Very clean, and the staff was really friendly.

This hotel is tricky to find but, once your there it all comes together. We only stayed one night left the car in the patrolled lot for the duration of our cruise fee is $5.00 a day still cheaper than the self park lot. The room and bed were comfortable, the wake up call on time. We ate a late/lite dinner in the cafe and it was good. :-)

We waited at airport with another couple for over an hour for shuttle to arrive. Called hotel twice and they were not helpful. Upon leaving to catch cruise next morning, another shuttle debacle. We switched vehicles twice and finally departed to the pier, except our luggage was loaded into a trailer that left separately. Very stressful.. Hard to believe […] they do that for a living. Mehr

We only stayed 1 night before boarding a Cruise ship, most of the staff was friendly & helpful. Although the 2 younger girls that checked us in could have been a little more personable. Our room was clean & comfy and the Hotel Manager greeted us the next morning & was Very helpful & accomidating. I would stay there again on our next trip through.

Stayed two nights only before a cruise. Very clean and well maintained. free shuttle from the airport was fast! Hotel satff were very polite. Buffet breakfast was good but they did not have egg beaters for those of us who are battling cholesterol. Alternate resturants across the road included Denny's but the road was almost impossible to cross - no […] pedestrian crossing! All in all I would stay again and recommend it to others. Mehr

Great place to stay. Close to the airport.

This Hilton Garden was not equal to several more we have stayed, such as the Hilton Garden in Raleigh, NC. However, it was adequate and was close to the airport and cruise ship location.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms. A bit suspicious neighborhood though.

Friendly and professional staff, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was very good for the rate we paid.

Outstanding staff, facilities, location relative to the Miami airport, free parking and a great, made-to-order breakfast will bring us back there whenever we're in town or going through the airport! Highly recommended!

The best bed we ever had in hotels. Really good!

This is a nice hotel, close to the airport, comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a Denny's restaurant just across the street if you don't want to eat in the hotel dining room. My wife and I stayed here overnight enroute to a cruise leaving the next day. My only negative comment is that the room keys did not function well. I would stay here a […] gain. Mehr

Our stay was a layover to/from a cruise. Second stay at this fine hotel. Bed was comfortable; room clean and fresh throughout; spacious bathroom and shower (no bathtub) located outside airport, but never heard an airplane/jet from inside room; fine decor. this is located close to the airport and there's not much around this place... there is a Dennys close to this place otherwise not much. drive to downtown Miami is not bad... didn't encounter any traffic...

Positives: Room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Water pressure was good and hot water stayed hot. Room had 'fridge and mircowave. Check in/out was quick and easy Negatives: AC was rather loud. The printer in the business center did not work so I had to go over the the adjacent property to print a needed form.

Nice clean and quiet rooms, good service, nice clean pool and jacuzzi, would stay again and would recommend to others.

spent the weekend there and it was great, the staff was lovely, it was close to the airport which was great cause i had an early flight, the room was nice and clean, the ac is a bit loud but ok, again i must say the staff was great i had a couple packages shipped there prior to my arrival and they accepted them for me and stored them...... beware of […] the directions from the GPS it takes you around to the back and if you arrive after 7pm that gate is locked you have to wait for security to open it up for you, but overall a great stay... The stay at this hotel was terrible. The room was clean, hurah to the cleaning staff. The rest of the stay was just terrible, after arriving i opted to enjoy some quiet time by the pool only to be bitten by a vast array of ant species, reported it to the staff in the hopes someones child would not have to endure the same discomfort and the staff acted […] like i was an irritant. I then went to the room to finish some of my work prior to the meeting in the morning, the internet connection was so slow i was unable to complete any, literaly any work. After deciding i would accomplish no work i decided to rent a movie, a nearly 20 dollar movie. i watched and much to my dissapointment, the movie skipped all through the end. I thaught to complain but didnt want to bother the rude staff. After returning from dinner i decided to rent another movie, couldnt get any work done with the internet conection, this movie skipped throughout the entire movie. so rediculous, these problems are so easily resolved it is obvious the only staff members at this hotel that take pride in their work is the cleaning staff. Moreover, i would like to say that i have stayed at many, many hotels i have booked through hotels.com and never, ever had any complaints. Additionally, i chrish hotels.com and would hope that a wonderful company such as yours would not associate yourself with such a distasteful hotel, cannot believe it is in any way a Hilton! thank you. Everything was good at this hotel for an overnight stay. It's further from the airport than I thought (about 15 mins drive). We had to wait almost 45 mins for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and that's why I am giving it a 4 star.

Beautiful clean hotel with amenities close by. However, It took almost an hour for a hotel shuttle van to pick us up at the airport at 9:30 pm and then we waited for half an hour for the shuttle in the morning to drive us to Miami port for a cruise even though we had pre-booked the time. The room was comfy and for the most part clean. We did find an empty beer bottle the housekeeper must have missed and some personal effects possibly from the previous guest. I informed hotel staf about it at checkout and am still waiting for the management to call me. It was a busy holiday weekend so I will give the benefit of the doubt that it will […] happen. Also after housekeeping clean our room they neglected to give us toilet paper and freash washcloths. When we returned to the room it was 10:00 and no one was availible to bring it up to the room. Minor inconvience. Besides that I enjoyed my stay the bed was comfortable and staff very friendly and professional. Convienent location to beaches and north miami. I would stay there again. Mehr

Been all over the world. Spent many trips in miami. This hotel is by far a perfect value for the money. Intend to stay again.

The hotel was nice but getting there on the shuttle was not good. We called from the phone near luggage pickup and was told we needed to go upstairs and call and tell them where we were...you have to use your cell phone up there....My phone did not want to work till I got out away from the airport building...The shuttle driver was very nice but if you […] don't have a cell phone with you your in trouble...We ate in rest. and was pleased with the service and food. The hotel employees were very welcoming at the front desk and got me to my room quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel is located in a convenient location, not too far from South Beach or Coral Gables. It seemed right in the center of all the places I was visiting. We were extremely pleased with everything!

The service from the front desk staff was excellent. Our only problem was that the bathroom floor tile was dirty.

I enjoyed my overnight stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami. The staff greet us with a smile and a batch of fresh baked cookies! The next morning my guy and I went downstairs for breakfast, and the young lady who checked us in once again greeted me and my with a warm smile. She even remembered our names. Kudos to the front desk and housekeeping staff who made us feel exceptionally welcome the moment we walked into the hotel.

The place is basically an average establishment. It's convenient to the airport, but I wouldn't book an extended stay. We spent on night at the end of our vacation to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. It was good enough for that, but nothing special. Breakfast was a real disappointment. I thought a continental breakfast was included, […] but it turned out you have to pay twelve dollars per person whether you have just coffee and a bagel, or if you have eggs bacon, etc. Mehr

We stayed here before our cruise and were satisfied with the hotel and staff were very helpful.Restaurant closes by 10 pm and so do surrounding restaurants although Dennys was opened late. Pool very nice. We were able to use and stay at hotel on return from cruise until late flight. home.

The hotel was great. Our first cruise so they helped with the shuttle to the boat and getting ready. great experience.

We liked this hotel. The food was surprisingly good in the evening when we arrived after the normal dinner hour. The pool was nice as well. The only thing that was a little bit crazy was breakfast in the morning. They were totally overwhelmed when apparently everyone showed up at 9 AM. The place was a madhouse for about an hour.
