Sehr sauberes Hotel in Termininähe. Freundliche, z.T. auch deutschsprechende Mitarbeiter. Zimmer war klein aber sauber und völlig ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet war auch OK. Süße Brötchen, Weißbrot, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, viel süßer Kuchen - wer Vollkornbrötchen erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gefallen und würde dort wieder übernachten.

Die super zentrale Lage des Hotels ist das Attraktivste. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht überwältigend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bad sehr schön. Vorhänge und Bettwäsche sind leider schon etwas älteren Jahrgangs.

Die Lage ist toll (15 min vom Kollosseum, direkt neben St. Maria Maggiore), die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Minuspunkt sind die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer, aber für einen Kurzurlaub zu dem Preis nimmt man das in Kauf. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Januar 12 wurde übrigens noch einiges Restauriert, wodurch früh morgens noch mehr Lärm vorherrschte. Vorabinfo gab es nicht.

Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Collosseum und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt nimmt man bei dem Preis auch kleinere Mängel in Kauf. Wie zB das Bad, welches innenliegend und ohne Fenster war und leider vor sich hin schimmelte. Wenn man aber, wie wir, wirklich nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel geht und sich sonst nicht dort aufzuhalten gedenkt, ist es für einen Kurztrip wirklich zu empfehlen. Da Personal ist super hilfsbereit, spricht aber in einigen Fällen nur italienisch.
Lage
Relais Group Palace befindet sich mitten in Rom, in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Palazzo Crivelli, Petersdom und Piazza Navona. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gehören: Pantheon und Forum Romanum.
Ausstattung
Dieses Hotel im Designstil bietet den Gästen Folgendes: Bar/Lounge. Jeden Morgen wird den Gästen ein kostenloses Frühstück serviert. Im Herzen des historischen Zentrums befindet sich Roms bekanntester Platz, die Piazza Navona. Wie auf einer riesigen Bühne spielt sich hier auf der von Brunnenwasser bespritzten Piazza zwischen den Cafétischen das römische Alltagsleben ab. Der von Bernini erschaffene Brunnen Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi, ein fantastisches barockes Stück Architektur, ist der bekannteste der drei Brunnen. Nicht weit davon entfernt befindet sich das Pantheon, eines der wichtigsten Wahrzeichen Roms und ein Wunder der antiken Architektur.

"Perfect for Rome"
The location was awesome! Right off a main road with quick bus transportation and walking distance to just about everything historic. Breakfast was nice and a plus - they bring it to your room every morning when you call. The place is very nice. We like walking all over the place so not having the metro next to us was not a big deal. It's actually not […] a noisy area even though it's a block from the busy main road. "A jewel right in the centre of Rome"
Wonderful stay. Great location, right in the bend in the river across from the Vatican, within walking distance of all the sites and tourist bus, and with excellent restaurants close by. Service very friendly and good, though the breakfast service was a bit unreliable at times. No breakfast room, but the breakfast delivered in-room is very comprehensive […] and good- (juice and coffee/tea/chocolate, with a wide variety of bacon and egg (not very hot!), ham, cheese, cereals, bread buns, croissants and jams. Excellent (and free) coffee machine all day long. Rooms are a bit dark, but this is inevitable in a historic building on a fairly narrow street. Highly recommendable. Mehr
"Great location in Rome"
We stayed at this hotel on the last night of a whirlwind tour in Tuscany and our only night in Rome and loved the convenience of the hotel. It is a very short walk to Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, St. Peters, etc. We stayed in suite number 7 which was very large for the location and very comfortable. "Reais group palace, not a 4 star hotel"
Air conditioning leak, no hot water, sit down bath tub showers only, they didnt have a working clothes iron. The staff tried to help, but this just is not a 4 star hotel.
"Cheapest room is noisy but comfortable"
We stayed in the cheapest room at this hotel. The facilities are fine and the room is comfortable enough but keep in mind you get what you pay for: there is loud street noise coming straight through the tiny window, people stomping above etc: Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. I'm assuming the more expensive rooms are quieter […] but if noise doesn't bother you then the cheaper rooms are quite good value. Mehr
The staff was helpful. The rooms and bathroom are big and clean. Breakfast was satisfying but cold. However, there are no amenities at all. There were no glasses in the bathroom, there was a kettle however no cups, The soaps are teeny weeny. The tiles in the floor were broken. The bed was lumpy with only 2 thin pillows. "Relais Group Palace - Great experience"
I'm not sure what the standard rate is for this hotel, but my wife and I booked it last minute during our vacation to Rome and it was easily the nicest place out of the 4 hotels in Italy we used during our vacation. We had a Junior Suite and it was fantastic. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and one even loaned me a 120V converter plug from her house […] so I could charge my phone overnight. Breakfast was delicious and actually included scrambled eggs, which was a fantastic treat considering the standard European breakfast fare rarely includes more protein options than some cold pieces of deli meat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place a short walk from Piazza Navona, The Vatican and Campo de Fiore. The streets surrounding the hotel are smaller and you can find many of the items for sale in the markets being handmade inside these shops for much better pricing and higher quality than what's typically available in the markets. "Relais Palace - Walk to Vatican and Pantheon"
Unique older hotel in historic neighborhood. Elegant fixtures and finishes. Service was a priority and staff treated us like family. Location is ideal for quiet stroll along the Tiber, dining al fresco, close to vatican museums, Pantheon, other sites. Short block away from #40 Express or #64 Local buses to Termini, Forum and Palatine.

Very old rooms. Floors needed replacing. Bath had no shower. So dark in the room, you couldn't see to unpack. Room didn't look anything like the picture on the website. Very misleading especially for the price.

Great location for all the sights. Hotel staff very helpful. Easy to reach from main train station (bus 64). Although only small (6 rooms) would highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were large for a European hotel and the staff was extra friendly. The location is central to many sites, including the Vatican. I highly recommend this hotel.

"God Beliggenhed"
Lille Hotel med Central beliggenhed, for ture til seværdighederne i rom. Morgenmaden serveres på værelset. alt i alt en god oplevelse til en fornuftig pris.
Jeg boede paa hotellet af to omgange - forste vaerelse var ok - I det andet virkede aircondition ikke.

"Relais Group Palace di Roma"
Hotel a conduzione familiare di scarsissimo livello. Servizio e pulizia imbarazzanti. Sala per colazione arrangiata raggiungibile attraversando un cortiletto dove stazione la pattumiera. La stanza a piano terra, era piccolissima, senza finestra e molto sporca; bagno piccolissimo, manutenzione inesistente. Posizione dell'hotel ottima. "Relais Group Palace - et lille hyggeligt hotel"
Hotellet ligger perfect i forhold til turistattraktioner og shopping. Der er en afslappet atmosfære og receptionen er meget venlig og imødekommende.

Es un hotel para especial para familias, la habitacion es muy grande (para Europa), solo debes tomar una habitacion que no de a la calle, es demasiado ruidoso y complicado dormir con tanto ruido.

Good classic hotel. Aircondition which is a must in hot summer Rome. Location is great - besides close proximity to Navona, Del Corso and the sights you live in one of the most italian areas outside of Trastevere and Testaccio. Campo Fiori is authentic and has good eating places and cafes to just sit and enjoy life. Good travels
"Udemærket"
Fint hotel, med rigtig god placering, og god service i receptionen, hvor man taler både engelsk og tysk og kan hjælpe med både det praktiske, og lidt guide'ing. Eneste problem var morgenmadsservicen som ikke fungerede, med det var primært pga. renovation i restauranten.
"Heerlijk karakterestiek en historisch stadshotel"
Hotel heeft 6 kamers en het pand is van rond 1500. Overal houtenvloeren en sfeervolle inrichting die niet super luxe is, maar alles is er. Let op: oordoppen mee voor het "verkeersgeluid". Locatie is super, alle grote trekkers zijn op loopafstand.

Skønt lille hotel beliggende meget centralt beliggende. Man bliver af "hotelfar" budt velkommen med champagne og frisk frugt. Servicen er i top. Det lille hotel har kun 6 værelser, og er beliggende i en 600 år gammel bygning. Værelserne er rummelige, dog en smule mørke, og har stengulv og bjælkeloft. Super hyggeligt hotel, bestemt et besøg værd.

Kjempeflott hotell. reiser gjerne tilbake. Bra sted for par som skal ha en romantisk ferie. Veldig sentralt.
"Petit hôtel très confortable"
Un hôtel de seulement 6 chambres confortables. Idéalement situé pour visiter le centre historique de Rome. Tout le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné. Je vous recommande d'y aller et je pense y séjourner la prochaine fois que je retourne à Rome!
