Hampton Inn Crossville - Crossville

Loved the room and the employees but the noise from the highway was awful. Could not get very good sleep because of all the truck noise. If we can't stay on the other side of the hotel next time, we won't stay there.

The night clerk, Tina, was one of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met! She was willing to make suggestions for dinner, and even got out a map to show me how to find these places - then gave me the map! Very nice place, comfortable bed, and easy access - even with the snow!

We booked this hotel when planning our trip for highway 127 yard sale. Last year we learned our lesson and had to drive 50 miles off our route to find a room, every hotel was booked up. The hampton inn was very clean and well kept. Our room was facing the interstate and there was some road noise - recommend asking for a room on the other side when booking. […] There are not many good restaurants in the area around the hotel, but there are many within 5 minutes. The hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. All in all i am very pleased with Hampton Inn. Mehr

This is the first Hampton Inn I had ever stayed at. I had always thought that they would be a lower quality stay than 'better' hotels. I have to say that this was probably one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at! First thing when I walked into the hotel-everything is brand new- I thought it smelled like they just finished laying the tile in the […] foyer! Everything is absolutely clean as can be! Beautiful white comforters with duvets and granite counters in the bathroom. Clean -clean-clean. And the mattresses were actually real Queen size beds. (Usually places say queen and then you're stuck with full) And by the way- the closet is behind the big mirror on the wall- it opens like a door!!! I would stay there again for sure! Mehr

We loved the Hampton Inn at Crossville but our side of the building was really noisy from the highway traffic. We will go to Crossville Hampton Inn again but now know to ask for the other side of the building.

The first night was terrible as we were on the highway side of the hotel. The truckers, and occasional sirens, kept me awake most of the night. The second night we moved to the other side of the hotel and it was much quieter. I was surprised there was no closet! Not even a cubby hole for hanging clothes on. I've been in cheaper hotels that had at least […] someplace to hang a coat or shirt and pants. I would probably stay there again. Mehr

We had a short but very pleasurable visit close to great golf and close to a little city of Crossville with a little "Outlet Mall" and plenty of good eating places. Will return again.

The hotel is only two years old, so it was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the buffet was well laid out so there were no long lines. Shopping and restaurants were convenient.
