Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

We got there a little after 3 there was a line that wasn't moving. The hotel lost my and about 10 other groups (from what I noticed) reservations to start off. After getting everything straighten out with that around 3:30-3:45 we didn't get a room til 5ish because they didn't have rooms ready. There was a massive line forming waiting for rooms. "Didn't get what I reserved"
My online reservation was for 2 double beds. I checked in after a very long day at Six Flags and entered my room that turned out to be one king bed. They said they were full since we checked in so late (although I made RESERVATIONS for double beds). Also, the hotel was not as nice & clean as the pictures. "not at all what i was expecting"
Toilet and sink were stopped up and not useable. Took 20 min for them to fix it. The pillows were so stiff I woke up with a headache and my neck hurting. I booked this hotel because the ratings said it was a good hotel. But in reality it is just OK. The halls smell weird, and the overall hotel looks a bit off. We booked for two nights and the second day we were there went out with our bags, and the hotel front desk kept calling us to know if we had left so they could clean the hotel. We booked through […] hotels.com but it seems the hotel itself didn't have the information as clear because they called us like 3 times to ask if we had left. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. First and foremost, when you walk in the lobby, there was a very strong odor of natural gas. Made note of this several times to the front desk clerks, and they were aware, but acted like management didn't believe them that people were complaining. Overall, you get what you pay for here. It's just a general hotel that for a few bucks isn't too bad. Mind […] you, its no Ritz or Montage, but its a cheaper option available for an overnight stay. The hotel is located RIGHT next to the interstate, but we didn't have any problems with road noise. One complaint that we had in the room is that the toilet would intermittently run throughout the day and night. Not great when you're trying to sleep. "Broken pool/dirty rooms"
The only reason we chose this hotel was because it has an indoor pool. In fact that is all my 6 year old daughter asked for when we planned our spring break vacation was an indoor pool. She would have been happy staying in our home town as long as she was able to stay in a hotel with an indoor pool. When we arrived the pool was broken and her trip was […] ruined. When we got to our room the coffee pot still had a filter and grounds from a previous tenant. The overall cleanliness of the hallways and rooms, especially the bathroom was substandard. The management at this hotel did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and it was. However, the pool was not heated and judging by the stale water, I would say it's been a while since it worked. They sent us to a nearby hotel to swim. Very nice, just not convenient. They even bought us pizza for our trouble. They really did try to make it […] right. There was something brown and sticky on the floor by our bed. Looked like old pudding. We were there three nights and it was never cleaned up. We just put tissues over it. The hotel isn't that bad though. Beds very comfy. It's near Six Flags and easy to get to. The wifi was being fixed the whole 5 days we were there. The pool heater was being installed the whole 5 days we were there (both reasons I booked hotel) There was my husband and I and our 3 kids. And everyday we had to ask for blankets for the foldout couch because room service would take them. Everyday we would have to ask for more towels because […] they leave 2. When we would call for these things it would take them 45 mins to bring them. We had to remind them because they were just hanging out at front desk. Hotel restaurant is expensive and gross. "Fell way short in a couple areas."
Room was clean, felt old though. I was in a non-smoking room, but not on a non-smoking floor. Smokey smell crept into room, and the hall was like running a gauntlet of smoke. Also Wi-Fi signal was very poor, not usable at all. Killed my productivity for the week. My husband and I came to Arlington to attend the Dallas Cowboys football game on Thanksgiving and we liked the close location to the stadium. We stayed 2 nights and we were very pleased with the hotel. We would stay there again in the future.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Great for a Dallas Cowboy Game"
We went to Six Flags and then to Watch a Dallas Cowboys game. The location could not be better especially for price. They have a shuttle that will take you to the game and back ($15.00 per person) and is well worth it. This Hotel was older and a little more outdated then I expected but the service was 5 out of 5 and the staff was great. Staff went well out of their way to make the trip enjoyable. "Great for weekend Cowboys game!"
Hotel is in need of a "haircut and shave" but was clean and fine for our football trip. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bar/lounge was good and everyone was nice. Breakfast buffet was adequate also. The hotel was better than I expected for the price and was a great location as far as access to 360 and I-30. "very good value close to everything"
very nice older but maintained nicely definitely a couple steps above motels. rooms were quiet,beds very comfortable so much so we overslept. pool was beautiful but we visited in November so it was cold. kids didn't mind as we are from Denver. there is a popular restaurant in the hotel that we did not visit.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

I felt the linens on the beds were very old and thin and the pillow cases had yellow stains. The window would NOT open, even though the brouchure says they do. Not a big deal, but I wanted the fresh air because I'm a smoker. Speaking of which, there were no ashtrays in our "Smoking" room, and housekeeping could only find one for us. That was a little bit bigger deal. Otherwise, it was lovely.
