Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Wunderschönes Hotel mit sensationellem Blick über Neapel und auf den Vesuv, sehr gute Küche, guter Zimmerstandard. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich herzlich um die Gäste bemüht, insbesondere im Restaurant fühlt man sich wie ein geschätzter Ehrengast der Familie des Kellnerehepaares Antonio und Maria. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb Neapels, ist somit besonders geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die Amalfiküste, nach Salerno, Paestum und Capri, vorausgesetzt, man fährt selbst Auto. Besonders erwähnenswert ist ein wunderschöner, zum Hotel gehörender parkähnlicher Garten mit Zitrusfrüchten aller Art, die um die Zeit des Jahreswechsels reifen und köstlich schmecken.

Nov. 2012The Cavaluccio Marino has only 3 rooms and is run by a very warm and loving couple that gives you the feeling of not staying in a hotel, but rather with old friends. Room and bathroom are decorated in typical Caprese style and absolutely clean. You get breakfast at the time agreed on with Filippina the day before; she serves delicious pastries and / or freshly baked, typically Italian breakfast cake that was a real revelation. No matter what it is, you can count on the support and flexibility of Filippina and her husband. Overall, the Cavaluccio Marino is very central, just a few minutes walk from the center of Anacapri, the boutiques, bars, restaurants and attractions. A highly recommended place to experience not only Capri's beautiful surroundings, but also the Italian warmth and hospitality of its people.

Okt. 2012Das Liternum Hotel liegt ca.20 Min. von Neapel entfernt mitten in einem Landschaftsgebiet.Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen großen Garten und die Berge.Es stehen kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten zu Verfügung sowie ein Wifi-Internetzugang.Morgens wird ein Frühstück serviert das auf Wunsch auch im Zimmer eingenommen werden kann(in unserem Falle kostenlos).Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,spricht gut Englisch und versucht jeden Wunsch der Gäste zu erfüllen.In ca.10 Min. Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants.Wir würden diese Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

"Das Hotel liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt."
Ein modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattettes Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel an der Hauptstraße Nuova Marina liegt. Die 4 Sterne sind meiner Meinung nach gerechtfertigt. "Modernes Haus in ungepflegter Umgebung"
Waren erschrocken, als Taxifahrer vor dem Hotel hielt, denn die Uferstraße am Hafen ist echt schmuddelig, überall Müll, verfallene Häuser und Lärm hoch 10. Jedoch stellten wir fest, daß wir gleich am antiken Viertel waren (interessant, enge Gassen, viel Schmutz, das Leben findet in den Straßen und Plätzen statt und man sieht , daß hier wohl viel Armut […] herscht) . Zu Fuß konnte man fast alles erreichen, was dann auch wieder entschädigte. Das Hotel selbst war sehr modern, stylisch eingerichtet und braun-beige Farbe dominierte. Die Zimmer ebenfall modern, geschmackvoll und alles drin, was man braucht. Trotz Hauptstraße kaum Lärm zu hören. Frühstück war ausreichend, nix bombastisches, aber für Italien gut. Hotel empfehlenswert, würden aber das nächste Mal wahrscheinlich andere Lage aussuchen. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Schönes Hotel in guter Lage für Ausflüge"
Die Lage ist für Ausflüge optimal. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und nett, alle sprechen gut Englisch. Kleines schickes Designer-Hotel mit komfortablen und sehr ansprechenden Zimmern, dem ein paar Kalkflecken auf den Badefliesen keinen Abbruch tun. Deutschssprachiges SAT-TV (nur ZDF, hat aber gereicht), kostenloser Safe im Zimmer für die Wertsachen, […] sehr bequeme Betten. Die Dachterrasse im Prospekt mit Blick auf den Vesuv ist nur von bestimmten Zimmern zugänglich, die allgemeine Dachterrasse für einen kurzen abendlichen Rundblick auf West-Neapel ist aber auch o.k. Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut, alles da und für den besseren Kaffeegeschmack Cappucino beim Personal bestellen (kostet nix extra). Wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist (z.B. verlängerte Wochenenden) kann es Stauungen beim Frühstück (7.00 - 10.00 Uhr) geben. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber feine Karte zu annehmbaren Preisen (mittags und ab 19.30 Uhr). An der Rezeption auf Nachfrage nach der Umgebung erhielten wir vom Rezeptionisten eine Kartenkopie der Innenstadt mit Hinweisen auf die Bahnstation, wo Restaurants zu finden sind und gute Tips (nach der Circumvesuviana fragen). Es gibt auch organisierte Ausflüge mit Bus nach Pompeij, die sind aber viel zu teuer und unnötig. Internet-Terminal gg. Gebühr in der Lobby mit Druckeranschluss, an dem man sich Infos oder z.B. die Bordkarte für den Online Check-In beim Rückflug drucken kann (war klasse)! FAZIT: ein nettes Hotel für Mittelklasseanspruch und jederzeit wieder. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

Hotel ist sehr angenehm, freundliche Bedienung und freundlicher Service. Für Besucher ist es sinnvoll, sich mit dem Taxi hinfahren zu lassen (Kofferschleppen), macht aber wohl jeder, der ein 4-Sterne-Hotel bucht. Wir haben sehr viel zu Fuss in Neapel unternommen was kein Problem war. Das Hotel H2C liegt eine Querstrasse zum "centro storico" und dem Fischmarkt und gegenüber dem Hafen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen und Shopping. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen und die Stadt. Sonnenuntergänge und die grossen Kreuzfahrtschiffe kann man ebenfalls sehen! "The best place in Naples"
Naples is a dirty, run down, port town. We were only there for one night to catch a cruise ship the next morning. I am soooo glad I paid a little extra for a quality hotel. If you've never been to Europe, you should know for the most part the rooms are small and some only have a shared bathroom on the same floor as you, not always one in your room. […] This hotel was brand new and on par with hotels you expect to find in the states. Nice room, comfy bed, big bathroom with whirlpool tub. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged for breakfast where a lot of the places we went to were complimentary. In a nasty city, this hotel was the bright light! "good place to stay"
the hotel was more like for business persons, but still it was ok. not that far from the train station or the touristy city parts, and across the pier for the ferry boat to Capri. the neighborhood wasn't that good but the condition of the hotel was very good.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Disappointing"
Wouldnt rate. Shower unit in need of repair, grimy and needed a good clean, fridge bar in room poorly stocked, gym equipment sparse and needing service, sauna and steam not working. A beautifully appointed, ultra modern hotel, well positioned between the port and railway station, which suited our needs. (Though some distance from the better restaurants, which required quite a walk) Public rooms excitingly decorated with modern art and furniture. We stayed in september. The hotel itself is very modern, although some of the features are not too functional, like trying to turn the shower on. The issue is the surroundings. You don't walk to leave the hotel at night to go for dinner as you feel very unsecure. Naples is a city to avoid, very dirty and a sense of people are watching you and ready […] to take advantage. Location is easy (close to ships and boats to Capri, etc). Hotel has tried very hard to be ultra cool but is just another hotel. Clean, comfortable and OK. Very quiet and staff was a bit short but did offer the support needed. Not much worth seeing in the area but fine for a overnight transfer hotel. Before entering the hotel, I was disappointed. The location of the hotel is not one recommended for tourists. Although I am not familiar with the location, it appeared to be unsafe. Upon entering my hotel room, it appeared to be clean. However, when I went into the bathroom, the toilet and bath were both covered in hair. The internet offered to guests […] (for a fee) was not worth the money spent, given most of the time spent on the internet was spent searching for a signal. "Scary neighbourhood, okay for business trip"
Enjoyed 6 different hotels on our honeymoon trip & this was the worst of them. Location seems central but it is old town & is a really rough neighbourhood. Receptionist recommended we pay for secure parking across the road due to Naples reputation which was a bit ridiculous at 20 Euros a day. Having to pay extra for wifi is also strange. A male member […] of cleaning staff walked in, without knocking, on my wife after she just got out the shower. Not a great experience at all. This hotel is in an excellent location! Not far from the center of town, a walking diatance from the port where you catch the ferries to go to Capri and other islands, and on a main street, easily accessible to caps and other public transportation. The rooms are simpe yet modern. all you need really for Napoli. The breakfast is a bit lame, buts the […] staff super friendly. They called a cab for us anytime we needed to go somewhere. "Bad service in reception!!!"
Overall, the condition of the hotel is good however the service given to us in the reception was ridiculous. We mistaken our check out date (one day earlier) and when the staff hears that we asked about procedures to check out one day earlier, his attitude immediately became cold and ignorant and gave us a feeling that he doesn't want to talk to us […] anymore. In the end, we stayed in the hotel for another day and we asked for directions (which bus to take) from the same staff (as we bought train tickets to rome on the wrong check out date and we needed to change the train tickets). Disappointingly, he told us that we can walk!!! We specifically asked for bus information to go to the train station yet it seems like he was "angry" with the fact that we wanted to check out early. Rude attitude and bad service continued when we checked out the next day (same staff) and this really gave us a bad impression towards the hotel. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

The hotel is very clean and friendly. A good location that is just the right distance the first train station. This ensures you a seat and it is a much easier station to work with. The direct area around the hotel isn't the prettiest, but I didn't think it was unsafe at any point. Within walking distance of pretty much everything in central Naples. Staff were helpful, room was fine, decent 4* quality and overall had a very good experience. Very nice hotel but poor neighbourhood At admission of concierge, you do not walk in this district at night, you have to get taxis if you want to go out. Immediate area is run down, dirty and they don't tell you about the 8 lane highway outside the front door, yes, 8 and the locals like to use the horn Trips to Pompeii, vesuvious, amalfi were great […] but very expensive. The concierge got us a deal with a collaborative cab firm which turned out to be more expensive, jump in any cab and they will do the same or 80 euro less. "Good hotel, the only downside - location"
We stayed in H2C Napoli for 4 nights mainly to travel from there to Sorrento and Capri as it was more convenient. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable, good selection at breakfast, but the only downside- location! It was very close to central station, 10 mins walk to Garibaldi station, just in the end of Corsa Garibaldi, and the neighbourhood […] is not the most pleasant, rubbish everywhere, dirthy and homeless sleeping in the streets, not the greatest first impressions of Napoli. It wasn't very easy to find too, we had to ask locals. Overall OK, but due to the proximity of the area of Centro Storico and station, I would recommend a hotel closer to the Castle on the Via Partenope, it is much nicer there. "10 minutes to capri port"
we chose this hotel becos of its 10 minutes walking distance to the ferry to capri. We took our own sweet time to take our breakfast & walk there to catch a ferry to capri, without knowing that there is long queue for the ticket. if the hotel staff gave us information on the queue, we would have departed earlier. Thi is a regret, as we queue for 1.2 […] hour for the ticket. Nice dinner at hotel. Taxi from train station to hotel cost 10.50 plus tips. This hotel is a great place to stay because you can walk to the ferry to Capri or to the train station to Sorento or Pompeii.
