"Perfect place to stay!!!!!"
Absolutely the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Very friendly staff. The room was clean with new looking paint, wall paper, sheets and blankets. Room was very clean. We forgot something in our room after we left and the hotel was very helpful in returning the item.
"Hilton Garden Inn - Edinburgh, IN - Suite life"
We stayed in a 1.5 bath, 1 bedroom suite with our two young children. It has a totally seperete bedroom, with a door! Not a lot of hotels offer this option but for us it is required. Definitely the way to go if you are traveling with kids.
"Nice Hotel"
Nice hotel, friendly staff. An outlet mall is right across the street. Not much to do in this town except go to the mall. We were only in town for a few days so my husband could visit Camp Atterbury.

"Hilton Garden Inn"
The hotel was everything we expected, nice and clean, but a bit hard to regulate temp. in room. A November stay and the room was too hot! The bed didnt function as it should have, but the pillows were great. This is a yearly trip for us, and we will continue to stay here.

"Did not seem like a Hilton"
We have stayed at a hilton before in Bloomington and loved it, so there was no hesitation when we booked this one. The location is perfect, literally right by the outlet mall. We walked in to check in, and the letter posted at the desk said the hottub was out of order. We went upstairs to our room and dropped off our bags and went to look out to see […] where to park so we could see our car. When we looked out our room window it was a very rustic view. On the landing below us, there was nothing but a big rust mess. We then left and went and got something to eat and do some more shopping. I was really looking forward to being able to use the whirlpool tub since the hottub was out because my back was hurting from walking so much. We got back to the room and my husband took our 2 oldest to the pool while I stayed back with the youngest. I went to take a bath and the very back jet on the tub was broke and the water turned a very foggy mess quickly. I was very disappointed. I got up to shower so I wouldn't have what was in the water all over me because I started to itch very quickly. When I reached for a wash cloth, it had brown spots on it. I laid it out to the side and washed with my soap and hurried up and got out. I called the desk to let them know and they said they would tell maintenance and housekeeping. All around it was not a great experience but not the worst. For a Hilton though, it was very small and not what I would have expected. I was also bummed they made us go into the room they did as it was major overkill for us. We have 3 kids 7 and under and they made us book a junior suite. Too much for us. Very nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. Would recommend it. Columbus is a very neat place to visit and this hotel isn't too far away. We didn't shop next door but it's there for those who must.

Everything was as stated in description. Extremely clean, quiet and friendly. Ate dinner and breakfast there and were very pleased with both meals. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

"Hilton Garden Edinburgh - Fantastic Stay"
Fantastic Hotel! Incredible swimming pool ... and, by far the best hot tub I've relaxed in for years! Room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel was a close distance to all that we wanted to do ... Edinburgh outlet mall and Brown County sightseeing. Great Stay!
"Hilton Hotel in Edinburgh, Indiana~Outlet Mall"
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We love the layout of the room (King Suite) and will definitely stay here again. Only downside was we were charged for 2 movies we didn't watch...credited our account at checkout, but still waiting for it to show up on our statement. Hopefully this will resolve without further action.

"Look elsewhere"
Plenty of hotels in the area, I'd recommend staying someplace else. Mold on bathroom ceiling, later, found out why - when person upstairs showers, water runs through ceiling - not just a few drops - literal waterfall. Air-conditioner in room runs continually and makes obnoxious noises all night, in addition to the constant noise from outside. Dirty, […] poorly maintained overall hotel. Hallways need to be cleaned. will not stay here again. Mehr

Hilton Garden Inn Edinburg/Columbus was very nice. I forgot my toothbrush and they supplied me with a replacement. My only complaint was that the restaurant in the htoel only served breakfast and dinner. We arrived at lunch time and had to walk two blocks to the nearest restaurant. "The beds are the equivalent of a blow up mattress"
Everything is upscale and perfect for business travel - with the exception of the beds are miserable. The adjustment option doesn't provide any relief either.

You will love this hotel. The staff are exceptional with handling your experience from check in to the lovely and tasty breakfast. They work as a team and it is a very pleasant experience. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are outstanding. They could not improve upon anything they do! PS I am a travel agent.
"Adjacent to Outlet Mall on I-65"
This hotel is located conveniently off I-65 south of Indy adjacent to the Outlet Mall in Edinburgh. We picked up some great deals there and enjoyed a couple of good night's sleep. Sunday brunch was quite filling.

The manager of the hotel was GREAT. He helped accomodate us despite the misstake made in Hotel.com's system.
I am a frquent user of this hotel. It is the best in my opinion in the Columbus area. Try to get a room on the upper floors toward the east end to minimize the road noise from US 31.

Hotel was immaculately clean. The room was spacious and comfy. I kept wondering how I could justify living there permanently! Will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it!

"Would stay here again in a heartbeat"
my whole family loved this hotel experience. Everything was very clean and new, beds are comfortable, large flat-screen television, warm indoor pool, staff was professional and friendly- overall a WONDERFUL experience!!
"Expensive place with expensive breakfast"
I couldn't believe that a complimentary breakfast was not included. The room was small for the price. It was nicely appointed and clean. Also to purchase a hot breakfast was $11 and it was not worth it. Both options totally overpriced (Cold was $6). They didn't even have complimentary coffee in the lobby. We also did not get a newspaper one of two days. […] On Saturday we got up to go to the airport and the breakfast was not being served till 7:00 even though the hotel add on the internet said it opened @ 6:00 so went left hungry. I would have been better off staying at the Hampton Inn across the parking lot. The room was also very quiet which was nice. Overall though I would not refer it to friends and colleagues. Mehr

This hotel sits right in the parking lot of the Outlet mall! Great planning! It is also in the same lot as the restaurants available for the area. Also near manicure/pedicure establishment! DId it all and enjoyed our stay. The whirlpool tub is not as pictured on Hotels.com. It is just a one person jet bathtub in the bathroom. Not in the bedroom as shown. […] Ours was also broken so could n't use it. They offered to move us but that was too much bother. Gave us a free movie viewing instead. Mehr

The hotel & surroundings were very nice, we usually have good luck with Hilton Garden Inns. We should have listened to other reviews regarding service at this property. When I complained about the handicapped room I was told that was what I had reserved & the hotel was full. The parking lot was never more than 1/3 full.

"Don't trust this hotel!"
The room was nice except for the fan that ran all night long despite adjusting the thermostat. The problem was with the billing. I paid through hotels.com and then they charged my account as well. I am still fighting to get them to remove the charge. They assured that they would credit my account. The next statement came with no credit. I would not […] suggest booking a room at this hotel, unless you want to pay for the room twice. They have very poor business practices. Mehr
