We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the room. It was most certainly worth the price. Easy access to everything. Definitely would stay here again.

We had to make a last minute trip from St. Louis to Wichita to attend a funeral. We usually prefer Hotels like the Hyatt in downtown Wichita but they did not have a room like we prefer available. We decided to take a chance on the Wichita Inn North based on other reviews and the fact that they had a room with three queen beds. We were very pleased with […] the room and hotel overall. We chose this hotel because they have a "family room" which included 3 beds (we have 2 adults and 5 kids). Hotels.com listed the beds as queen size but the front dest manager said they were doubles. We were concerned about not being able to sleep well in double beds and the manager offered to to give us two twin blow up mattresses for free. When we […] got in to the room it was huge and the beds were probably queen size (if not a small queen size). The Management was very accomodating and the continental breakfast was wonderful filling up all 5 of our boys stomach's! Mehr

Very nice hotel. We got it for a reasonable price. We stayed for two nights and love it. We would stay there again next time we come to Wichita, KS.

Friendly staff, clean room, busy but yet quiet. night. Breakfast was good and the area was well stocked and clean. Everything I could ask for a businees travel.

GET RID OF THIS GUY ALREADY!! THIS IS NO LIE~ POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!! VERY RUDE, WITH THE ATTITUDE OF, '"THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT COUNT OR MEAN ANYTHING, MY BILLS ARE PAID!'

Not sure but I think the maids are running the place. Since when is the maids word over rides the customers? I could see "MAYBE" if i was a worker and the company was paying for my stay, but when I am dishing out my hard earn cash? Would not stay here with this manager in the background, and not in charge!

How can the staff be for the most part be excellent with such a bad manager? Would not stay here again unless it was under new management!!

The staff was friendly, courtious and extremely efficient. The room was extremely clean and spacious. We stayed for two nights and the cleaning our room got between the first and secon night was spectacular. The continental breakfast was well stocked. A very pleasurable stay and at a great price. I would definately stay here again.

Our stay was very short but we liked how clean the room was. The desk help was not very professional. They decided that talking to other people they worked with was more important then the customers in front of them. But it wasn't a bad stay. The shower had horrible pressure but other then that it was a great place to stay. Had a wonderful breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly.

My aim was to stay cheap-- and I was successful. Everything was quite clean and the service was friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying on a budget!

Rooms were okay. They were clean and stocked. It was definitely your bare bones basic hotel room. For the price I wouldnt expect more. Tv was an old tube tv with vcr. Breakfast was typical continental fare. I dont think I would stay there again.

Our stay was comfortable, but the rooms were a bit small. Breakfast bar could include more variety and be better attended. We found that some items would run out before breakfast was over. The in room fridge was a nice touch, but the microwave was a bit faulty. Our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, but was eventually cleaned satisfactorily. […] The location was convenient to wherever we wanted to get to that weekend. Mehr

stayed in for one night.. things arent kept up so nicely there. but the bathroom and sheets were clean and it was just fine for a sleepy traveler. room outside of elevator door on the second floor smelled moldy. and my pop from the machine needed a dust-off before opening. it was fine. whatever. stay there if you have to.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was very plesant.

The property was clean and in a good area. A little set back off the road behind the North Rock Suites. I did not know till the last evening the room phone did not work. I used my cell for wake up anyway. Staff were pleasant and courteous. I would stay here again but I will check the phone first.

It isn't the fanciest hotel you'll find in Wichita, but the people who run it are nice, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. I almost hesitate to write this review, as if this hotel catches on more the prices might raise and I won't be able to afford my favorite place to stay in Wichita!

My wife, I and our pet Shih Tzu recently stayed at the Wichita Inn on our way to and from a trip to Colorado. We were very happy with our stay. The front desk and breakfast area were very neat, clean and tidy. The initial stay prompted us, to make a reservation for our return trip. The desk clerk was able to handle our request and within a couple of […] minutes, our return reservation was made. There was a $10.00 charge for our Shih Tzu for each night which was more than reasonable. The room was clean and there was a small refrigerator in the room, along with a microwave. The ironing board was a little on the small size, but can be overlooked if not needed. The only one noticable missing item was an alarm clock, AM/FM radio. Therefore, the only option for waking at a certain time was to request a wakeup call from the front desk. Which was no problem, just seemed a little strange to not have the alarm clock. The room included a nice sized, I would venture to say 42 inch flat screen TV, which was set on a frame that allowed the TV to be moved, making it viewable from either one of the twin beds. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend this hotel to any traveler, especially if traveling with a pet. Mehr

This is a very clean and friendly motel. It is a great find for the money. I would recomend this motel to anyone wanting a clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate.

I stay at this hotel everytime I come to wichita (at least 10 times) and I have never had any problems

We stayed here about 6 months ago and I thought it was a good value for the money but I could not believe how much it had gone down hill since then. Check-in was great, they had me ready and all I had to do was sign and checkout was great as well. The room furnishings were bad. Bed stand was falling apart, table was real wobbly and the beds were so […] broke down, it was hard to sit on them let alone sleep on them. Breakfast was veery limited with both microwave and coffee maker broken. They had coffee pot but it was empty and no one was trying to service the room. We left the breakfast room and saw several cockroaches going down the hall. However, they were going away from the breakfast room, so I do not know if that was good or bad. It is a shame, because with some maintance and a good extermimator and a competent manager this could be a good place to stay. Mehr

I have wrote a couple reviews from previous stays at this hotel but since it continues to impress will write another one. The price you pay for this hotel and the service, comfort and quality you get are very impressive. Definitely check this place out. Lots of different restaurants around in walking distance as well.
