and not updated. It was clean and in a great location. The beds/linens weren't the best, the carpet needed replacing....etc. However, nothing disgusting was found, it was clean. As others have said, it shares a parking lot […] with an updated sister hotel run through the same office. NOT inconveinent at all. One hotel on each side of the lot. Neither of them farther away from parking than the other. The newer hotel looked very nice if you are not looking to save money. However, for the money, this hotel was perfect for my daughter and I. Walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill only a couple blocks away. Far enough not to hear the noise, close enough to be conveinent. No free internet in the rooms, parking was cheap and they let you leave the car all day after you check out. (a big plus in this area) I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save a little money and would stay there again myself. Mehr

Hotel was ok, looked better in the photo. Police in lobby next day. Someone broke into some ones car. Great location. Shower had mold. Bed comfortable. Was pretty clean except for mold.

The attendant was not nice what make the whole perception about the hotel negative. During the night guests in other rooms made loud noises.

While living in Columbus, OH for a summer internship at The Ohio State University, I decided to go and see the Falls on the Canadian side. I was traveling alone, only staying for one night, and I just wanted a clean, nice place to go to sleep at night. I figured I'd be spending most of my time at the falls anyways. I booked this hotel because it was […] the ONLY thing available after days of searching, since everything in the area was sold out. I was a little anxious, as the online pictures weren't overly convincing. But, I have to say that I was so very pleasantly surprised with this place. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with a 10-15 minute walk to the falls. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had no complaints about this hotel whatsoever, and it was the perfect place to just drop in, cool off in the jetted tub in the room, and go to sleep. Great bargain too! The hotel was in great distance to all of the area activities... The hotel was the sister hotel of the country inn and suites - that is right behind the INN..we had no idea of this ahead of time.. may have spent the extra money just to stay at the country inn and suites instead. Thought the INN had continential breakfast -we get there and find out I […] was wrong.. and you had to walk to the other hotel to use the pool. We ended up with a ton of ants in the bathroom at the end of our stay... Overall - the hotel was good for its price Mehr

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Niagara. The hotel staff was very helpful handling a snafu during our check in, they went above and beyond the call of duty. The room was small but quite adequate and romantic with the heart shaped tub. So thankful we were able to make the trip.

It's nothing fancy but it's affordable, comfortable, and in a GREAT location!

The bonus to this hotel, other than the cheap price, is how close it is to the Clifton Hills. Though I will warn you on one thing, on my last night staying there, my car got broken into and my wifes wallet was taken. The Hotel had nothing it can do for me other than write a complaint report.

Inn By The Falls is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Niagara Falls. I have always found that the rates are really good and the fact that where it is located makes it very convienet. I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times and always have a pleasent experience every time. We never had an issue about our rooms it was always clean. This hotel was in a wonderful area to walk to the falls. I didn't appreciate the noise and when the cleaning lady came into clean. She didn't do a good job at all. She didn't change the sheets or the pillow cases. She folded the blankets and fluffed up the pillows. She didn't clean the bathroom. It was disgusting. I had to clean it.

Nice quality hotel and heart shaped spa was a bonus... :-)

this is a hole in the wall never stay here!!

The first room we checked in to had hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor, although the beds were nicely done. We got a transfer to the room next door which was fine but smelt musty and the chair had some unknown stains all over it. The truth us that you get what you pay for.

just plain walls - no pictures. There was a little candy paper left in the room. Also not dusted very well, otherwise not bad. you can use the pool of the country inn and suites, that's nice. Also their breakfast is good, and just 6 Dollars + tax per person. Overall: Okay to stay there for 1 or 2 nights.

My husband and I had a nice stay at the hotel. It was a little outdated but that just added to the quaintness of it. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys being close to all attractions and couples that just want to get away from it all.

Hotel was just OK. Heater would not shut off so it was very hot and noisy. Walls are thin and you heard everything in other rooms. People had music on until after 5 a.m. so basically did not sleep. Would not stay again.

It was about what I expected for the amount of the room. The jet tub was cheesy but worked well (I did run some hot water to clean it out first). Actually had to check in with the hotel across the street but they were very friendly & didn't give us any hassle. The hotel staff was very friendly, we arrived there 2 hours earlier then check-in time and just wanted to see if it was ok to use the parking spot and come back at check-in time. Even though it was 2 hrs early they gave us our room right away and were very polite about it. The location is amazing, walking distance to so many hot spots. Would recommend […] this hotel to a couple. My only complaints are that I didn't get the jacuzzi tub even though I selected it and the website makes it look like your room has a balcony to sit on but it's more of a walkway then a spot to lounge. ...you get what you pay for. The hotel did not have an office anymore. We had to go to the hotel across the parking lot to check in. After checking in and going to our room, I discovered that the coffee filter from the previous guest was still in the coffee pot. There is no ice machine, either. We had to go to the hotel across the parking lot to get […] ice. The heart-shaped jetted tub was nice, but had scum on it that we had to clean before using it. It was only 1/2 mile from the Falls, so the proximity to that helped me to overlook the shortcomings. We ended up having a pleasant stay, but it will be our last stay there. Mehr

This hotel is behind the Country Inns and Suites which runs the place. They allow you use of their facilities. Staff was friendly but unwilling to compensate. Sorry doesn't feed the bulldog as we say. There was no housekeeping on the second day. The room was not made up. We had to exchange dirty towels for clean ones ourselves. I hinted to the reception […] people at offering us the breakfast at no charge. They pretended to play dumb. There is a $6 surcharge for the bkfst for those staying at the Inn by the Falls. Honestly, I would've paid $18 for bkfst for the 3 of us! We would've had to make and serve it to ourselves! I opted to go to McD's and have it made for me for $11. The only advantage is that you can walk to Lundy's Lane and the Falls in about 10 to 15 minutes. Mehr

Was a very good rate and very close to the attractions. Room was a little poorly kept but overall with the jacuzzi was a nice stay.

Spent one night at this hotel. Check in was easy and the attendant was helpful, but room left much to be desired. Decor very spartan. Lamps and phones hadn't been dusted in a while. We were thrilled with the value of this motel! The price was outstanding. Utilizing the internet computer, office, pool, breakfast, etc with the adjacent Country Inn was absolutely not an inconvenience.

you pay for parking the pool is in the hotel next door (just a walk across the parking lot)and the deep end is not even 5 feet you pay for continental breakfast no frills in these rooms not even a desk to sit at, but it was clean, quiet and in a great location if you want to be close to Clifton Hill, but away from the noise of it. We were presently surprised to find this small, three story building next to the Comfort Inn. The room was lovely, clean and we were a short walk from the Falls.

We had a very pleasant stay.

No problems, great location just a 5 minute walk down to the falls.
