Wingate By Wyndham Rome - Rome

The hotel was clean and was serviced well. Check in was very fast. I wasn't a fan of the location, but the price was cheap and the hotel was a 10 minute drive from the Turning Stone Casino so it made a great alternative to staying at the casino. Breakfast was free so that was a great plus.

OUr stay was great. There was a small mix up with the room, we needed a pullout couch. Our first room did not have one. I asked the gal at the front desk. She quickly gave us a new room. Tne pool was nice and warm, also clean. The gentleman that was in the maintance dept. was quick to get us towels when there were none. We had an awesome stay at the wingate hotel. Quiet , clean, friendly people, good service and affordable price. Great New year!!!

The hotel was excellent in all ways. In addition to being very clean, the room was spacious, in excellent condition, and had all the amenities we wanted. the free breakfast was of great quality and there was a wide variety of food s from which to select.

My wife and I were very satisfied with our accommodations. Especially the no-smoking hotel wide policy. The front desk was happy to provide a late check out, and even called when we left early because of a change of plans to see if there was a problem. We will stay with Wyndam again soon.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very satisfied with my overall stay. The Hotel looks great, the staff is very friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast was great. There was used soap and shampoo in the shower. the rest was clean...but that was forgotten.

Shower had black mold, they said were aware of it but didn't have time to shut down room for repair?Too booked with long term clients? Why would you put anyone in an room with mold? If you don't have time to repair it you can at least clean it! It will come off with a scrub brush, even though it shouldn't be a long term fix since it is a health issue. […] They did give a discount when mentioned but the reasoning they gave mede it worst. They would rather expose their clients to mold than loose revenue for a day. Mehr

Took my Grandson & 2 nephews to ride the Ploar Express had a Great time @ this Hotel! very nice Hotel,very Clean, beds were comfortable, boys had alot of fun in the pool. Employees were all very helpful and friendly. Will for sure go back...

My husband and I stayed at the Wingate for a date night. Overall, everything was great. Good customer service upon check-in, clean room and comfy bed. The hotel boasts a pool and hot tub. The hot tub is large enough so that you don't touch the stranger sitting next to you, which is nice. Pool is less than 5' deep so it makes for a shallow swim, which […] is kind of annoying if, like me, you don't like that. This hotel was on the air force base which is probably the best place to stay in Rome. We stayed here as a stop on the way to niagara falls from NH so all we needed was a place to stay and a good breakfast and it certainly met those needs. The hotel was new and the pool area was nice.

This is a new hotel. It's located very close to downtown Rome so it's location was great too. Pros: Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. SUPER COMFY beds and pillows! Quiet rooms. Deep tubs. Large hot tub (so you don't feel like you're sharing a tub with someone). Cons: You can hear the neighbors through the bathroom vents. It's a small Con, but a […] con none-the-less. All in all a great hotel at a decent price. I would stay there again, if I had to stay in Rome. Mehr

Beautiful Room...great decor...wonderful staff! The front desk was so helpful! Loved the coffee machine!

The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The bed had very nice high-thread linens, and was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was very adequate, although not as extensive as some other hotels, but still very nice. Overall, a very good purchase at a very good price. I would gladly stay there again.

The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel.

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. And, how nice to have a soft comforter instead of the standard velour blanket! The decor was tasteful and cozy.
