Waren bereits 2010 in diesem Motel, Mitten im Stadtcentrum,viele Aktivitäten ohne Auto möglich,Motel ist sehr Inviduell,hat einen mediteranen Stiel mit vielen verwinkelten Ecken,die mit Blumen und Pflanzen zum Erholen einlade ,guter Reiseabschluß bevor der Rückflug von Los Angeles erfogt

Hotel liegt im Zentrum, Geschäfte / Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit gut zu erreichen rel. ruhig, Klimagerät im Zimmer könnte eine Automatik haben, es läuft Tag und Nacht, ohne die Temperatur zu steuern, aber ohne geht's nicht bei der Hitze

Wir waren als familie unterwegs mit Kindern. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Service ist sehr gut. Tolles Hotel mit Pool, jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt Downtown. Schnelles Check in, freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Schöner Pool.

Uns hat dieses Hotel im Hazienda Stil mit all den Blumen sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist ausserdem nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Dieses Hotel bot das beste Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis unserer mehrwöchigen USA Reise. Klare Empfehlung.

Leider ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut und lässt einem kaum schlafen. Zudem verbreitet sie einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch.

LOVED IT AND LOVED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE BAR AT NIGHT. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING SO AT 11PM THIS WAS WONDERFUL TO MEET AND TALK WITH OUR FRIENDS!!!

The appearance and landscaping of the hotel was wonderful - especially the flowering bougainvilleas. The staff was helpful and accessible. I found the beds very comfortable which is so important when travelling and the room had adequate storage and amenities. It was only a block away from the main drag so we could walk to restaurants and shops with […] no problems. As with most hotels, the noise from other rooms was audible but not disruptive. On the weekend the sounds from the music being played nearby tended to be quite loud but I was so knackered from my hike that I barely noticed. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and would definitely stay there again! Mehr

The room, although clean, was smaller than expected especilly the bathroom. The front desk lady, who was the same person for check-in and check-out, was unaccomodating and standoffish. Had a bad attitude! The property needs an uplifting. The location, however, is very good as it is close to downtown activities.

This is a great spot to kick back, relax by the pool, and unwind in general. Staff was friendly and the other visitors were super.

I had never been to Palm Springs before so booked this hotel for 2 girlfriends and myself. I found the housekeeping to be excellent and the grounds well kept, so I would rate it highly for cleanliness. However, all the rooms with two beds seemed to be very small and cramped and our bathroom was tiny with a very shallow bath. There were lots of families […] there for spring break, so it's not the place to go for romance or adult time. I found the pool small too, with not a lot of room around it for sunloungers, especially on one side. The breakfast was fine, with a choice of an omelette or Belgian waffle, as well as coffee or tea, juice, toast or muffins and fruit, but there were long lines most days for the hot items and the breatkfast room is inadequate for its function. Overall, I would say it is a fine, smaller hotel in a good central location that is clean and good for families, but I would venture that on my next trip I can find a more charming hotel with a larger room for the same price. I really enjoyed my one night stay. I was on the bottom floor which usually I don't like but the hotel is well maintained, the rooms are lovely and clean...the landscaping is beautiful and the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of very good restaurants...I would absolutely stay again!

this hotel has everything except a room with a view

A girlfriend and I just returned from our stay at Las Brisas in Palm Springs. Our room was very clean, but small; one of the smallest double rooms I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was also tiny, but thankfully, had a separate sink area outside the bath/shower and toilet. The tub was extremely shallow, but as I don't like to bathe, it didn't affect […] me. The hot breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was stuffy and far too small. The pool was also small with not a lot of room for the sun loungers around the perimeter. All in all, I found the service good, the amenities and landscaping very well maintained, but I can't help feeling that for the same price we could probably have gotten a more spacious room in a hotel with a bigger pool and more amenities. The location, however, is excellent, as it is very close to many restaurants, bars and casinos. Mehr

Close to everything downtown Palm Springs and good breakfast but only stay here if you plan on being up until 2am. On the side we stayed in a car alarm went off at 1:30am and several bars pump out techno until 2am. However, the room was a nice size, grounds were clean and beautiful and the breakfast was great! If you want to be in the middle of the […] action and have a quick walk home then great. One down side is that they don't allow rafts in the pool so not the greatest for kids. Mehr

The location is right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The lobby staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem was that our room faced directly across the street from a city trash unloading station. Every morning at 6:00 […] am the trash trucks would make so much noise that it would wake me up. Our room was facing S. Indian Canyon Dr. So, when you make your reservations, just be sure to ask for your room to not be facing S. Indian Canyon Dr. Mehr

Hotel is in a great location near shops,restaurants,attractions and golf courses. Had a problem with noise the first night and hotel management readily move my room to a different location.Could not beat the price,views, and charm of this hotel.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

We always stay here as it has a great location in downtown PS and has all the amenities needed with a great breakfast too.

The room interior was beautiful, but the exterior spaces (particularly the stucco walls) seem a bit outdated and rundown.

This hotel is affordable, just blocks to the main strip and the breakfast with the made to order omlettes and Belgin waffles was above and beyond expectation. The pool is small but adequate. The staff was responsive and polite. I'd stay here over some pricier hotels just to be in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and museums.

From the moment we walked in the door they were there to make us happy. Not one bad thing to say. We will stay there again in fact gonna make my husband thake ne there in September for my birthday weekend. We found a gem!!!

We were very pleased with our stay here. And would recommend it it to our friends. The location is first of all the greatest, right in the middle of town. Walking distance to the Shops and Restaurants. Hotel is well kept; and the staff very friendly.

This place was cheaper than other hotels in the area but had better reviews. Having stayed there, I understand why...this place is a great value. Hotel is very centrally located...you literally cross the street and you're in Palm Springs downtown. Reasonably quiet as far as hotels go, the rooms were very clean and well-appointed. Mattress was better […] than what I sleep on at home. This isn't a "fancy" place, but if you need a nice room without going broke, this is a great spot. The picturesonline look great, but this hotel is onlly one step up from Motel 6. Very noisy guests and walls filter all noise. Rooms are small and dark. The complimentary breakfast is very cheap. Not worth the stay.

While this is no 5 star hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised. It's pretty, clean, nicely appointed, confortable, and does include omelettes for breakfast. Oh, and it is a terrific PS location. It's an easy walk to the main PS shopping area, Starbucks and good restaurants. We'll stay here again!

We went for a girls weekend and enjoyed our stay here very much. Friendly staff, good hot breakfast, and great downtown access with no car needed. I would come here again.

My family and I were on a road trip across south west us. Stopped for a night in palm springs after hitting theme parks and on our way to the grand canyon. Loved the room, pool and spa. Really recharched the batteries. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Local area was nice, we walked a short distance to restaurants. Overall very happy.

Easy access to sites we wanted to see, rooms were clean and staff very accomadating. Only problem was no privacy available, except for the bathroom. Stayed with another single female and there was no way to close off the vanity area.

Very good location - close and you can walk to N. Palm shops and restaurants

The staff at Las Brisas, right from the start, were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the door to my room being stuck during my stay, and the staff were there in no time to help me. Very nice room, especially the granite top sink in the bathroom. Cute cantina in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was very good, too! Super convenient […] location. Only negatives are that the pool area is a bit small, but there's a bar, so that makes up for it! Also, if you are looking for a hip crowd, this isn't the place. (At least when I was there) I was younger than most of the other guests by at least 20 years. (I'm 40!) I'd stay here again, for sure, tho. Mehr

Good stay....breakfast with omelette chef was great.

The only negative is that the room was cramped with 2 beds in there, and as per usual the room was too hot, and we were unable to get it to cool down like we would have liked. Otherwise it was clean, and very close to downtown, within walking distance to most everything.
