Sehr gutes 5* Hotel. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Schönes Bad. Sehr zentral gelegen. Nettes Personal. Super Ausblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Würden das Hotel wieder empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Kreuzungspunkt der 2 großen Hochbahnlienien. Man kann zu Fuß zu allen Schoppingsmals gehen, sowie zum Nachtmarkt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Waschmaschiene/Trockner und jeden Tag neues Waschpulver. Bei der Hitze in Bangkok ist das echt super. Der Pool ist relativ groß und sehr […] schön angelegt. Bietet eine Oase der Ruhe. Getränke kauft man am besten im Big C Supermarkt ca 7 min zu Fuß vom Hotel. Achtung Alkohol wird nur zwischen 11.00 und 14.00 verkauft. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen Mehr

wir waren 6 nächte im Grande Centre Point. das hotel liegt in direkter nähe zu 2 skytrain stationen und man ist nach 5 min fußmarsch von shoppingmalls umzingelt ;) ich empfand es auch nicht als störend das unser frühstücksraum keine fenster hatte da das frühstück sehr sehr umfangreich und ausgesprochen lecker war. des servicepersonal im hotel ist […] überaus zuvorkommend und spricht zu 90% englisch ich hatte ein zimmer im 43. stock von wo aus man eine super aussicht über bangkok genießen konnte. einzig die klimaanlage im zimmer ist selbst in der "low" schaltung ein wenig zu laut. ansonsten kann ich dieses hotel aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!! Location is perfect for shopping in Bangkok - only one sky train stop away from Silom Road or Siam Square. Rooms were nice and clean. Had a room on the 17th floor with a great view! Pool was on the roof but unfortunately there is no more sun in the afternoon. We did not use the SPA but bought a little gift there. Staff in the SPA was quite unfriendly […] so I was glad I did not book any treatments. Breakfast room was a bit dark as there were no windows. Breakfast buffet was good though with many choices and all you need. Restaurant downstairs is also very good. There were many Chinese (business?) people staying in this Hotel. i went to Facilities floor for swimminv and steam room with my families on 27/4 and 28/4 morning, a male receptionist who was on duty on both days with poor attitude! this is my fiirst time to have such poor experience in the past few years during my stay in thd hotel..

Very convenient location. The room is well furnished. Very pleasant experience overall.

the location of the hotel is within walking distance of shopping malls like Gayson and Grand Central. BTS is within walking distance too. Nested in a quiet yet safe neighbour

We had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Centre Point Hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times and our room was excellent. For some reason we were upgraded to a suite and found it to be spacious and well equipped and the washing machine was a bonus. The breakfast was the best we've ever had anywhere and our dinner in the hotel restaurant […] was also excellent. It was an easy walk to the syktrain and Siam Square. Location of grande centre point is in between Rachathamri(2mins) and chitlom BTS. (5mins) Platinum mall is about 30mins walk or 40-45bahts away. The room that we stayed in offered a stadium view, and it was nice to watch people playing golf in the morning and people cutting grass, making us refresh for a start. Very close to the shopping district, this hotel has what it takes to make your stay in Bangkok memorable. The rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view. My guest was quite impressed with the barthroom. The staff was attentive, but never in the way. The pool and other ammentites were five star. Great location with a fantastic veiw of royal bangkok golf club (?). Great playroom for 2 - 8 yrs and good swimming pool. Good size room, but no pots &pans in kitchen. Bed a bit hard. We did not enjoy breakfast and will therefore not go back.

The hotel is much better than what we expected. The reception upgrade our room automatically and the staff are very nice and helpful. The coffee bar in lobby are very user friendly and the bedrooms are very clean & comfortable. We will stay in again for our next visit and highly recommend to everybody.

First time i have stayed in a hotel with a washing machine, kitchen sink, microwave and hob all included! The room had everything. As it was on the 49th floor, this also included a great view of Bangkok. Truely unforgettable. Just take a taxi to the main sights - from the hotel, the concierge will get you the going rate easily enough.

This was a fully equipped studio apartment - even included a washer/dryer. beautifully appointed room, large luxurious bathroom and amazing breakfast buffet right in the heart of the shopping area of Siam Square. I couldn't have asked for better value - 5 star hotel for less than what I'd expect to pay for a 2.5 star at home.

Excellent feel and fantastic service from all staff!

I will live it again

Very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious, comfortable rooms. I was pleased to see that it had a washer/dryer, especially since most places charge you up to $50/load of laundry. Here I did 2 loads for free after several weeks of traveling around. Pool area is nice and large, gym is great (not tons of equipment but it wasn't crowded so I didn't […] have to wait to use anything) and there is a nice jacuzzi, although it's tiny. Sauna is also great for relaxing after a long day. I requested a higher floor and ended up on the 38th, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an amazing view of Bangkok. Only reason this place doesn't get top marks for cleanliness is because of a tiny bit of mold in the shower. Otherwise very clean and a wonderful place to stay. Mehr

All very good and staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that the airconditioner of the room is quite strong even though when it is set at "low".

This hotel was an incredible surprise! We expected it to be really nice based on reviews and pictures, but it far exceeded our expectations. The location is great, and the service was unsurpassed. A very nice hotel catering more for the family market. We still enjoyed our stay would have liked to have been near a few more bars. This however did not spoil our break there as it as very handy for excellent shopping .

Great location, near BTS and convenient shopping. Room spacious but not that well appointed with dishes and cookware. Breakfast buffet had copious choices but too busy at certain times, with guests waiting for tables and a very noisy zooey atmosphere.

Very pleased with hotel. However, front desk staff were extremely rude and dismissive which I found very off-putting. The telephone in our room never worked despite a visit from a maintenance person who indictated that the problem was fixed when it was not. To speak to any staff members at any time we needed assistance with anything we had to take the […] lift down 25 floors to the reception! The breakfast was adequate but would have expected better quality continental breakfast. Pool was lovely although no sun light after noon. Mehr

Locations by many malls. Right next to the 4 seasons and the hyatt erawan. also the el train is right there.. Large rooms w washer/ dryer and they give you the soap for it. Also a kitchen and very large bathroom.. Seperate tub/ shower. Spa is wonderful on the 8 th floor. Breakfast is great and has a huge selection of breakfast food of or lunch type […] food too. Will stay again here! Only downfall.. Would be not enough dinner restaurants in the hotel, but the four seasons was right there and has like 5 restaurants. Mehr

The Grande Center Point Ratchadamri was an oasis within Bangkok. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We did not cook in the room, but we used the large eating area to eat in one evening. I especially liked having the washer/dryer in the room. The buffet breakfast had everything that we desired. All the hotel services were just right.

nice room, friendly staff, good location, just that the breakfast was poor. It was too crowded when I was staying and the staff was not fast enough to refill the food.

This was our fourth trip to Bangkok and this was the best stay of all. One must take a print out of the map with hotel location, easier for the cab. Walking distance from Centra Mall and Siam Paragon. Excellent pool and dry sauna. Wet sauna was under repairs. We had booked a suite on 40th floor and the room had all the facilities, hot plate, toaster, […] microwave and washing machine. Mehr

Our first time to Bangkok and we booked 5 nights in an executive suite. Rate was great through hotels.com. The location is close to many shopping centres, the best of which we thought is MBK! The rooms are beautifully appointed. Great finish and fittings. The suite has a great living room and kitchen, plenty of storage, seperate bedroom and king size […] bed. Huge bathroom with seperate bath and shower, worth the little bit extra. A couple of tips. Might be more cost effective to book tours through a travel company on line rather than through the hotel concierge as they only offered us private tours which were quite expensive compared to the online booking option.The tour we did do was great though and being private, we were able to ask lots of questons, a great way to acquaint yourself if like us, a first time visitor. This is also a dry hotel, so take your own wine or beer as after a long day in the heat a welcome cold ale refreshed us ready for the 15 minute walk to Pat Pong night market. Worth a look. We felt very safe walking around and the hotel have a handy bank ATM on site and were very helpful booking limo service to the airport. The pool and spa facilites are awesome. TIP-Spend a lazy morning by the pool if you want to grab some sun as the sun leaves the pool around 12.30ish. We spent the morning at the pool and shopped,site seeing in the afternoon. Breakfast is great too with a large selection of western and Asian options, to satisfy any palette. We were so impressed and look forward to returning to the hotel when next we visit Bangkok as a cost effective 5 star option with great staff, who are happy to make your stay memorable.. Mehr

Nice hotel with excellent staff. A bit of when it comes to eating out, you will to spend atleast 10 min walk to get to a restaurant but it is close to the BTS so you can just grab a sky train. If you are looking for a sun tan you will have to be up early because the sun leaves the pool area at noon. Bed is like asian beds, quite hard. Hotel was clean and nice. Offered a breakfast buffet complimentary. I recommend eating late there like a brunch as the buffet contains a variety of foods that most westerners wouldn't consider breakfast food. Hotel was nearby shopping malls and a short taxi ride away to all the attractions. You could also do your laundry in your room which was convient […] and nice. Mehr

The hotel is situated near the famous 4-Faced Buddha Temple as well as the Central World shopping centre. The lobby looks great and the room looks fantastic. However bellboy services were bad and not professionaly executed. Calling of taxy - much to be desired and there is no priority given to those who booked/que earlier.

I represent all of family and friends who stayed in this hotel. We chose this hotel for the convenience to pray at Four Face Buddha and its spaciousness in lobby and rooms. Were sad that Coffee Bean by Dao is no more in the hotel and the new cafe didn't give much life to the lobby scene. Taxi drivers didn't know of this GRAND Centre Point as the hotel […] card has the word 'Grand' in lighter print and we were driven to a Centre Point hotel somewhere else which delayed time and costed more in fare! Otherwise, the stay in the hotel had been pleasant! The breakfast buffer spread is sumptuous! My sister claimed that she will return to stay with her family in near future! Mehr

This was our second visit to Bangkok and first stay in the Ratchadamri area - we had earlier stayed in Sukhumvit. We made an excellent choice in choosing Grande Centre Point Hotel - the hotel & service is great and is centrally located, close to all the major shopping attractions. The skytrain station is a 2 min walk from the hotel and you have cabs […] available around the clock. Excellent Hotel in the best area... big fully equipped rooms.

The hotel is nearby the BTS and easy to go those shopping mall. The room is clean, especially the bed is very big and very comfortable.
