I loved everything about the stay. My friends and I were very pleased. However, I had an unknown charge with my card. The receptionist had told me it would clear, I waited 2 days and nothing! We stayed here as a package deal for Coachella 2012 that included shuttle service to the festival and didn't want to waste money on a car. While the hotel is lovely, clean and centrally located in the Palm Springs area, there's nothing close by within walking distance. Cab ride to The River was $20 one way. I had read several reviews about the lobby […] smoke from the casino - I'm super sensitive to cigarette smoke and either it really was not that bad or my sinuses were stuffed from the dry desert air. The spa was overpriced but top-notch and the massage was awesome - one of the best I've ever had. Pool area both great for kids and nice bar area for adults. Room set up was great - comfortable work space, sitting area, lot's of counter space to stay organized. Bathroom one of the nicest I've been in - comparable to the Four Seasons - lighted makeup mirror a godsend when trying to adjust to new lighting for makeup application. Only true complaint I could make is NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM IS NUTS. A microwave would also be nice to go with the fridge and would help justify the room price. All in all, I'd stay here again and recommend to anyone - really a lovely hotel with lot's to do onsite. Mehr

Rooms were nice and clean. Very updated look. Location was ok. Not much around the hotel. Need to drive into Palm Springs area for things to do.

Very smokey hotel because of casino. Could use a better ventilation

We stayed at another location for most of our visit to the desert. When we decided to extend our vacation a day we decided to try this hotel out. Wish we had stayed here all week. Our room was fabulous, bed was so comfortable. The pool are looked phenomenal although we weren't here long enough to try it out.

Amazing views, nice facilities, would happily visit again. Only negative at all was smoke-filled casino that must be walked through several times when coming in and leaving, maybe a given with casinos?

We made an unexpected stop here and loved it. Cant wait to go back for a weekend. The rooms were great, had a blast at the casino. Pool looked great!

Great place overall. Only down fall is the casino and the poor ventilation. The smoke is extremely strong and the vent seem to be inferior cause its not cleaning the air inside. Too bad cause the facility is very nice. Spa Resort of the hotel is impeccable!

The receptionists are not friendly or courteous. They do not smile or make you feel welcome. They are cold and curt. The bell staff and select wait staff at the restaurant were friendly, but surprisingly customer service does not seem to be high on the hotel's priority. Room seemed clean. Perfect in every way. except as noted below. Service- everyone we dealt with was attentive and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were the best I have slept on- including home. Steakhouse food was done to perfection. Server was attentive and personable. NEGATIVE- Coffee makes have been removed from the rooms. All I ask is a bed without a divot in it- something comfortable to sleep on. When new, the mattress was first class but needed to be replaced. Other than the fact that there are no true "no smoking" areas in the casino our stay was great.

The hotel was clean but the smell of smoke walking into hotel registration was overwhelming due to the casino. I reserved 2 rooms for 2 adults and 4 kids. The overnight stay was adequate and uneventful but there was a problem the day after check-out. I was charged a $75 fee for smoking in each room but there was NO smoking in either room. The charge […] was not noticed until I balanced my bank account because no one at the hotel contacted me regarding this issue. I booked non-smoking rooms for a specific reason so to be charged for smoking is RIDICULOUS! Mehr

The onlyproblem is check in which is at 4 P.M. this was notmentioned anywhere. If you get there early you have to wait till 4 to get into your room. Otherwise the hotel was excellent

Hotel was excellent with the exception of the very low water presure in the shower.

Very happy with the room and the casino. Room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We had a great time there and are looking forward to going back and staying more than one night. Only complaint was the guy that checked us in was not very friendly and the room service breakfast wasn't great.

The stay at the hotel was nice. Free Valet to guests and beautiful rooms. The food was decent and overall a nice place. Rooms were a bit pricey, but what can you expect from a casino with nice rooms. Recommended!

We booked for a standard king bed onlin but when we checked in, we were told that hotels.com booked us for a two queen bed and they cannot change it for us. We should get what we booked and paid for and not the other way round.

Was very pleased with both the service and the accommodations at Agua Caliente. It is conveniently located off the freeway. The casino and rooms were very well kept. I would definitely stay there again.

Huge,Beautiful Clean Room with excellent/abundant amenities. I liked the TV in the bathroom.

Clean and Large room Huge bathroom with Two sinks. Tub and shower are separated. Tub is big and comfortable. TV in the bathroom. Parking free.

This hotel was great if you like to spend time in a casino. Room was very nice and we brought along our pet, hotel very pet friendly. Would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had very bad experience with the front desk.

The Steakhouse restaurant in lobby is fantastic. Excellent food and service. Well worth the cost of the meal. Watch out for poolside service. We found out (too late) that if they serve you poolside, you will pay room service prices, plus automatic gratuity. If you walk inside to get your own drinks and/or food you will pay substantially less! by 100%. Gaming […] floor is very small with high minimums on table games and only 4 (25 cents) Wheel of Fortune progressive slots. Which is the only slots we play. Highly recommend a room with a balcony on the west side (poolside). We enjoyed the view and the fresh air without leaving our room. It was worth the $25 upgrade fee. Mehr

The room was large and comfortable. I loved the bathroom-two sinks a deep tub and large shower. My only complaint was no coffee maker in the room.

Everything was great. The food, room, staff. Nothing but good things to say about our stay at the Aaua Caliente Casino Resort Spa. Would return.

We loved it...time to get some R & R. We are we satisfied with the service and all that this Hotel had to offer. The pool was nice and clean so was the room. Room service was great! Thank you Agua Caliente Resort & Spa for a wonderful weekend.

My daughter and I went with my grandfather and mother to celebrate his 92games birthday, the rooms where amazing. Nice and spacious and so comfortable. We went and spent time in the Spa which was great followed by an amazing massage. I can't wait to return. My only disappointment is the smoking in the casino.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was one of the best hotels during our holiday. The personnel were very nice, also at the restaurants as well at the reception. The parking is free and the valet parking is optional. The room was clean, large and confortable.

I was very pleased by the whole experience, the room , the service and food all surpassed what I expected!

A great find. Beautiful hotel, extrenely well kept. Staff very courteous and helpful. Will stay there again when out that way.

The hotel is beautiful.Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing with a great view overlooking the pool. I would give the hotel 4 stars and it would be 5 if not for the very strong smoke odor on the main level in the restraunts and casino. Yes we know!? Its a casino... still a great stay in a nearly perfect hotel.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are very large and spacious. The decor is tasteful and beautiful. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Took my parents to celebrate my mom's 79th birthday. As hour after we checked out, she realized she left her cell phone in the room. I contacted the hotel who directed me to Housekeeping. They took […] my number and called me back within 5 minutes with good news. They found the phone and offered to send it the next day via Fed Ex. We were still in the area so we picked it up. Overall a great experience with one tiny exception. I don't think they control this, being the hotel is a casino. The heavy cigarette smoke in the casino was overwhelming. My clothes smelled horrible and my hair also smelled of smoke. I don't blame the hotel so I still rated it very high. Mehr

loved it... resort, room, pool, weather, sun. gambling was even better, we won two jackpots... will definitely return... loved the places to get food while we played....
