Es war alles bestens. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bushaltestelle für Liverpool Street ist direkt vor der Tür und die U-Bahn Bethnal Green auch nur 7 min Fußweg. Das war für uns gut, da man Tagesfahrkarten für Kinder nur noch an Bahnhöfen kaufen kann.

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Busse Richtung Liverpool Street fahren direkt vorm Hotel ab und brauchen ca. 10 Minuten. U-Bahn (Central Line) ist fußläuifig in ca. zehn Minuten erreichbar. Pubs und Clubs in Shoreditch sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums,aber dafür mit eine direkte Busvebindung zum Liverpool Street Station. Dauer 10 min. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Neu renoviertes Hotel, bestes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis und super Verbindungen mit Bus und auch U-Bahn (10min)

Leider ist die Lage des Hotels zu weit entfernt von der UBahn

Schönes Hotel Ausserhalb, 15 Minuten mit dem Bus zur U-Bahnstation Frühstück naja, wenig Auswahl Kosten, Service und Qualität sind sehr gut.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, was in London doch eher nicht üblich ist. Jedenfalls in diesem Preissegment. Zimmer war sauber, Rezeption freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ok, reisst aber auch niemanden vom Hocker. Die Anbindung ist wirklich Klasse. Von Liverpool Station mit dem Taxi zum Hotel für ca. 8 Pfund. Aber auch […] direkt mit Bus zu erreichen. Vorm Hotel fahren mehrere Busse ab. Zum Beispiel bis Oxford Circus (40min). Tickets dafür sind im Kiosk, keine Minute vom Hotel entfernt, erhältlich. Mehr

Buslinie direkt vor der Haustüre, Frühstück reichhaltig (9,50 Pfund für Britisch Breakfast; 5,50 Pfund für "deutsches Frühstück"), Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Schnellkocher, Bügeleisen, Fön, 1xSchokopulver-,mehrerTee- und Kaffeetütchen zum Selberkochen, Flachbildschirm an der Wand, Aufzug, Badewanne, sehr sauber, ruhig.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Super komfortabele Zimmer. Allerdings ist das Frühstück und die Internetnutzung sehr überteuert. abgesehen davon hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit bei Informationen zur Stadt und bei der Buchung eines Ausflugs zum Stonehenge.

Gutes Hotel, Frühstück etwas teuer

Was mein Freund und ich für das Hotel bezahlt haben (Doppelzimmer mit Dusche und WC) war der Preis total in Ordnung. Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb ca. 10 - 15 min. von der nächsten Tube Station entfernt. In der Umgebung hat es viele Läden mit Lebensmitteln, also kommt man auch gut ohne Frühstück klar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. […] Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ärgerlich war, dass zwar der Fernsehr eine Auswahl für Ausländische sender hat, da jedoch keiner verfügbar ist, es ist also nicht möglich am Abend einen deutschen Sender einzuschalten, nur BBC etc. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel aber wirklich weiterzu empfehlen. Bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine Minibar und einen Safe im Zimmer. Beides war leider nicht vorhanden. Auch das Bad war spärlich ausgestattet.

We were not disappointed on our second visit to this gem of a hotel. The staff were, if anything, friendlier than last time and sorted us out a quiet room, which was very comfortable (bed especially). The immediate area is not great BUT is very close to the wonderful Broadway market (Saturdays - very buzzy and full of wonderful things to buy and see) […] and London Fields (great for a stroll or lunch at the Pub on the Park on a sunny day) as well as the City and the West End. However, two things clients must be ware of - the hotel is quite a dfistance from Shoreditch itself: do not bother with trying to watch television. The service is rubbish! Mehr

Excellent hotel, but very expensive parking

Unable to order breakfast to our room which was disappointing,

I was staying on business and found this hotel looking through the website. The staff were exceptionally helpful on check in and the room was gorogeous for the price. The room is modern, clean with very good quality toiletries.

This hotel is just in the right place for working in the city and then relaxing in the evening. Great combination of local restaurants and shops around and good transport connections.

Booked for 1 night following a flight to Stanstead. Easily accessed by tube/bus. Hotel is very modern, clean, room was large, nice bathtub, tv, fridge. No complaints at all. Offered free luggage storage the next day. HUGE COMPLAINT about front desk staff. We got to the hotel very late after our flight and airport transfers. We called the front desk […] when we landed to tell them we were going to be late and to make sure the room was held. They said there was no issues. When we arrived they were not able to check us in due to computer issues. We had travelled for the entire day, had numerous bags. We ended up having to sit in the lobby for 30 mins while this happened. The hotel was prepaid, they had our room card and details yet would not let us check in. Were very unapologetic, did not offer us a drink while we waited. Front desk staff were rude to my girlfriend, did not help us in anyway. It is a shame as this is a decent hotel in East London, great location for Broadway Makets, Shoreditch, etc. Hope they can correct. Mehr

I stood at the RE for 3 weeks on a business trip and I have to say they were very good in treating it's visitors. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the Shoreditch area.

I am just in love with this hotel,I fill very comfortable.the the toilets are excellent the rooms are superb and staffs are clean and friendly.I got what I paid for,and that is excellent.BRAVO!

Stayed here on a Saturday evening (10/03/12). Clean and confortable rooms - not massive but more than adequate. Very comfy bed, flat screen TV, tea & coffee maker in room. Very helpful staff, very clean, modern decor, pleasant bar with more TV's. Didnt try restaurant but had breakfast - £9.50 for continental (not cheap for a bowl of cereals and a croissant) […] but well presented and the going rate I suppose - £12.50 for full English. Secure underground car park with plenty of spaces available (you can't reserve one in advance) for a charge of £20 overnight. Plenty of restaurants 10/20 mins walk away. Would deffinitely stay here again. Mehr

A lovely hotel, very clean and modern with very courteous and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy, well-presented and exceeded my expectations for a hotel so close to the City Centre.

The RE is an ok hotel. However, its location is not so convenient. The floor where I stayed was probably newly painted and therefore still had that smell wafting around. Had to cover my nose when going through the lobby. The only convenient thing about it is that it has free wireless internet in the room. It's a decent hotel but will mostly likely not […] stay there again. Mehr

the stuff could not sort out the heating in the room, i had to change room. they did not offer any compensation. I would never go back, not even in the summer and i would not recommend the place to anyone. this is a hotel which saves money on heating!!!!!

I chose to stay in this hotel to be close to the assessment centre I was attending the next day. It was also close (10min walk) from the Bethnal green underground station. The hotel staff were lovely- especially the lady who greeted me as I first checked in. The room was large and so was the bed. Easy to check in and out after I submitted a deposit. […] The lobby was open and a good place to sit- even if there was only one computer. I had no problems staying at this hotel. Nice hotel. Only issue I had was that I was on international business and heavily relied on having an internet connection and, for two days, I was forced to go without it because of some network problem the hotel was having. They were not accommodating or sympathetic at all and definitely gave me the run around when I wanted to speak to a manager. It […] wasn't until I threatened to check out that the manager, who I was told 'left for the day' 30 minutes earlier, magically appeared. End of the day they offered no discount for my inconvenience and were quite rude. All they said is they could have given me a free breakfast. Mind you, this was after I had checked out so it was clearly an empty gesture. It really bothered me that they lied about the manager being gone. No one likes being lied to. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but how you handle it is what truly defines the character of a person or company. I won't be staying there on my next visit to London, that's for sure. The hotel is fine. My only comment would be tht the heating system is rather noisy, so you would need earplugs at night if you are a light sleeper. The Re is not actually in Shoreditch but Hackney. Rather a long walk from a tube station. I can't comment on the restaurant as I didn't eat there.

amazing considering the price! cheapest i could find yet everything was luxury... food, drink, room etc.

Brilliant hotel, highly recommended. Loads of little touches that made it really worth while, especially as we got it on a 50% sale! BARGAIN!

Good hotel, clean and confortable. The stuff is nice and helpful. These very good points are a litte bit balanced by the position of the hotel (in the east of London & at about 10-15 min walk from the metro station). But it still remains very good value for money. I recommend it.

I was in London on business, so this was not a Holiday get away. The hotel, was clean and well kept. However, the staff and their restaurant customer service was deplorable. A prime example is when I came in from a daytrip from Liverpool, I went to their restaurant for dinner. I asked the staff if I could still get a meal at 1045p, he stalled and finally […] another wait staff intervened and showed me to a table. While he made apologies for his colleauges behaviors, he then begin cashing out his cash drawer, and forgot about me sitting at the table and left. I assume his shift was over. The bartender and a staff member from the kitchen continued to watch the football game, and ignored my requests for a drink. The two staff members then proceeded to shut off the lights to the restaurant as I was sittin there, while leaving the remaining lights on for their enjoyment to watch a game on television. Poor service such as this continued from the restaurant and front desk. I made my complaints known to hotel staff, and nothing was done to reconcile the poor service. In fact I was laughed at by a restaurant staff member, and was told that it was all a misunderstanding. There is no shuttle service to and from airport, and getting any type of directions from front desk staff is nearly impossible. A staff member from housekeeping overheard me asking for directions from front desk, and then my frustrations because the hotel staff could not give any direction or assitance in the very city they leave in, and fortunately helped me navigate to my destination for a meeting that morning. I was very disappointed at the level of customer service, and even more disappointed at the careless disregard for the hotel guest. I really loved the design and cleanliness of the rooms, but unfortunately that is not motivation enough to book there again. It was a very lousy 7 days at this pre-booked hotel.(I emphasize pre-booked, because if I had not pre-paid for 7 days, I would have gladly moved hotel Mehr

This hotel was new and clean. The only complain I had was the location. It is located a little too far from central London. Although, you do have a Bus Stop across the street. We would take the 55 bus to and from Holborn, where we made connections. Other than that, there were very friendly and accommodating, for a cheap price!!

This hotel is good value for London. The room was clean with all mod cons. Staff efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast fine.
