Wir waren absolut zufrieden bei unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut klimatisiert, auch im Bad konnte man sich sehr wohlfühlen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und man konnte sich gut in Englisch verständigen. Das Frühstücksbüffet (8€ pro Person) war sehr umfangreich. Bei Brötchen, Croissants, Toast, versch. Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, […] Müsli, Spiegelei, Speck und noch einiges mehr, Ist für jeden was dabei Nicht zu empfehlen ist der PC mit Internetverbindung bei der Rezeption durch die schon sehr veraltete Software. Zur nächsten U-Bahn sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Kleiner Tipp von uns: Ein Taxi vom Airport zum Hotel bzw. zurück kostet zwar 20€ (+ 5€ Parkgebühr), spart aber sehr viel Zeit! Mehr

Das Hotel liegt am Rande eines Industriegebiets, was jedoch nicht weiter störend ist. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit Media Markt, Primarkt, Burger King etc. Zur U-Bahn-Station sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten - Fahrtzeit bis Plaza Espanya ca. 15 Minuten. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei Übernachtung ohne Frühstück. Meiner Meinung […] nach, ist das Hotel besonders für junge Leute und Studenten geeignet, die den etwas längeren Fahrtweg in die Innenstadt in Kauf nehmen. Das Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Einziger Mangel: Das Zimmer war deutlich nachlässig geputzt, der Boden war nicht wirklich sauber - schade. Kostenlose Parkplätze in sehr geringer Anzahl vorhanden. Nach 15 stündiger Autofahrt musste ich bei der Ankunft feststellen das keiner der, im Reiseangebot versprochenen, kostenlosen Parkplätze frei war. An der Rezeption musste ich dann gleich mal eine halbe stunde warten bis ich dran kam (es war nur ein gast vor mir dran !) Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, merkten wir das es bereits bewohnt war, da überall […] alte T-Shirts und Hosen rumlagen. Als ich dann zur Rezeption ging um ein anderes Zimmer zu organsieren dauerte es wieder mind. 10min bis ich drankam...nichts so schön, wenn man von der Anfahrt noch geschafft ist. We spent the night here before a morning flight. Staff was very friendly and directed us to a nice shopping center a block away where we could have dinner and see a movie. Our complaint was with the taxi service to the airport in the morning. Driver showed up with 8 euros already on the meter and it cost another 25 euros to get to the airport.

Usually hotels by the airport are not well kept, since they are for overnight stops. This is an exception, and I don’t think I have gotten a better bang for my buck. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant had a buffet with a good selection of foods, and a good bar. The only negative was that for the amount of people the kitchen […] staff didn’t keep up with replenishing the buffet and only 1-waiter to service the bar and wait tables. The waiter was great, though, patiently explaining the menu and the options even though he was worked off his feet. I thought the mixture of bar and tables made for a very pleasant, if not excitable crowd of people. There is an attended gas station next door if you need to fill your rental before returning to the airport. I was able to find a spot in the hotel’s bus parking which is free, but fills up very quickly. They lock it up at around midnight. They also have a pay parking under the hotel. The GPS says only 13-minutes to the airport, and that was about right. Go right into the terminal (T1 or T2), and then follow the “Rental Car” signs. I would stay here again. Mehr

The hotel was value for money, we didn`t stay much in but when we came back at night it was always clean and the receptionist nice and smiling. it is about 15 minutes by car to airport (not 8) and 15 minutes walk to tube station, all in all, it`s a good place to be in for a get away time.

The hotel was clean, and staff friendly, they spoke pretty good English, and Splau, the shopping center had many great restaurants to choose from, and a nice supermarket, and was a quick 5 minute walk down the street. It was very easy to get to/ from the airport by rental car too, and was only a 15 minute drive to the airport BCN Llogebrat.

The hotel was modern and simple. Staff did not speak any English which was disappointing and did not show any effort to provide the basic customer service. The room we stayed in was comfortable but lacked attention to cleaning standards. It would b a good idea to add a small fridge especially during the summer period. Excellent hotel. Location is a short way out of the city from placa espanya. Quiet location, next door to a shopping centre and local rambla. Don't be afraid to walk in the area at night as all locals are friendly and helpful. Will stay here next time I visit barca.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Although on a busy road it was quiet. Very convenient stay. Within easy and pleasant walking distance to the historic center, to the train station, and to lovely little streets and plazas where we found excellent restaurants. Although close to the historic center, it is not taken over by tourists so we were able to see and interact with locals easily.

Excellent clean, new, hotel with good location close to the Airport with free parking (behind closed gates at night), 10 minutes walk from Metro to centre etc. Powerful aircon, comfortable bed and quiet area at night. Big bonus was close proximity to suburbs style "out of town" type development that the locals use with shops and some restaurants nearby. […] Extreemly helpful and polite friendly staff on reception. I thought this hotel was decent for its price. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable, although I wish they provided a real blanket. The bathroom was good size, but the shower floor was super slippery. There is free wifi downstairs in the lobby, but you need to ask for the cable to have internet in your room. The hotel is absolutely great and the staff so courteous. But the airport taxi will cost you 20 Euros and they always round up. The location is not convenient to the airport but it is close to a mall and movie theater and food places nearby.

It was priced well and close to the airport but given that they advertise having free wiFi via a 15 ft banner on the side of the building you would think that it would actually work. I ended up spending quality time in their lobby just so I could check my email.

The room was good, free wireless was only available at reception and was terrible there, about 25 min from City and the staff managed to give our room to someone else prior to us checking out. The surrounding neighborhood is less than exciting, if you want to explore Barcelona book somewhere else.

The hotel is a 10 minutes walk away from the Almeda station served by L8 metro line. The train ride to Placa de Espanya which is in the centre of Barcelona takes about 15 minutes. The hotel staff speak English and are very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided everyday. However, I wasn't too happy that drinking […] water has to be bought from a vending machine. Would prefer water over beverages. The room had a TV with Spanish channels(except CNN and BBC News). There is a big shopping mall called Splau nearby which is handy for food and drinks. Overall and good value for money if you are looking for a base to explore Barcelona. Mehr

We stayed here for one night when we needed a place convenient to the airport. It is pretty far out of town, so not really convenient to the highlights of Barcelona. But the neighborhood is not bad, and it is only about a 15 minute walk to a street with several decent restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel itself is a tad spartan (just to take one […] small example, the bathmat is big enough to stand on only if your feet are not too big), but perfectly serviceable. Staff was very helpful and prompt with calling taxis (which always arrived promptly.) Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Taxi fare from airport and to Las Ramblas was approximately 20 euros. Some maintenance issues were noted, but rooms were comfortable and very clean. Overall a nice hotel, I wanted something close to the airport to catch my flight home. This is about a 12 euro cab ride I think. The wifi only works in the lobby. Enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel staff were friendly and offered many tips and ideas of what to do and see in Barcelona; and how to get there. The underground station is a 10 minute walk and trains arrive frequently so the wait is not long at all. The train trip to Placa d'Espanya is about 15 to 20 minutes. There is a shopping mall called Splauwhich […] is a 5 minute walk from the hotel with many restaurants catering for a wide variety of tastes, clothing shops, sports shop, convenience store, cell phone shop, electronics shop, and cinemas. This hotel is close to the airport and getting there by taxi was a little on the expensive side but worth it since i find it easier to take public transport once you know where you are based. The Barcelona card is really useful allowing you to travel anywhere in zone 1 as often as you like on trains, busses, trams; and the hotel and airport are situated in Zone 1. Mehr

Airport Taxi was 29 Euro.... $45US.... almost same as from downtown Barcelona. Has nice Mall 2 blocks away to shop as locals do. 4 blocks to subway station. Quiet at night, Safe but Industrial neighborhood. In Hotel restaurant was clean, fairly priced, and food was good.

The hotel was great. Their taxi service was poor. I had a taxi service that was great, but when I suggested it,I wa told they had another service. The taxi arrived 15-20 minutes early and we were charged for the wait time, then when the taxi driver left to take us to the airport, we went one way and then passed by the hotel going in a different direction. […] The meter was not adjusted.
