The Club At Brickell Bay by Executive Corporate Rental - Miami

Es gab nur 2 Handtücher für 4 Tage. Das Bettlaken war dünn und zu klein. Ein angeforderter Fön wurde nie gebracht. es gibt keine Rezeption für die vermieteten Appartements. Der Ansprechpartner war nur telefonisch erreichbar bzw. seine Mailbox, rief aber nie zurück. Zimmer war kahl und ungemütlich.

The Club offers no hotel amenities in a barebones room. When I complained, the security guard told me everyone hates it and I should let hotels.com know. They also made a point of saying it is not a hotel! I'd never go back.

Be careful the hotel doesn't have front desk, and the company is not available all day. S if you walk in it early and plan to stay, Its going to be impossible because they don't have no body to attend your request.

The place did not have any maid service. I stayed for 3 days with no cleaning, this is more like renting an appartment than a real hotel. The location is great, the building was in good shape, the inside of the appartment was ok, but the carpet was stained pretty bad. Overhaul an ok place, nothing spectacular.

We were going on a cruise out of Miami, so I rented a studio for one night. They put us in a 3 bedroom by mistake, which sounds good, but it was absolutely filthy. The office was closed so we waited for the rental manager to get back from his bike ride so we could get the keys. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

The staff was either not helpful or absent 90% of the time. Our room felt neglected with a jagged broken glass table and broken blinds covering the door to the balcony. The sheets, floors and bathroom were dirty. My towel was stained and there was no way to contact staff to get a new one. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted. As a result the sheet […] moved around as you slept leaving the possibility of ending up on uncovered mattress. I felt dirty after staying here. Mehr

There were stains on the furniture, carpet, and walls. There was mildew and frozen ice all over the freezer. The microwave and doors were missing handles. There were pubes on the bathroom floor. The shower's tub faucet was halfway off the tub. There were lights missing. We found foreclosure mail belonging to the owner of the condo. Wallpaper was peeling […] off the walls. For the price per night don't do it. No wash cloths in room. Wired Internet. Lights that don't work. Balcony that looks like it hasn't been hosed down in a year. Two little bars of soap the size of a sliver dollar. Maid service and parking passes extra. Chairs covered with ill fitting slip covers. No hair dryer in room. Mattress in frame with no box […] springs. You must take out all your trash or there is a cash penalty. This is someone who has purchased some single room condo's and is renting them out. Very good, very friendly and helpful staff. Very busy and loud area on the weekends, but still good.

I stayed on the 31 floor for one night, view of the ocean was phenomenal. The hotel is well maintained on the inside, the room was clean but sort of run down. All of the furniture and amenities within the room definitely came from value/discount stores. If you are looking to impress your gf/wife/mistress with a romantic vacation, then stay away. This facility reminds me of an "executive hostel", if such a thing exists. The hotel check in takes place in a leasing office but was efficient and the person responsible was very friendly. Terrible experience ! Definitly, I dont recommend! I made a reservation but when I arrived at the hotel there isn't room available! The person in charge , called Alfredo, said me that they will refund me.... But it never happened! convenient, good location, nice view

It is important to remember that this is a condo conversion and not a hotel. With that in mind, it was nice, clean and conveniently located. There was also a secure parking garage in the building which is always a plus in Miami. My only complaint is that they didn't put any complimentary soap in the bathroom which is something that is expected in any […] hotel/condo. Poor excuse for a hotel. There is no house service. The room is in dis-repair and the rental agency was fairly rude. $200 for a replacement key? give me a break.

I was hoping my husband and I would be in nice 3 in ahalf or 4 star hotel and this is what they gave us. The TV's were so outdated they had VCR attached to them very, very old. I TOTALLY KNEW WHEN I RENTED THE STUDIO THAT THIS IS A CONDO THAT RENTS THE ROOMS THAT COULD NOT BE SOLD. I TOTALLY LOVED THE SERVICE, THE LOCATION, AND EVERYTHING IS REALLY CLEAN. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THE CLUB TO ANYONE. I CANNOT WAIT TO RENT A ROOM AT THE CLUB AGAIN.

I am traveling for living and I am in hotels all over the world. This was the worst stay ever! Starting with checking in process, continuing with the fact that they DO NOT CLEAN the rooms (not even in the first day my room did not look clean!) i had a studio and the furniture is oldish and only one bed was half setup and the other one didnt even have […] the proper linnen. Day 3 i had to go and ask for fresh towels and they told me that this IS NOT a hotel so there is no room cleaning everyday but they will "try" to send someone every other day. I will defenetly recomend this hotel to anybody. Great location awesome view and very comfortable rooms.

Be aware, this is not a hotel, it is a condo, looks like they are renting the unsold units to reduce expenses...NOT recommended, unless you are looking for a condo.

It's a condo, not a hotel. Didn't have washcloth or ironing board. No hotel amenities.

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment complex. The rooms-apartments are poorly maintained, the furniture and equipment is not up to hotel standards and is old, damaged and dirty. I stayed 7 nights out of which 2 the building had no Air conditioning, which is unacceptable in Miami, FL. The location is great but that is pretty much all the positive […] remarks I can make. This was tough to find and easy to love. Right in the center of Downtown and perfect for my needs. There is an excellent gym, on site parking and lots of lovely latin Ladies to see. The manager Alejandro was very nice and I will be back.

Very convenient and comfortable with great location. Nice fitness room, pool, and jacuzzi. This in not a conventional hotel; its corporate housing so no hotel services but efficient.

The condo I stayed in was in horrific condition. It was very very dirty, drawers and knobs broken, shades hanging on floor and tons of cigarette butts on barren balcony. The linens are cheap, dirty and not what is listed. There were no "down" comforters, just an old department store comforter. This is not a good place to stay....go with a hotel!! The only thing that was impressive about this condo/room was the location. I can't say enough about the location. it was absolutely superb. As far as guest services, THERE WAS NONE! I know that this was primarily a residence but the staff was very unfriendly, and everyone spoke in their native tongue! The security looked liked the mob and the rooms […] were not cleaned. There was an old moldy smell to both rooms that I stayed in. No housekeeping service until probably after I left. The sheets and comforter looked as if they were on the bed for months. The apartment needed to be aired out and a room freshner would have helped. I was scared to drink the water, because the water was orange when it first came out of the faucet and it had an odor. they fail to let you online that parking is 20 dollars a night. there is no room service and god forbid the smoke alarm battery is dying and the alarm starts sounding at 1 am. the room itself is clean. they advertise that they have wifi, but they don't. you get a cable from the man checking you in if you ask. the surrounding area is very nice with great […] restaurants and areas to walk. i probably would not stay there again. the whole experience was just a little strange for me. Front desk employees need to know how to speak to guest. The Rental Unit floors - walls & tubs were not clean, it was not worth the price @ all.

When leaving a comment most people start with pro then cons. So here are the Pros: None Cons: First this place was a nightmare to locate. The person I called on the phone barely spoke English. To sign in I had to meet with some guy in a back room like a shady deal. He was highly unorganized. He had to search through piles of paper for forms for me […] to sign. It all went down hill from there. First this place should not be on hotels.com. It is an apartment rental not a hotel. I went up to the room and it smelled like an old urinal. There was black mold on the floor and a broken vent in the bathroom. I found hair on the dingy towels and an inch of dust on most ledges. There was a stained pillow in the closet and a child's comforter. There were items from the previous tenant in the drawers. I had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep down the smell. I had no time to find another place to stay. I went downstairs to talk to the one that rented me this flophouse of a room, but he was long gone. I called him on the number he left. he said he'd call me back, never happen. I called hotels.com reps to cancel the next night and get out of there. After they called four times, first to be told to call later only for no one to answer. I slept with a tee shirt over the only decent pillow. Parking was equally sad. You use a coded key tag to access the parking deck. People in this apartment drive like Nascar in the parking deck. The rep didn't even know what parking places were open. Then he put a post-it on back of a used parking placard for me to use that night. The whole place reeks of low budget and 2 bit service. The dining chairs were those little plastic ones that one finds in a kindergarden class. I will chock the price up to a learning experience. This is the worse place I've ever stayed in Miami. I've been to Miami several times. I've stayed in a variety of Hotels. Avoid this place like a plague. Mehr

I thought the hotel, if the price is around a three star price, is good but it really depends on what you are looking forward. Don't expect room service or even someone to clean your room everyday. I was looking for basically a place to stay that I could treat like my own personal condo for a couple of nights and that is exactly what I got. The nice bed and big tv help for when you unwind at the end of the night or when you need your own space. Very bad experience dirty no shampo conditioner no soap extra covers

pros: i got the room for 1/3 off the price so that was good. the room had a balcony, which gave a nice view. i asked for more towels and pillows and it i got it in like 15min. cons: the reason not to go is the parking garage!!! it cost $20 a night to park and the parking structure is in an oval shape. so you have to make a u-turn at every end of the […] garage and the lane is small and has a rail next to you, which looked like many people have hit! the parking is just horrible. the place charge you for leaving trash so you had to take out the trash yourself and i found a condom wrapper under the couch! The unit we stayed in was very large and accomodated our needs pefectly. It was a great help that it was perfectly "outfitted" with all of the conveniences of home - cookware, dishes, towels, bed lines and so on. I actually extended my stay in Miami, becuase the accomodations were so great. The Hotel is actually a Condo renting a few Rooms. There is No front desk, no Marked entrance to the building, the security guards Don't know the Title of the Business by that name. Had to make a call the Manager came and was exceptionally helpfull and processed us in. The only shopping is 8-10 blocks away. There is a Publix grocery store anout 8 blocks […] away. Extreamly helpfull to buy all the shampoo's and amenities left to save weight for the luggage. Cab was about $25 from MIA. Room was a suite setup Kitchen Living room and a Two queen Size Bed bedroom, and full bathroom. Overall after figuring out what was going on, it was a good bargain. Mehr
