Priced very well,loads of room,the staff were terrific and very helpful. Close to the metreo only 10 min walk. Great value for money.

Great for Family Vacation. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was more than enough for a family of 4. Local store right across the street for your shopping needs. Its about a 7 minute walk to Spinners and a 12 minute walk to Burjman Shopping Mall. 15 minute walk to the Dubai Metro.

Excellent service. The staff was very helpful. They helped med print out my boarding passes - and send a bellboy to the room with the tickets late at night. Not exactly a service you would expect to this price. There's a little supermarket across the street, Spinneys nearby and Burjumal mall in walking distance means that you can arrive late, go out […] and eat - and still have happy kids :-) Close to the Zouks, and driving taxi is cheap in Dubai, so unless you wan't to be able to walk to the beach this is a great hotel!!! Very convenient location with a grocery store and major shopping mall nearby. It was easy to get taxis in the area. The room was decent enough and clean. My only issue is that it is very easy to hear people in the hallways or people moving about in the apartment above us.

This hotel is old and dated. The carpet and furniture are old. There are no restaurants within walking distance and it is secluded.

Hotel is a bit distant, but taxis are there and if you do not mind a small walk, the metro station is within 5 mins. Very large room with separate bedroom. Cross the street small supermarket to supply all you need for light meal or breakfast. Dishwasher would be a good addition (especially for longer stays).

Stayed 4 nights in December 2011. Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, convenient location to shops, restaurants and tram station. Quiet hotel suitable for families too, found the apartment very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

if you are a young traveler or a mid 30 traveler looking for a good hotel to fit your budget and expect to pay for a 3 star hotel u will be getting a 4.8 hotel. the rooms are extremely good better than expected. bed soft and big and clean. room cleaness extremely good. kitchen clean. location perferct and walking distance to diff points and makrkets. things […] they need to work on: . internet service is really expensive. they shall work on it. .wrinting adddress on the card or web site some taxis dont even know dubai that well and sometimes just 17b is not enough unless u tell the driver to go to sphinexx of burjuman and then u gide then. but overall was a great experience for us.the kalama market was awesome and u are only like 6 blocks away from there . i will def will b coming back next year to the hotel. friendly staff and great attitude and help! congrats guys . This was a good stay. It is within walking distance of the bus/train terminal that can take you to anywhere in the city for a very reasonable price. Neighborhood was safe and had plenty of shops for shopping nearby.

Although this hotel is a bit far from any of the big attractions in Dubai, I would def stay here again. Taxis are cheap and the hotel even provides a luxury car and charges taxi prices for using it. well worth it. They let us check in early at 9 in the morning and even upgraded us free of charge. The roof top pool is so relaxing and the views are amazing. […] I would highly reccommend this hotel and for all you British/Irish out there take a taxi to the Sherlock Holmes Pub in Diera the food is amazing especially the battered prawns! Overall although the location is not ideal the hotel is def worth every penny - its such a bargain. Next time I will stay in Barsha as the location is more central to the touristy locations in Dubai. The hotel definitely lives up to its name as a deluxe apartment hotel. There are a lot of apartment hotels here because most people stay a long time. The washing machine was great as well as the full size kitchen. We had the city view 1 bedroom apartment with 1.50 bath which was great for my fiancé and I because I could get ready in the larger bathroom […] and he in the smaller to save on time. There's a living room with a full sized sofa and 2 huge chairs, balcony and small entertainment center with TV. Bedroom was great as well with HUGE closets- great for someone staying for more than a week. Overall, a great value and a decent location. Mehr

The apartment was clean and accomdating. I was impressed with the maid service quick response to any request that was made. Spinney Shopping Center was in walking distance which was nice.

We spent two nights at this hostel with my sister. Room was nice, spacious and clean. We booked a deluxe-room, but we didn't get the fruit basket or other benefits before we asked for it. After that everything went really smoothly. Location was ok, and it was easy to travel by metro.

I stayed 9 nights with my wife and 2 children. I recommend this hotel to family tourists. It was like our home.

The Xclusive Hotel Apartments were extremely difficult to find for us given we had never been to Dubai. It looked like it used to be nice. It certainly doesn't look like the pictures any more. It is quite worn and looks like the only thing that has been updated since it opened is the tvs. My husband didn't feel comfortable with me walking in the neighborhood […] at night. The neighborhood itself seemed okay, but the street that Xclusive is on is quite dark. There are roaches in the hotel, but that is to be expected given that a large number of expats live there and the little crevices that critters can get into have not been filled. All that said however, the room was a good price for the money. It is true that you get what you pay for. If you're looking to only sleep and shower and spend all of the rest of your time out, it's an okay place to stay. Mehr

THANKS! The stay exceeded our expectation! The Hotel room is spacious - a one bed-room with a kitchen (not kitchenette), dining area, spacious living room, balcony....GREAT! My sister and I loved it!! We were able to cook our own bfast and dinner coz we got tired of eating out. A 24-hr Spinnys Supermarket is just down the road, like 5 minutes walking […] max. Driver did have difficulty finding the Hotel. By if you use Burjuman Shopping Center as the reference point, they have a higher chance of knowing where it is. Dubai Metro (train) is close by too, like 10 minutes walking towards Burjuman Center. Mehr

The hotel is very decent and close to the city and main center. Excellent staff who are very soft and kind.

We enjoyed our stay there; apartment was big and fully furnished. It had a decent living room, dining area, kitchen with all utensils and crockery, 2 big bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and a balcony. Living room and one of the bedrooms had big LCD TV. Mini mart was across the building which was very convenient; Spinnie grocery store was 2 blocks from the apartment […] and malls and metro station were around 10-15 minutes walk. Service was decent, pick and drop to the airport and WiFi is available at a cost. Only down side is that they do not serve meal. Mehr

Picked the deluxe room to get free wifi (note this is data limited per stay) and also very nice to get an in-room check-in with free water and fruit bowl on arrival too. Lovely service that you don't get in most hotels nowadays! This room type also provides free transfers to Dubai airport but remember to advise both arrival and departure times. The […] hotel has staff based at the airport too to help pick your bags into their car and also on departure too. Amazing! Note that the hotel has a car you can use to drive you as a taxi but this is a bit pricier than a normal taxi which you can just hail on the street. There is not much around except a supermarket opposite or the larger Spinneys nearby but you'd have to endure the Dubai heat to get to alas. The Burjuman mall is near too but we didn't get to see this as we went to the main Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. All within taxi ride. The hotel apartments are pleasantly furnished with a washer too. No dryer but you can hang clothes outside on the balcony in the heat! Again, it is a nice place with great service but just a little out of the way with little around to do. But if it's a base you want, this is it! Mehr

Very conveniently located apartment with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were very well kept. We also found the service very prompt and efficient. Showers were excellent, which is always a relief!

Having stayed at several hotels in this area, I'd say that this one is one of the better places to stay for a reasonable price. I will recommend XCLUSIVE Hotel Apartments to anyone searching to stay in Dubai for a few days.

Good value; very friendly and helpful staff. Not the Ritz but for the price it is great value.

We had a comfortable sat with our faimly of three. Service was good but slow. Overall it was a good hotel for the price. Only one disappointment was the no sofa bed as it was advertised in the site. There were some bugs crawling in the room but overall staff was helpful when you ask any question's.

i made a booking here based on other very favorable reviews which i had read. I am very pleased with the level of service and care that i was afforded during my stay. The staff were very helpful and inviting at all times and held my bags before and after i was able to check in/out. They even let me shower at night on the 8th floor bathroom before my […] flight, despite the fact that i had checked out. At first i was worried about the hotel upon entering the lobby, which doesn't nearly do justice to the excellent rooms they have. Clean and well equipped. The room is great for couples with a lounge, dining and kitchenette area. The rooms are spacious with a big comfortable bed. Floor to ceiling windows with a great view and plenty of natural light. There is also a balcony to chill with a drink. Contrary to our understanding, airport transfer was not free (100 dirham versus 25 by taxi).

The hotel apartment was one of the nicest I have lived in. There were 2 rooms each with nice furniture, fully equiped kitchen and 2 large LCD televisions. Everything was brandnew. The gym was not bad for a hotel, and there is a really nice little rooftop terrace with a swimming pool with a great view of the city. overall the stay was good although it was only for sleeping for one night service was good and room were comfortable and nice

Very nice appartment hotel, we travelled with an 18 month old and they had a crib and lots of space in the room for him to move around. Sponneys is 5 minutes as is Mcdonalds, Metro and Burjuman is about a 15-20 minute walk or 10dhs by taxi. Pool on rooftop was great as well. Would definitely stay there again if I had to stay in Burdubai.

This is a good hotel hotel apartment for family stay.Close to Burjuman Mall (15 mins walking) and 24 hours spitneys supermarket (10min walk).Facillities were excellant.Basic cooking utensils were provided.I have stayed in a deluxe apartment.Luckily my wife have checked earlier on what are given & need to ask for it.The airport transfers (both ways - […] were free) and free wireless internet connections.But remember to ask for it...On the low side,although confirmed can check out at 2.30pm,the receptionist start calling almost every other minutes beginning at 2.20pm.This is too much.....Secondly there was also local calls made from the room totalling AED4 which we did not make but the receptionist agreed to waive it... a good location to explore dubai from, with an efficient staff, and clean rooms. there are nearby shops and supermarket, with all the sights handily reached by taxi.the only complaint would be the quality of the bed for the third child as only reasonable for small one

I have stayed at this apartment twice now and it just gets better every time. My gripe last time was that the staff were a bit remote and unwelcoming. Good news is that they have new staff in and they are very friendly. The only downsides to this place is that a) there is no restuarant where you can get some grub if you are being lazy, b) The pool is […] small and needs some renovation (the tiles are coming off!) and c) the WIFI quality is low and the prices exorbitant (Some (350 AED for a week - and 200 for a day!). Hotellet ligger godt, det er nemt at komme rundt til de forskellige seværdigheder. Det er en dejlig stor lejlighed, og der ligger et stort supermarked lige i nærheden, hvor man kan købe alle dagligvarer. Poolen på taget er også fin, der er ikke så mange liggestole, så man skal være hurtig. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme, man føler sig velkommen. Jeg […] kan kun anbefale stedet. Mehr

Llegás y te encontrás con un departamento alucinante. Living, cocina, 2 baños, 2 LCD, balcón. Hiper cómodo. Tiene un supermercado enfrente y otro divino a 2 cuadras "Spinneys", si te quedás un par de días comprás cosas ahí y listo. El metro está a unas 7 cuadras, lindas de caminar. Volvería a "vivir" en ese lugar.

Väldigt fint hotell med bra service, rymliga och välstädade rum med balkong! Hotellet ligger nära livsmedelsbutiken Spinneys och nära Metron! Man får väldigt mycket för pengarna, helt klart prisvärt! Ok poolområde på taket! Jag kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell!

Vi blev mycket väl bemötta av personalen. Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån downtown och stränder, så vi åkte mycket taxi (detta visste vi ju innan). Däremot ligger hotellet nära en fin galleria och en matbutik som har öppet dygnet runt. Dubai är stort så det är svårt att ha nära till allt. Det här hotellets läge passade oss bra på så sätt.
