An sich ungeeignet für Businessreisende da auf dem Weg zum Flughafen meist Stau ist. Aber wer die Ruhe sucht anstatt den Trubel einer Stadt ist hier gut aufgehoben und nimmt die 40 Minuten bis zum Flughafen gerne in Kauf.

Die Lage ist üblicher Vorort, an dem man nichts anfangen kann, aber nicht zu weit von Ottawa Downtown, dass einen Besuch wirklich wert ist. Das Hotel selbst ist arg überteuert (was nicht an Hotels.com liegt!). Ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte wenigstens einen Pool bieten, was sehr fehlte bei Mordshitze. Wie immer, auch bei sehr kurzfristiger Buchung, funktioniert Hotels.com perfekt, und das schon seit Jahren fehlerfrei.

Wir hatten zwar ein sehr kleines Zimmer,es war aber alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Das sehr freundliche Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend .Wir durften unser Kfz auch nach dem check-out noch auf dem kostenlosen Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gehen.CB kostenfrei und ausreichend.

Hotel liegt ca. 30 km außerhalb von Ottawa. Sehenwürdigkeitensind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Bars. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und es gibt einen mittelgroßen Indoorpool im Hotel.
Lage
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ottawa Airport in Ottawa liegt in Flughafennähe. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung: Carleton University, Parliament Hill und Oberster Gerichtshof von Kanada. "No Curtains"
There were no curtains in our room, only see-through shears, so we were not able to block out the light from the window at night. As our room faced the front of the hotel, the florescent lights from the front of the building, and the street lights shined into our room all night long. "I love Holiday Inn"
I can always count on quality at the Holiday Inn - the only disappointment was that the pool water was cold, out right cold and not enjoyable to be in. Yummy breakfast buffet.

"Change the mattresses to new ones...."
I should mention that the mattress on the bed was in need of replacement. We could feel the springs inside and the cover over the mattress had some kind of plastic composition on it. Too hot on the skin and uncomfortable! Spent two nights and woke up feeling unrested and sore.Glad to get home to our comfy bed. Breakfast wasn't too bad I guess for hotel […] food...but, both night stays were frustrating to get tea ,for no hot water. The owners have opted out on the extra's that you find at other "new" Holiday Inns.Some fruit or cookies would of been nice for an evening pick me up!! I would stay again but with hopes that the hotel looks into new beds. Mehr
"Best service and staff I have ever met!"
I was here on a business trip for 4 nights and the hotel was perfectly located for my commute to the offices I was going to. There is a steakhouse down the road and food was amazing! "We like this hotel"
It's just too bad the rates aren't lower more often. We would use it a lot more. The location is great for what we need, the rooms are the perfect size for what we need and the breakfast is good enough to get your day started. "upgraded to a Suite for free"
excellent staff, close to airport but tub did not drain when the shower was running. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.
"Convenient to airport"
Just a caution. On the weekends, they don't start their shuttle to the hotel until 6:00AM. If your flight is early you still have to catch a cab. Also, on the weekends, the breakfast doesn't start until 7:00AM. Although they were very accommodating and offered us fruit and yogourt and bagels "to go" the night before.

"Great Hotel"
Staff goes out of their way to make your stay very pleasant. I have stayed here a number of times when flying in and out of Ottawa and I have never been disappointed.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was imacculate and the bedding top rate. Staff was very friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was good and had nourishing alternatives to the traditional breakfast. We will certainly stay there again. Great value for money.

"Great location - Great service"
Very close to the airport and prompt shuttle service. Staff very helpful and courteous. Clean new comfortable room and a pretty good breakfast all for a very fair price. I will stay at this hotel again.

"Holiday Inn Airport Park'n Fly Ottawa"
A great place to stay. The staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. They offered to allow me to take my rental vehicle back to the airport which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. They would come pick me up and then return me to the airport in the morning so I didn't have to deal with dropping off the vehicle before my flight. The room was […] emaculate and very modern.
