Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und die Taxifahrten in Dubai kosten nicht viel (zum Flughafen z.B. nur ca. EURO 6,-), somit kommt man überall schnell hin. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel nur als Business Hotel oder wie in meinem Fall für einen Stopover empfehlen, da es nicht viel zu bieten hat.Es gibt div. Restaurants im Hotel und ansonsten findest man […] auch ein paar Möglichkeiten an Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Pool im 43.Stock ist recht schön, aber die Auflagen für die Liegen bekommt man nur auf Nachfrage. Der Poolservice könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und z.B. das dreckige Geschirr abräumen. Die Zimmer sind recht großzügig, sehr sauber und eigentlich mit allem ausgstattet was man braucht. Nicht unbedingt ein Urlaubshotel, da nicht direkt am Strand u. die umliegenden Lokale sich im Rahmen halten. Aber als Stopover-Hotel oder als Business Hotel auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Mehr

Schönes großes Zimmer mit allem Komfort super Lage zur Metro, tolle Aussicht inallen Richtungen von der Dachterasse mit Swimmingpool.

Sehr gute Lage, gleich neben der Metro, gute Verbindungen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, kurzer Weg zur Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Hoteldach inkl. Pool & Bar. Sehr gut ausgebauter Gym, zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal, war immer sehr hilfreich, super Frühstücksbuffett. War nicht der letzte Aufenthalt im 4 Points!

das Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten das Unglück, neben ein Zimmer zu schlafen, wo ein baby laut und non stop geschrieen hat...Schade ist, dass man nicht auf die Balkons gehen kann. Diese sind aus Sicherheit geriegelt, so dass man nie frische Luft atmen kann. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist laut und nachts nicht sehr angenehm. Shuttle bus zum […] Strand gibt es nur um 9:40 und 12:30, was sehr wenig ist. Mit Kinder ist der Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Erst ab 21 darf man auf der Terrasse einen Getränke bestellen. The hotel is very clean and the staff absolutely friendly and helpful. A problem with the WLAN was solved within minutes. Great hotel, free wifi in the lobby area. Has a rooftop pool and bar which are amazing at night time. The hotel is a little hard to find the first time, our cab driver couldn't find it for a while. Even though it's on a main highway, the road is 50klm long. So I would have a better location with me. Our room had a balcony but we weren't able to have […] it unlocked so we could use it. It would have been nice to sit there at night time. For some reason there is always a guy in the lobby dressed in a suit wanting to offer a cab. I was very happy with my choice. The pictures on the internet are exactly what the hotel looks like. We arrived at the hotel about 4 hours before check-in and we were given a room immediately. All the staff members, from cleaners to receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They recommend nice excursion for us to do. This was my 7th visit to the hotel and it continued to live up to my expectations. Staff service was always good... Now it is outstanding! Hotel location is excellent for visiting most of Dubai's attractions and every taxi driver used knows how to find the hotel... Which is rare. I really liked building, location and the room. only disappointing thing in a good hotel like this was the service in the breakfast. I bought room with the breakfast. I had to beg for the coffee all the days to get served. I even cannot get one in several times. I don't know why we didn't served coffee but that was really annoying.

When I feel safe and the room is clean, I'm happy. Breakfast had good variety too.

Once Again, it was a wonderful stay for the second time in one month from new york. The hotel is awesome and it's located in the heart of dubai. The beds wee great super c;lean super soft sheets..big beds nice squishy pillows that do not strtain your neck...Believe me I am a pillow snob/fanatic and bring my own to the hotels!.. Excellent services, great bar on 43rd floor with lovely views, excellent pool and spa, more than awesome breakfast, peaceful inside and close to the Metro station. We are a young couple who were visiting Dubai and wanted to stay in the main Dubai area. We preferred Sheraton at Sheikh Zayed Road and we are glad we did! There are lots of restaurants […] near by and the taxis are very easily available from outside. It is very close to Dubai Mall by taxi and the metro station is at walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. Their recommendation on the Desert Safari tour was great too. The hotel breakfast is totally worth the money. We have booked this hotel for our 6 night stay in Dubai to welcome the New Year. Overall we were very satisfied with our choice. We wanted a hotel in a convenient place to get around Dubai. It is in the middle of the so called business district, but according to us there are more hotels in this area than banks. Taxi from the airport is 35-40 DHR or […] 20min with the Metro. It takes about 15-20 min with the Metro to get to the older part of the city or about 20min in the opposite direction to get to Dubai Marina (the main tourist area) or closer to the Palm (or about 50 DHR to the Atlantis Hotel). Burj Khalifa is only 1 Metro stop away and there are two stops 3 min walking from the hotel. Overall to our understandings somewhere in the middle of Dubai. Hotel staff is polite and helpful, rooms are kept very clean and the hotel looks new and well looked after. We had our breakfast included with the room and the buffet on the Ground Floor (The Eatery) was also well organised. Also tried Charlies Pub. WiFi was free in all restaurants and around Reception and also at the top of the hotel, where the pool is. The pool is not big, but it is alright and the views are spectacular. I loved the hotel and its location, it was close to the metro so I didnt have trouble of transports, it also has a limo facility beside the cap call for your convienence. The staff were very freindly and helpfull all the time. I have stayed at the hotel frequently for business but on this occasion was staying for a few days R&R. The location is ideal for getting to just about anywhere in Dubai within 15-20 minutes... with Dubai Mall being a 5 minute hop in a taxi. Staff are always excellent - helpful, curteous and efficient. I was expecting access to business lounge/ floor when i booked for business suite! Internet access are available via one data plug in the suite!

We stayed at this hotel for one night only as it was closer to the airport than Atlantis. It is only about 10 minutes away from airport. The room was lovely clean and roomy with a big soft comfortable bed and big TV. It is a quiet hotel so you get a good nights sleep. Nando's and KFC are just next door for a quick bite to eat. If you go to Nando's they have a restaurant upstairs which you cannot see from the front. The hotel is not far from the Dubai Mall but you need to catch a taxi to get there as we could find no way of walking there as it is across the Zheik Zayed Road which is a freeway. We thought they had a free shuttle bus to airport but this was not the case. We took a hotel taxi which was probably dearer than a regular taxi but it delivered us to the airport on time and in comfort. Room was good and the service we could not fault. This hotel is a very basic business hotel. The bathtub was dirty in my room, the room basic and very poorly laid out. It was difficult to get in and out of the bathroom and the shower curtain clung to my body. Bath products provided were lower quality than you can find in a Holiday Inn. Food was uninspired and coffee terrible. The room was somehow dingy, […] with three white walls and one painted khaki, and oddly placed photos of famous scenes from other parts of the world (Greek ruins? L'arc du triomphe? I am not sure what those have to do with Dubai). The fitness center was small and cramped, with no water and unexplained hair salon equipment partially blocking the hallway. The only good thing about the hotel was its proximity to two metro stations. I only come to Dubai for transit and am rarely able to leave the hotel, so having a nice room is key. It wasn't disgusting, but I expect a LOT more for this price - there are many, many better options in Dubai. I would never stay here again. Mehr

The hotel is nearby Metro station. The staff here are very nice and polite. They are eager to helping you to arrange any day tour you request. The room is tidy and clean. Overall, this hotel give me a very good impression.

Great location to experience the financial strip of dubai - sheikh zayed road. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing - definitely worth the trip up. It was overall a very nice hotel that is conveniently located close to the Metro station which gives you and easy access to most of the sites in Dubai. It had a nice gym and the roof top pool. The room was a very good size and very clean. I stayed only two days for business purposes and I would recommend it in this context. I really like this hotel and whenver its not high season i choose to stay here. the metro is 10 minutes walk and its not too far from the airport either. rooms and very modern and furnished very tastefully. they have strong curtains to keep the sun out in the morning which is important. breakfast is splendid too!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I like it for the location to all of Dubai. If you take the metro, it is even better, because you can get most places in 20 minutes or less, and then catch a taxi at that next stop. Also, this hotel always upgrades me. All you have to do is ask.

This hotel has everything! The location was prime! Easy to get taxis to every hotspot & even walking distance from a lot of the restaurants and clubs. We got upgraded to a suite with an amazing view of Dubai on one side and the ocean on the other side! The hotel room was amazingly beautiful! This hotel is central to Old and New Dubai, within half an hour of airport. Free Wi-Fi on Mezzanine and pool areas, but charges for connection in room. Good dining choices

Awesome hotel, but the most impressive part of this hotel is the AMAZING rooftop. The rooftop pool is awesome, and the view of the Burj Kahlifa is incredible. 5 star hotel for sure.

Good location, nice service, near metro station #24 Financial Center (5 min), small towels, the air-condition must switch off & on every time you want to increase or decrease the temperature.
