"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

I actually found a cigarette butt in my room, and the paper coffee cups reaked of smoke-like smell, as well. Other than that, room was clean with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good. "The WORST service I've ever received anywhere"
Accused me of smoking in hotel. I complained to the front desk. Left hotel , came back and the police were knocking on my door. The hotel called the police after I had already told them I wasn't smoking and filed a complaint. The police found nothing and the hotel never apologized. That evening the toilet in the bathroom began malfunctioning, I called […] front desk and was told no one could fix it til morning. Called the next morning and was told no one could come fix toilet because they were making breakfast. I would NOT recommend this hotel. WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. We liked the motel OK. They seemed a bit short-staffed, but did well. However, security was not as good as we'd expected. Our stay was fine but the bed was slightly uncomfortable. The box springs were so bouncy that every time I or my husband turned over we disturbed one another. No big deal, but I did learn one thing.....NEVER EVER get a room that is near an exit door. This hotel has very thin walls apparently. The whole week I had a guy next door who thought my TV was up too loud so the hotel staff bugged me about that all week. Towards the end of the week .... he started beating on the wall, which was rude, but the hotel staff was on his side. Very convenient location and friendly staff. Making a reservation was very easy. My room was comfortable but the air conditioner leaked water on the carpet. I noticed the wetness when I got close to adjust the room temperature. The toilet seat was not secured to the bowl because the bolt was missing. Wow!!! we were so very, very impressed with this hotel, the service, the friendlyness of the staff and the location. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone travelling to the Duncanville area. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. Did I mention the hotel is very newly built I understand no more than a year or two. "Nice place for the cost"
We stayed at this hotel in mid June 2011 and it was clean and comfortable. The main complaint that I have is that the ice machines in this place were made in the 50's or something.
