My kids and I had a great experience all the way around. Service was great. Pool was great, nice temperature and clean. Room was wonderful. The only thing i didn't like were the sheer curtains didn't shut out the light very well, and i have trouble sleeping if the room isn't dark.

As the title indicates, construction around the hotel was pretty intense. Thankfully road projects don't last forever! This was a really nice choice. The hotel room was nice and quiet, good choice of restaurants close by, and the shower rocked. Here's my not so secret tip: the beds adjust sort of like a sleep number bed. Since I didn't book the hotel […] myself and didn't see anything on it in the room, I wound up sleeping on a slab of granite and didn't figure out I could have chosen to sleep on a cloud instead until checkout. Large room with amazing king bed (the controls to manage hard/soft were a definite plus). Loved the shower but would have appreciated a tub as well. Only exception was I requested not to be near the elevator and I was the first room once exiting the elevator. If I had not checked in late I would have requested a room. all people i came in contact with were wonderful the desk staff and van drivers very accomodating and could not do enough for the guests. would go back in a minute. my son was getting married and i stayed here because of convenience to all the things i needed to do. then i got a bonus on top of it. the hotel was great. thanks for a wonderful stay

Overall, everything was excellent. Very comfortable & quiet room. AC performed well in 105-degree heat. The staff were exceptional in the courtesy & helpfulness. The airport shuttle will also take you to spots nearby, such as the Grapevine Convention Center. That saves $$ for you. Buffet breakfast ($10) was good with made-to-order omelettes. Pool was filled with people drinking and playing football.We asked the front desk to look into it,since we found it to be a dangerous situation for the children that were there, Clerk went and didn't address the situatuion! Bed was far too firm. Our food from room service was awful!

Great place to stay, real quiet, friendly staff.

Room was very clean. The only problem we had was the bed seemed really firm. But it was very clean. Friendly staff.

Hotel was nice, room nice, super clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Parking was good. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Stayed 2 nites and slept like a baby both nites. When I'm back in this area, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Where is the Garden? Not what the name suggests, but still a nice hotel. We would definately stay here again as long as the road construction is finished. It was not very easy to get around with all the major road construction. The employees were nice and the room was very comfortable. Completely renoveted and clean... This location was better than many full size Hilton Hotels. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by too. Awesome!

The room was great, it has a refrigerator and microwave, and looked like the pictures. The front desk staff was helpful. unfortunately breakfast is not included and we didn't really find any substitutes nearby open for breakfast. (I thought what they charge was a bit pricey for a breakfast.) Be aware there is a daily newspaper charge that you have […] to tell them you don't want beforehand. Also the pool had hair floating in it. (not just a few strands) Perhaps it was the way the light was hitting the water surface- but it was not appealing. I would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. the staff excellent. but I would bring breakfast Items and not plan on swimming. Mehr

I would definetly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Great location to Grapevine. Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. My granddaughters really enjoyed the indoor pool!

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.

This hotel is very modern and sleek! Looks like a boutique hotel and has all the amenities! It's close to Main Street and lots of restaurants and entertainment! It is very very clean and the staff was extremely friendly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying there again and again! Stayed New Year's eve for early am flight out of DFW. Very clean, very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. We requested 5:00 am shuttle to airport and it was there at exactly 5:00 am. Only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel; we tried eating at Salt Grass steakhouse across the parking lot, and they had a 1-1/2 hour wait at 7:30 pm. This hotel is a true gem in grapevine. It was very clean, and everything you would expect from a quality hotel. The bed was super nice with the adjustable baffles for each person. Maybe it was just me, but I was surprised the breakfast was not included in the price. But with that said, my wife and I will be back many more times.

A+ for the money and location! Very nice, new and clean!

everithing was excellent from front desk until the breakfast was goood.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities you would expect. In a commercial area which provided easy access to interstate and basic restaurants.

My family really enjoyed the stay. The indoor pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel.

In a quiet location yet near the airport. The shuttle service took me to various places I needed to go prior to my departure. The front desk attendant was very personal. Even the ladies who tend to the rooms greeted me with a smile every morning. I intend to return to this hotel when I return to the states again.

We took a concensus of everyone in our group who stayed at the hotel (8 of us) and we all agree we'd stay again. Except that the Continental Breakfast was not included with the price of the room, we received excellent service, the food was great, the rooms clean and the atmosphere and staff very pleasant.

This hotel was even better than I expected. I had made the reservation based on location and price, thinking that it would be a "bare bones" hotel that was good enough for our short stay. What we found was a great hotel with a bar where we could purchase a glass of wine before going out, a quiet and spotless room, and exceptional service. ホテルの近くは何もありませんが、DFW空港へのシャトルサービスはもちろん、グレープバインアウトレットモールへの送迎もしてくれます。私は車を持っていなかったので大変助かりました。ホテルのスタッフ、シャトルバンのドライバーもとても感じの良い人たちでした。日本に帰る前の数日滞在するには良いホテルだと思います。
