Randles court hotel was a very nice hotel but we did not really appreciate the fact that they move us to Randles court hotel since our initial choice was Dromhall hotel. but no complain about Randles.its was nice.all amenities very close.very good service staff.great customer service.i would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families and […] so on. Had booked Dromhall but due to work being done in Hotel we got the option of staying in Randles the three nights,this we availed of and were very pleased.

second tome we chose the dromhall. enjoyed it the first time and that encouraged us to go back. unfortunately the second trip was disappointing. room was boxy, remote had no batteries, towel had yellow stains and when we returned from a wedding there was no reception staff around. granted it was late but eventually we just went behind the counter and […] got the room key ourselves. i wonder about the star rating too, more like a three. Great location, able to walk quickly into town, polite, nice and friendly staff--good food and a beautiful hotel.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel in kilarney!!!!was made feel very welcome,got a lovely big double room,and the bed was kingsize!!!!!!we didnt eat any breakfast there,so i cant say anything about the restaurant,i would very much recomend this hotel.

This was our third stay at the Dromhall and my only slight quibble would be that we were at the back of the hotel this time and there was a lot of noise from the kitchen fans. I asked to be moved but as it was a busy bank holiday weekend this wasnt possible. I will definitely stay there again but would be sure to request a room at the front of the  […] hotel. Mehr

Following all the positive reviews on here I was looking forward to a stay at the Dromhall Hotel. Unfortunately despite the convenient location the hotel is nothing amazing. Internally it is fit out very traditionally which I felt was actually a little stuffy. Unlike many hotels these days there was also only internet available in the lobby and wifi […] had to be paid for. Finally, on returning to my room on the second day I found a very poor clean had been performed, with the bed hardly made and towels left hanging. As noted, the location is convenient but I find it hard to justify the price per night compared to other hotels I stayed in in Ireland. Mehr

Hard to believe- a hotel with a Spa but No Gym. Used the spa. Had a very overpriced massage by a woman who could not do firm--even though she asked if I wanted firm.

Recent one night stay, good location within walking distance to town centre. Nice decor, clean room. The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a big let down for us! Had to go to shop next door.

we were very unhappy with the room. its was very cold and did not have even a kettle to have a hot drink. the food was averge' the spa and pool faciltys were on another part of the grounds not too convient. would not stay at this hotel in the future.

On the whole an good hotel but a few simple touches would improve the service. Simple things like soap bars rather than jars of soap creme in the bathroom and complimentary mineral water in the room would make a difference. A wedding was taking place on one night of my stay. Even though I was on the third floor the noise from the music was quite loud until 2 am. approx.

Very nice hotel, could do with a bit of updating! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely not much of a selection in the hotel bar/restaurant. Very close to killarney town and train station, swimming pool was lovely. Would stay here again!

Dromhall Hotel is right in the middle of everything. Twenty minute walk to Killarney; nearby to Killarney Park; Muskross House; Ring of Kerry. Hotel is clean and well managed. The desk was helpful in a very minor problem with room (toilet didn't flush properly) and provided an internet cable at no charge. My husband and I were looking for a nice weekend away to relax and were found it in Kilarney. The Dromhall hotel is in the ideal location to relax and unwind and is just walking distance to the town. Hotel facilities were very good, clean. The bar food was absolutely beautiful, we couldnt fault it. The bar staff were very friendly and attentive.

Having booked that morning I was dubious about their computer booking system not being up to speed but I need not have worried,Check-in was a breeze.The foyer was airy and spacious.Breakfast the following morning was a buffet type.The photos of the swimming pool don't do it justice, it was bigger than I expected(swimming cap required).Try out Kaynes […] restaurant on site- great atmosphere. On the downside the corridors can be a bit noisy for those of you who are lighter sleepers also for some the door latch mechanism may take some getting used to. All in all I enjoyed a 1 night stay here at the Dromhall and was V.pleasantly surprised at a 20% reduction in the booking price ! Clean and comfortable but the staff weren't the greatest.The room was bthe bridal suite but you couldn't swing a cat in there.I was very disappointed with tea making facilities as it was the first hotel i ever stayed in that had none!!!The Bar food was beautiful but you would have aged waiting for it to be brought out.The breakfast was nice but very […] miserable selection and portions.For the pool,which was pretty run down you have to walk across to another hotel,owned by the same person.Overall, it was nice and very cheap but definitely not a four star and prob not top of my list to return.
