I have three issues with this hotel. The first issue is the internet access. The hotel only allows 30 minutes of internet access. In addition, the guest is only allowed to use the internet on the second floor even if the guest has his own portable computer. My second issue is the pool hours. I wish the hotel would extend the pool hours so we could enjoy […] the pool more. Lastly, I like to have the ability to close the curtains and make my room darker or lighter. Unfortunately, they don't offer those types of curtains. The hotel only has one type of curtain were the strong sunlight strikes right through the curtain and wakes me right up even if I want to sleep. Mehr

I could not believe how inflexible they were regarding my unique situation. Do To travel problems, I was unable to be at the hotel for the first night Of my booking which I was happy to. Pay for. I had my daughter with me unexpectedly and she needed to stay for the third dayl of my reservation, which I would not be there for and .they could not allow […] her to stay under my reservation. the staff of the front desk were horrible, Bad attitudes and not friendly at all. The room was not clean and television never worked i made couple calls to front desk nobody never show up. i made three changes of the room because i wasnt comfortable but they were all the same and i let it go and finally end up with the worst room which the toylet didnt […] even work at all neither the tv, i tought they were doing on porpuse. The food was ok but the worst part and i notice is that everyone that works for that hotel is never happy and friendly there is no customer service and i can say that because i work for hotels for the past ten years in colombia and now usa i have friends that manage hotels in colombia and they are great. I tried the sol caribe because it was the only hotel available for those days and pay lot of money like a 5 diamond hotel but the only thing i was expecting is great servise and good staff thats the heart of the hotel. In general ruined my vacation thanks to the hotel because i spend more time trying to change my room that enjoying my vacation. i have lots of friends and people that i know trought the world and hotelwise but this is the worst hotel i ever stayed and i think is the management fault because they are the ones that should be aware of that. I would never refer of recomend this place and Im sad because the main reason was to have a good time and not to be regret. Mehr

Location Ok. near beach. Noisy on Weekends due to the lounge loud music open until very late. Food OK (although not to American standards) and abundant. Hotel owns a nice private beach (called Beach Club Caribe -or something like that) away from downtown. Free transportation is provided to that beach, and snacks and refreshments are provided also free […] of charge. Be aware that hotel doesn't have wi-fi (broadbrand) .Practically no hot water. We expected a regular hotel, large and impersonal; but we had bad surprises. Uncleaned sheets, bad information, awful infrastructure. Relation quality/price was terrible. Very bad information, bad conditions, we would rather recommend the Caribe Campo in San Andrès.

The ceiling in my room was sagging and cracked. The staff at the front desk was of no help. There was no transportation (shuttle) to and from the airport for people who went through expedia for their travel packages. The exterior of the hotel was under perpetual repair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The mini bar was an expensive unexplained […] trap. If you used anything from the mini bar you were charged for it this includes bottle water. My girlfriend arrived a couple days late on our vacation. Hotel charging her a surcharge for a room I already paid for a double rate. I have not been able to call the 800 number for hotels.com in USA from Colombia, not a surprise. Internet is bad and they do not clean the pool.

周辺のホテルと比べて価格は安いと思われます。コロンビア人の嫁いわく問題なし。三食デザート付き、コーヒーは飲み放題。夜はショータイム、ビンゴ大会あり。上の階では週末ディスコですがこれは別料金。短所はゴキブリが出るのとwifiで使えるインターネットが午前８時から午後１０時までしかつかえない上 かなり遅くてビジネスには使えなくて面喰らいます。のんびり系仕事持ち込み無しならばいいかな。浜辺前ではありませんので着替えて歩きです。でもほとんどあるきません。

En general tiene mas cosas en contra que a favor: la playa privada queda a25' del hotel, el traslado no es desde el hotel sino a 2 cuadras y tiene sòlo dos horarios de salida 8 y 9 hs de la mañana, lo que se llama snacks en la playa fue siempre pan con salchicha frìa, la bebida sobre todo lìnea coca escaseaba o no habìa, para acceder a los restaurantes […] , en los cuales siempre habìa los mismos menùes, habìa que anotarse a las 7hs de la mañana (vamos a descansar ....) , tuvimos que reclamar para poder comer con vino tinto, no se podìa repetir el plato, la limpieza de la habitaciòn dejaba mucho que desear: no cambiaban todos los dìas la toallas, las sàbanas sòlo dos veces en las 12 noches que estuvimos, los vidrios sucios y por supuesto no acomodaban nada en la habitaciòn ni siquiera la ropa de pormir debajo de las almohadas.El wifi habìa en la terraza y para el resto de los lugares habìa que rogar para obtener una clave, a la hora de ducharse no salìa agua sobre todo cuando era un horario de demanda, el baño de mis hijas estaba tapado y nunca se lo arreglaron, el agua de la ducha desbordaba a la habitaciòn y nunca lo solucionaron, los empleados de la recepciòn sòlo poniàn la cara y no fueron para nada agradables con el turismo, bueno por todo esto y muchas cosas màs no volverè a esta cadena de hoteles, un consejo bajen la categorìa porque es engañosa. El mantenimiento del hotel es muy pobre, estéticamente abandonado y con una velocidad de respuesta sobrepasada para la cantidad de gente que alberga. El servicio de comidas y bebidas (all inclusive) fue de baja calidad y pésima variedad. Cada vez que fuimos a comer algo al snack bar "se habían quedado sin comida" (la cual reponían tras varios minutos […] ocasionando colas en la distribución). Conocimos el restaurante italiano y otro mejicano (que en verdad es uno sólo, apenas cambian una bandera según el uso) y la comida servida en ellos era un bufé con prácticamente los mismos platos en ambos casos. El restaurante general (sin reserva previa) ofreció los mismos (escazos) platos cada día (almuerzo y cena) durante nuestros 3 días con alguna variante menor. Para graficar: en la piscina se podía jugar con una pelota de volley que entregaban en el hotel (una sóla pelota tenían) que estaba absolutamente destruida, con todos los gajos salidos como si hubiera sido propiedad de un rottweiler los últimos 2 años. Si no invirtieron en una pelota, imaginen las habitaciones. Quiero destacar el buen trato que nos dispensó Carmelo, muy atento y buen tipo. La ubicación es muy buena pero no debería ser un factor gravitante en una isla tan pequeña. Mehr

San Andrés é um ótimo lugar para conhecer. O hotel em que ficamos tem ótima estrutura, porém faltou cordialidade e até respeito por nós, brasileiros. Quando chegamos (perdemos uma diária porque nosso voo atrasou), nossas reservas não foram encontradas. Só conseguimos acomodação 40 minutos após nossa chegada. Durante toda nossa estada, notávamos que […] as recepcionistas do hotel falavam e riam de nós, brasileiros, principalmente porque não falávamos bem o espanhol. Tivemos um entupimento no ralo do banheiro, e o problema só foi resolvido após muita insistência ( e após muitas risadas das recepcionistas também). O telefone do quarto também apresentou problemas e nem foi consertado. O hotel solicitou uma avaliação por meio de uma ficha, mas como uma das recepcionistas pegou a minha avaliação, acredito que a avaliação não tenha chegado a diretoria. Resumindo, nossa temporada em San Andrés foi marcada pela impressão de que fomos discriminados, principalmente pelos funcionários do hotel que deveria nos dar todo o apoio necessário. Mehr

Excelente ubicacion y su club de playa es el complemento perfecto. Los restaurantes con excelente y abundante comida. Muy bien manejado el full estilo. Hotel antigo, pessoal da recepção mal humorado e sem estrutura para receber muitas pessoas. Internet WIFI so funciona no saguao do 2o andar e mesmo assim voce tem que ficar procurando aonde o sinal pega. Fila para poder comer no restaurante no almoco. Por duas vezes encontrei baratas no banheiro; nem sempre tinha agua quente para o banho. Faltavam toalhas. […] Toalha de rosto nunca foi colocada no nosso quarto. Chuveiro vazava constantemente. Toda vez que abria a cortina da janela tinha que fazer com cuidado para que ela nao caisse na minha mao, como ocorreu algumas vezes. Lencois estreitos e pequenos. El hotel es practico por el precio pagado digamos la habitación que me asignaron bastante buena comparada con otras cadenas de hoteles de playa (DECAMERON), pero el hotel tiene muchas fallas de servicio, en cuanto a la dotación del restaurante con vasos, manteles y cubiertos viejos. Ao chegarmos no hotel a chave do quarto levou 2hs para ser entregue e só foi entregue pq eu fui até o quarto verificar se ja estava liberado e constatei que após 1:30 minutos ainda nao tinha ninguem limpando o quarto. Acabei discutindo com a recepção pq, não sabiam que isto estava acontecendo. O sinal de TV estava péssimo e ninguem arrumou, não tinhamos […] telefone, eles disseram que iam arrumar no próximo dia e não arrumaram. O box do banheiro nao estava vedado e a cada banho virava uma verdadeira piscina. Enfim...vou pedir mais referencias na próxima viagem. Mehr
