Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Gute zusamensetzung von Einkaufszentrum und Hotel. Sehr gutes Autoservice zum Meer. Duschanlage sehr schlecht konstruiert,(nach jeder Dusche gabs jede menge wasserüberflutungen)

Nette Personal, gute Lage, gute Frühstück. Hotel hat fast alles. Was man braucht. In Israeli Centre gelegene Hotel hat unmittelbare nähe ganze Menge einkauf Möglichkeiten. In Israeli Zentrum gibts neben Einkaufen auch sehr gute mit Riesen Wahl Food Court. Wo man wirklich sehr schon Essen Kann.

Günstig gelegenes Stadthotel. Direkt am Bahnhof und nahe dem Busbahnhof und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Beim Frühstücksbüffet manchmal etwas organisatorische Mängel. Aber unter dem Strich okay.

Wir waren mit 1 Kind 9 Nöchte da. Ideales Businesshotel aber auch für Familien interessant. Mit kostenlosem Shuttel zum Strand. Supermarkt und Azrieli Einkaufscenter im Komplex. Personal war in Ordnung und Zimmer sind sehr groß und angenehm mit wunderschöner Aussicht über Tel Aviv. Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, ist für Frischluftfanatiker gewöhnungsbedürftig […] aber bei dieser Höhe auch verständlich. W-Lan leider nur, aber immerhin, in der Lobby kostenlos. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war von den Möbeln her modern und sauber. Das Bad im Zimmer war leider eine Enttäuschung, vor allem die Dusche sah stark renovierungsbedürftig aus. Leider war das Zimmer sehr weit unten im Turm und man konnte keinen Blick genießen, sondern schaute auf die gegenüberliegende Häuserfassade. Die […] Lage entspricht sicher nicht dem Titel "City Center", höchstens im sarkastisch-geographischen Sinne wegen der schieren Ausdehnung der Agglomeration Tel Aviv, nicht aber vom Verständnis der Innenstadt als solche. This is really the best location for a hotel in Tel Aviv unless you just want to stay by the beach all day. It is located next to the main shopping mall in Tel Aviv that also has its own train station that brings you straight from the airport. Very nice hotel with great views. Had a great time, wish I could have stayed longer.

Overall great hotel......the staff was professional although there was one young front desk member that could have been more friendly. The breakfast for only $10 is AWESOME!!!!!! The room had an amazing bathroom with a huge window. This hotel easily would go for $600/night in Manhattan.

Hotel location for work people is great and rooms ate nice. But services have some issues. We stayed 6 nights and everyday for breakfast their services were awful. We had to keep asking for coffee, cutlery etc. When we needed concierge help we repeatedly called from the room but got no answer. When we went down to ask for something (like a bus shuttle) […] they asked why we didn't call and told us it had to be booked beforehand! Rubbish. Anyway we insisted for what we wanted but seriously 5* service? I think not! The hotel is lovely but they really need to learn a bit about how to service a customer and pay attention rather than stand around or blame the customers! Mehr

Upside: great central location, access to all necessities in adjoining mall, bumped us up from a deluxe king to a studio corner room, very comfortable and spacious room with views in two directions. Downside: maddening parking without adequate signage, windows were so dirty could not really appreciate the views.

Internet does not work constantly. Free or not. Aggravating. The hotel does not have its own parking and if you need to go in and out from the public parking with the car then the cost for parking is unusual high. Very attractive, spacious and well equipped room. Bath with tub and stall shower. Multiple outlets at charging station at desk. Excellent breakfast buffet in an attractive setting on the 11th fl. Staff very helpful. Only quibble, no drawer space for clothes. Some closet shelves and plenty of hanging area. This is a set up we encountered in other high-end […] hotel in the Middle East. Hotel close to train station. In same complex as the mall and convenience store. Taxis always available. Staff friendly and polite. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Very nice room in very convenient location. Hotel has every thing that you will need close to the main road. If you are not a tourist, this is a perfect location. The only complaint that I can come up with is if you are american, the coffee at breakfast is not hot enough. All good.

This was a really disappointing hotel stay. The staff at the front desk was rude, and the concierge was even worse. Seriously, the concierge was the least helpful, most condescending I have ever encountered. I was there during the Jewish holidays, and the hotel had ZERO information about what was open within walking distance of the hotel. This was at […] a time when the hotel room service menu was limited because of the holiday, and the hotel restaurant was only offering a 280 NIS ($70) buffet that was average at best. There were cafes open within a 15-20 minute walk- they should have been able to provide me with this information, but instead, I just walked until I found something my second night (was NOT going to have that expensive buffet again!). They advertise a shuttle to the beach, but the shuttle only ran every 2 HOURS-- keep in mind, NOTHING ELSE was open in Tel Aviv but the beach. That shuttle should have run hourly or more frequently. That said, the breakfast was nice and the room was clean enough. But neither of those are enough to ever make me stay there again or recommend it to someone else. Mehr

Great place, very nice room, outstanding view...but we wanted to sleep since this was one of the last nights of our trip. Problem was, although we were several floors below the lounge, we could hear every lyric, thump of the bass, twang of the guitar. They offered to move us to the other tower, but we'd already settled in, unpacked, undressed, and gone […] to bed when the first act started into its set. Too hard to change rooms, just had to bury my head under the pillow and deal with it... Oh yes. The well informed front desk said the musical act was "classical." The rooms have a modern retro look, but probably the best service and quality in the country. It is about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport and from the beach. Also used the massage therapist. Nice. Only negative aspect was the price tag for the room.

Hotel is terrific - great rooms, wifi, nice bathroom, well appointed. Downside is location, close to highway and attached to a mall, but not in a neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants or other attractions. Also no outdoor space to enjoy.

we moved from the Herods hotel in Gordon street after 3 nights of stay. we wished we would have stayed for the whole while in that hotel. the room was nice the staff was nice and helpful. the only downfall from my side was the parking which came to be quiet expensive... even though the hotel is offering 50% discount. The location is not as attractive […] as Gordon street (the beach) but for who wants a locations that is close to everything - right in the center of TA - this is the hotel for you! Great location, if you are not looking for proximity to the beach area. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and with amazing views of Tel Aviv. Our experience with the staff of the hotel was quite disappointing, for a Crowne Plaza. Some of the employees at the front desk were polite, although, it was noticeable that they were really making an effort. […] Others were just rude! Besides, don't expect them to help you much with directions...I also got, twice, wake up calls that I didn't request...and they asked me if "I was sure that I didn't ask for it"...really...! Room service was a surprise in itself. Don't believe the menu, you will not get exactly what you ask for. BUT, the food is good! Room service staff has limited knowledge of English, it's quite difficult to place an order. We ordered 2 plates of 4 mini hamburgers, instead we got 2 gigantic burgers, when we asked about the mini burgers, they kept saying that they were only charging us for 2, but we expected 4 "mini" burgers,price was the same anyhow. Could've ordered only 1 plate, was too big. With the previous experience, another night, we ordered 1 tuna sandwich,they kept asking if we wanted all the sandwiches with tuna, I thought I was ordering only 1, they said they were 4 little,doesn't say it the menu. Got 4 normal size sandwiches! Chips of salad? Salad, no, they didn't have. Ok, chips then,got salad (?) Overall is a great hotel. Stayed here for 1 night, on business. Great hotel, only 4 years old, big spacious room with modern bathroom. Free internet and great hotel amenities. There is a free shuttle between both their hotels, which is needed as there isn't much around this hotel, not for the tourist.

I usually prefer to stay at small hotels that are a bit off the track. So my expectations were low when I checked into the Crowne hotel. Big rooms and pillows, lots of counter space in the bathroom with a real bathtub separate from the shower. Large closets and free Internet. There is a full gym on the tenth floor with a spa and pool and the hotel […] itself sits in a mall with several shops around. The views from this hotel are amazing since it is one of the tallest buildings in Tel Aviv. Security is tight as it is everywhere in Israel but the staff is very friendly and speak good enough English even though some are shy to do so. The breakfast buffet is a real buffet with a chef making what you want to order as well as an array of of breakfast foods like salmon, yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables. I was there for business and if I go back, I would stay at the Crowne plaza again. For what you get, the place is clean, comfortable and well priced. Mehr

Although my wife and I only spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was for leisure, the hotel is well situated for the business traveller.......only a short cab ride to the city centre, 20 mins from the airport and situated right on the Ayalon freeway. It boasts a huge Holmes Place Gym with a small indoor pool. The staff were very helpful and attentive […] and the rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable and although our room overlooked the Ayalon freeway, it was totally quiet. Directly outside the hotel is a huge shopping mall, great if you like shopping or need something urgent or just fancy a coffee. This location is not for everyone. The bad thing - it's not on the beach like many others (but they do have a free shuttle bus to take you there and back). HOWEVER - the great thing is it's attached to the Azraeli shopping mall AND it's right on the Ayalon Highway - the main north-south artery of Tel Aviv which is awesome for those using TA as a base […] to travel either around the area or the country.
