Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Rom und ist wirklich sehr günstig über die Bahnstation Pantanella zu erreichen. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand mit Marmorböden und vielen Details, die es schön verzieren. Ein typisches italienisches Früstück ist zu erwarten, das sich in Umfang vom deutschen unterscheidet. Leider haben wir gefühlt das mit Abstand schlechteste […] Zimmer bekommen, da es im Gegensatz zum gesamten Hotel wirklich sehr einfach eingerichtet war. Aber es war sauber und wir hatten vier schöne Tage in Rom. Empfehlenswert vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Mehr

Ein insgesamt seltsames hotel. prima sicht auf rom bei nacht, aber das hotel ist tot wie wie caesar selbst. keine Bewirtung, kein anreiz, dort zu speisen, obwohl die lage dazu einladen würde. Dabei gute zimmer, schöner Frühstücksraum, maues frühstück. Am allerschlimmsten: Warmes wasser nur auf reklamation hin. 3 übernachtungen, 3x reklamiert ... in […] summe ein hotel, das zwiespältige gefühle hinterlässt. Gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis, gute zuganbindung nach rom, aber wirklich nur zum schlafen gut. Das ist für die sache eigentlich zu wenig, wenn man das potenzial sieht. Trotzdem empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Domus Caesari. Besonders das nette Personal und das gute Essen sind uns positiv aufgefallen. Das Hotel selbst ist schön und sauber.

Clean, peaceful and nice hotel with pretty good connection to the city of Rome. If good breakfast is very important for you, then this is not your hotel, but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient to tour Rome, reasonable prices, clean, good breakfast buffet, safe parking. A 10 minute walk to the train station. Only down side - if you return at night, part of the walk is without sidewalks and is dark. Safe area though. Staff is helpful and spoke English.

We stayed at this hotel prior to flying out of Rome Ciampino early the next morning. The rooms provided were in the attic with only light and air coming from a small attic window. There was no lift to the floor that our rooms were on. The rooms were also not sound proofed and the noise at night and early morning was not pleasant. The food in the restaurant […] was very good but we were unable to dine inside, only in a covered patio area. It did become quite cold. The hotel seemed to be understaffed and the breakfast was average. Mehr

The maintenance was very bad my bathroom flush was brook for three day I reported to the front desk 4 times until I left the hotel mad they didn't fix it. other thing when I called to make my reservation they told me the hotel is in Rome which was not true the hotel is in city near Rome I would not recommend the hotel to any one who want to visits Rome […] and enjoy his/her vacation it was a lot of hassel for me I asked to speek to the manager he was always not there I pied for 6 nights but I actually styed for three nights and I had to go pay for anther hotel in Rome so it was waste of money for me. This is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Rome, very convenient. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, parking is free, the rooms are gorgeous, breakfast was included in a wonderful dining area. It's close to Marino, Castel Gandolfo and Nemi. hotel is not as expected, not as beautiful as in picture. in the middle of a little neighborhood. don't recommend walking after dark. our main purpose was to visit the lake close by. lake was beautiful but long walk from train stop. it's walkable but it's like 20 mins down to the late.

If you're going to visit Rome, I'd recommend another place. Not to say that there was anything really wrong with it, but there's a couple of things that irked me. First, there was a no eating in the hotel room policy, which was outrageous. Then when asking for a travel adapter, they didnt have one of those. Asked for an iron and they said it was too […] much of a risk to let their guest iron (what the...?) On top of that, checkout was at 10:30am, which in my opinion is a little early. Then on top of that it's farther from the main city than I thought. You have to take the regional train to Pantanella from Roma Termini. Roma Termini is the main terminal to get around the entire city. You can catch the metros from there to get around the city From Pantanella station to the hotel is about 20 minutes away, but as I traveled with moderate luggage, it was grueling lugging it uphill I wouldnt recommend it at all. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Reception service was very poor and situated in a very rural location 10 mins. walk from train station up a narrow road to the Hotel. Very nice hotel, very clean and new but the breakfast was the worst we have ever had.The reception staff were very gruff and not very helpful. The food in the restaurant in the evening […] is okish. While the hotel looks very good and is beautifully furbished, the service is somewhat lacking. They need better management and better communication between employees. Food service staff are missing in action.

Muy lindo el hotel y el personal excelente! Lo super recomiendo a pesar de que hay q tomar un tren para llegar! Son solo 15 mins en tren! Vale la pena!

Sempre molto valido.

Es un buen hotel, aunque reformado a partir de una estructura antigua, las habitaciones aunque súper limpias y cómodas pudiesen darle un giro un poco mas moderno, el desayuno continental bien, el restaurante muy costoso y en los alrededores hay restaurantes mas accesibles. Hotel bellissimo con vista panoramica su Roma città, perchè situato su un promontorio che si affaccia su Roma, anche se nella zona di Marino. Ben visibile dalla stada che porta a castel gandolfo sulla sinistra e quindi facile da raggiungere in auto. Camere bellissime tali da peter attribuira una categoria superiore a quella attuale. L'hoetl è immerso […] inmmerso nel verde fra i pini romani e in totale tranquillità. Ottimo e gentilissimo il servizio del personale. Lo consiglio a tutti. O hotel é afastado do Centro de Roma. Nós ficamos apenas duas noites, e um dia apenas para passear em Roma, então não foi tão ruim, mas não recomendo aos que vão ficar mais dias. Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais e ficar em um hotel no centro. As areas comuns do hotel eram otimas. A suite era OK. Nada demais.

BUONO, BEN GESTITO. COMODO PER CIAMPINO

Sono rimasto molto sorpreso da questo hotel. Sui Colli Albani, nella quiete, un graziosissimo hotel con tutti i confort ed anche un tocco di eleganza che non guasta. La cordialità della Signora alla reception e la qualità della colazione hanno, da contorno, reso ancora più gradevole il mio breve soggiorno. Se posso ci tornerò.

Todo muy bien, perfectamente recomendable

Prachtig luxe hotel met een geweldig uitzicht. Ontbijt is prima en uitgebreid. Enige nadeel is dat je 15 minuten moet lopen naar de trein. Met eigen vervoer is dit een prima locatie met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

il mio pernottamento è stato brevissimo....ma a parte le mie condizioni, quanto disabile, e la difficoltà a fare scale, non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto.....anzi, bellissimo hotel, anke se la camera mi è sembrata un "bunker".....vista la sistemazione......terzo piano sotto il tetto....spero, se tornerò, in una collocazione migliore, viste, ripeto, […] le mie difficoltà di deambulazione.................ma nel complesso il mio giudizio è positivo... L'albergo è bellissimo, veramente di una cura e di un livello superiore ma il problema si è verificato entrando in camera. Pavimento sporco e polveroso, 3 travi di parquet rialzate e bagno adibito a disabili non richiesto e molto scomodo da utilizzare. Mi dispiace per il servizio che è meraviglioso, anche se il nuovo personale è chiaro che non viene […] formato adeguatamente (ho chiesto della piscina e non mi ha saputo rispondere) ma devo dire che la cortesia e la disponibilità sono degni di un 4 stelle. Tirando le somme non mi sento di consigliare questo albergo. Mehr

The hotel is near the Ciampino Airport, and it´s location was incredible fantastic. The picture on their website where you can see Rome is true. I took tha same picture. We had ordered a familyroom and it was amazingly big and clean and the bathroom was also very nice. The outside of the Hotel was a littlebit worn, but the inside was fantastic with […] red marble. I read in the review before we left that the food wasn´t so good, but I can not agree there, the waitress was very kind and we ate two different of first course and two different of main course and everything was delicious and the kids hade pizza and hamburger, but do not expect to get a hamburger like in Mcdonalds, these are a little bit "home made", but good. There is one thing I do not know, how easy or difficult it is to get in to Rome from the Hotel, sense we only stayed for one night. But there were alot of guests coming to the Hotel to stay for a while as I understod. Something bad about the Hotel....? That they opened the restaurant very late, at 8pm especially when you travel with kids. Mehr

Ottimo per posizione e qualità prezzo

Se sei a piedi e devi andare a Roma, questo albergo è sconsigliato perchè l'unico modo di arrivare è con un treno regionale e poi camminare per un km con le valigie in pendenza. Il panorama è bello e il prezzo non è male ma nei dintorni non ci sta niente e dico niente di interessante! La cosa peggiore era la stanza in mansarda che non era pulita, anzi […] il bagno e la stanza puzzavano di fumo ed era molto sporco a terra con peli, capelli e polvere! Hotellet er beliggende nær Via Appia 20 km udenfor Rom. I egen bil er man hurtigt inde i det centrale Rom. Forholdet mellem pris og kvalitet er OK. Hotellet har en pompøs fremtoning, men set i lyset af at det er åbnet i 2008 tør vi ikke spå om hvordan fremtoningen er 10 år senere! Aircondition virker kun på bestemte tider af døgnet, som hotellet afgør. […] Derfor er er østvendt værelse ikke at anbefale, for der bliver temmelig lunt om morgenen, uden aircontion og med 30 grader udenfor. Vi gjorde opmærksom på en række mindre fejl, men stort set intet blev gjort for at udbedre dem. Standardsvar: I'm sorry". Ikke engelsk talende personale i hele perioden. Ingen morgenmadsbuffet, men en tallerken med enkelt hvedebrød og to ultra tynde skiver ost og skinke til hver. Ingen juice kun vand. Ekstra kaffe betales separat. Der blev ikke tilbudt kompensation for de fejlene. Direktøren påpegede dagen før afrejsen at vi skulle have kontaktet ham på den første dag (hvor han ikke var der og den enlige receptionist kun talte italiensk). Vi forventede at personalet i receptionen reagerede på vores klager, men der skete intet. Mehr

La Domus Ceasari si presenta come un hotel di lusso, con rifiniture di pregio in marmo e tutto molto patinato. Ma oltre questa apparenza il servizio e' decente, il ristorante medio. Manca lo spazio del verde, per godersi un po' di relax. Buono il comfort per le camere ampie, il buon condizionamento (disattivabile), lo spazio per il parcheggio. Dette er et greit hotell for de som bare vil slappe av og helst ikke treffe hverken fugl eller fisk. ;.) Veldig stille og usentralt.Et stykke og gå til togstasjonen og 20 minutter inn til Roma med tog.
