We had two rooms the evening prior to leaving the country from Munich. The hotel was easy to find and very close to the airport. There is a shuttle with a reasonable fee. The hotels was very modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and spoke multiple languages. Breakfats was included and was very nice. There was a fee for parking. The hotel […] is located near other hotels and some residential areas so there were really no places close (walking distance) to eat. We were interested in a place to rest prior after reaching our destination and leaving early the next morning. This is what we wanted so it was convenient for us. I would stay at this hotel again as they did a very nice job, were helpful and the rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. Mehr

Good, clean, convenient, with very friendly staff

The facilities are very nice, the staff is excellent and the breakfast is free; however, there is an intermittent, low-pitch hum that gets to be very nerve-wracking after the first three or four hours. The constant noise of the planes taking off and landing is also problematic. This could be solved with double-pane windows, such as those that hotels […] near train stations use. Otherwise, the hotel is fine. If you want to stay here, bring earplugs. Mehr

This hotel is new and the facilities are all modern. The rooms are VERY small.... even by European standards. The hotel is close (7 Km) from the Munich Airport and is located on the outskirts of a small village. No services around the hotel to speak of. Everything is extra.... internet access, shuttle to the airport, etc.

Clean hotel, nice people, but you have to pay for a short airport shuttle and there is little room for you luggage. OK for an overnighter between flights.

We we not expecting luxury but convience but were expecting reasonable comfort and cleanliness. Bathroom was fairly clean but smelled of uriine. Room was not adequately ventilated. Hot & stuffy (mid Oct) but could not get any air even with trying to open the one window. Beds small and hard and everything seemed downsized so I thought I was in Japan! […] Very austere furnishing. Great location, decent amenities, with a shuttle for a price (8 Euros). Parking will cost you as well. While they say you can receive Wi-Fi in your room, it only worked in the Lobby / Restaurant area.

Stayed one night in this hotel the night before I flew out of Munich. Hotel was nice, clean, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. The bed was ok, a little stiff, and the pillows were paper thin but luckily there were plenty available so I could stack them up. My only real complaint was that the shuttle driver dropped me off at the wrong […] terminal, but luckily I left early enough to still have time to make it to the correct terminal. Mehr

Very convenient for the airport. Very helpful, friendly staff. However my original booking did not match up with the room that was allocated. A change of room was offered which was possible as space available.

for a hotel in Germany close to an airport the sound proofing is very poor. The eight Euro charge for the airport bus is expensive, and the hotel is further from the terminals than stated. Otherwise fine, the multicultural staff there tries hard, and succeeds.

A basic hotel. Charges for shuttle service to airport should be factored into your cost to stay there.

Munich doesn't have a really busy airport, but if you're an extra light sleeper the planes may be annoying. Otherwise the room is typical "German" clean and very ergonomic. Fee for Internet and a coffee/tea set in the room plus breakfast included - European cold cuts. BTW 6 Euros for the shuttle each way and a 20-30 minute wait at the airport bus stop […] 11. Mehr

We were waitind to be served in the dinig room for diner more than an hour. Finaly left and went to a nearby resaurant

Good location and price. Very clean and frendly.

This is a convienient hotel for the Munich airport. Good breakfast and easy to airport. There is a great German restaurant just down in the small village.

The lady who works the evening shift and makes the morning breakfast was just the greatest. She made a special effort to find us a shuttle reservation when others were already booked. Our thanks to her!!!

There are very few hotels right near the airport, most of them are in the area where this hotel was located, a few miles from the airport. It was a 15 euro taxi fare from the airport, but only an 8 euro (per room) charge to take the shuttle. We walked down to the town, which has a couple of restaurants (including a really good italian place), but there […] wasn't much else around the hotel. To get to the city of Munich you would have to go back to the airport and then get the U bahn from there, which seemed like a lot of work to us. The hotel room was spacious and clean. There were no double beds available, so we had to push the 2 twin beds together, which was kind of annoying. Mehr

The only reason we stayed here is that it was close to the airport. However, the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was lovely. The bar was convenient and provided good snacks. The kids were happy, we were happy, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room too small for 3 people.

It is a god hotel overall. Close to the airport. smokers beware.. It's a non smoking hotel. Also, nothing much to do around the hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for an overnight airport stay. But the lack of a free shuttle to a hotel which exists almost exclusively for the airport is irritating.

Great location, next to the airport. Easy to get to the terminals. Staff were very helpful.

This hotel is close to the airport, had prompt pick-up service, was clean and nice-looking. They had salads and pizza available at Registration, or you could walk to a couple of restaurants near-by. The return shuttle service to the airport was right on time at 0400, and the desk clerk even opened the breakfast area for us early. We'd stay here aga […] in. Mehr

This hotel is great. I was so happy to come to a clean, modern, fresh-smelling room after long flights and layovers from Canada. The bed was great! clean, crisp, and soft. They spoke English, they had computers with internet to quickly check email, they had a court yard and the breakfast was great. I'm not sure what people are complaining about! yes, […] the shuttle costs money. Why are you shocked??? Nothing in this world is free. I was happy to be safe, comfortable and have the opportunity to catch some sleep. i'll always stay at this hotel on my munich layovers. Mehr

Hotel is convenient to catch a next day flight from the airport - about 8-10 min. drive. They have an airport shuttle - 8 euros per room. We found hotel very clean, reception personnel very friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. There is no restaurant there but snacks are available at the bar. Breakfast buffet is available, had good variety […] of food and is included in the room price. Not too much in the immediate area however a 20 min public bus ride (5 euros) will get you to a lovely town (Erding) which has plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping. Mehr

This hotel is called Holiday Inn Express Airport, however it is quite far from the airport. There is a hotel shuttle to and from the airport, but it is not complementary. The only other way to get to the airport from it is a cab. We stayed here because we expected convenience, but were somewhat disappointed. Additionally, this hotel seemed overpriced […] compared to the similar ones we stayed in throughout Southern Germany. The staff was somewhat helpful, but could have been better. We were hoping for fine dining on our last night in the country, but the restaurant we hoped to go to was closed that day. We asked for recommendations from the staff and after recommending a local buffet we clarified that we were looking for something a bit nicer (we were dressed for fine dining) they suggested a place in Munich. We did eat there and it was good, but it was not fine dining. The breakfast was good, but not great. The hotel was nice enough, but nothing special. Mehr

Hotel is very close to airport. Hotel shuttles to airpot start at 4am and are 5 minutes away from destination. They have their own parking (8E/night) and hotel staff is very friendly. Everybody speaks English. Breakfast was OK - nothing spectacular. Some cheeses, meats, cereal and fruit. The hotel is not near anything touristy. You have a small town […] 5 - 10 minute walk away with a Bavarian and Italian restaurant. Not an ideal place to stay as a tourist. Hotel rooms are small, efficient and very clean. I recommend to NOT STAY in the rooms in front of the main entrance door: we were awaken 20 times starting at 4am by loud people leaving, talking outside, taking smoke breaks and car doors slamming shut every few minutes. This hotel is perfect to stay a night before your flight and need to get to airport in morning. I did the BMW European Delivery program and this hotel was the perfect choice to stay before my 11am flight. BMW drop off was a 3 minute drive away. Mehr

One reason that we chose to stay at this hotel was specifically because their website claimed to offer free WiFi in guest rooms. Upon arrival, we found out that WiFi was only available at a rate of six euros per day, even in the lobby and business center. We reserved a room with a double bed instead of two twins. Upon arrival, we were told that they […] were all out of double beds because it was late in the day. We were upset at this, so they offered us a room with a pull out sofa that turned into a double bed. After accepting that solution, we went to the room to find out that the one we were given was actually exactly what we had reserved in the first place! I'm not sure where the miscommunication was, but it seemed like there was possibly a training issue going on. Regardless of not having free internet access and the confusing room situation, the stay was nice, the staff was very friendly, and I the shuttle to the airport was rather affordable. I have chosen this hotel primarly for the proximity to the airport. It was confortable, the service very efficient and the rooms confortable in compliance with the price. The breakfat is simple but acceptable. I definitilvely recommand it.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and very reasonably priced and was clean, The shuttle service works great. I would recommend staying here.
