Modern eingerichtet, sauber und nahe zur U-Bahn. Die Zimmer wie immer eher klein in Japan. Trotzdem immer wieder.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber neu ausgestattet und sehr, sehr sauber. Zur Lage des Hotels, es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend genau zwischen den zwei Zentren Tokio(Hauptbahnhof u. Kaiserpalast) und Shinjuku, welche durch kurze U-Bahnfahrten leicht zu erreichen sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, spricht jedoch […] überhaupt kein Englisch, für jene die das erste mal in Tokio sind und manchmal Informationen benötigen, sollten sich erst gar nicht an die Rezeption wenden. Insgesamt würde ich jedoch wieder Zimmer beziehen im Green Palace Mehr

quiet hotel in central location close to several Tokio metro stations breakfast is expensive

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Everyone on staff that we encountered was accommodating and attended to our needs. I was impressed with the fact that the hotel was in a great area, close to several trains within easy walking distance, and tourist attractions within easy walking distance, and all at a fantastically low rate per night.

The room is clean, quiet and tiny. The location/neighborhood is fantastic, and very quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable. Wired internet in the room at no charge, wireless free in the lobby. Room so tiny but good location and environments. Free wifi and Lots of hotel stuffs.. forbiddened window... but very comfortable place for Tokyo trip. Recommend it !

I stayed in the Tokyo green palace on december 31st, i only used it as a bed as I didnt arrive there until about 10.30pm and only had the one night. It was a very nice hotel easy to find and only a 5 minute walk from Yotsuya station. the room was modern and clean and the hotel staff were lovely when checking in and out.

Was a bit concerned when we caught a taxi from Tokyo train station that we were too far out but it was an easy trip on the trains to all major sights. Metro was two minutes walk away, JR rail about 10 minutes. You could walk to the Imperial Palace in about 15 minutes. Enough shops and restaurants if you didn't want to go into the city, with a McDonalds […] & starbucks within walking distance. Hotel beautiful & clean. Staff helpful with enough English to get by. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed the amenities, staff and the location. It is a minute walk to Kojimachi station and about 7-10 minutes to Yotsuya (where you will likely arrive from the airport/ tokyo station). It is imperative to get a detailed map and directions to get to the hotel from that station as it was not very easy to […] find, especially at night. There are a lot of food places that open early, which is a benefit over some of the popular other locations. The hotel breakfast was alright, but a bit overpriced. Lunch, however, was fantastic. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom had the toto system with heated seats. Overall, the impression of this hotel was wonderful and we will gladly stay here again. Mehr

The room was really small but it corresponded with terms. Perfect price for room and included services. Our stay in this hotel was without any problems.

The hotel is Near the Imperial Palace and a Subway line. It had very small rooms which is normal for the lower priced hotels. The front desk was difficult since they did not speak english so bring your own maps and plans since they are unable to make suggestions to tourists. Amenities were just fine. Didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't judge. I […] would stay there again if I needed/wanted to stay near the palace but otherwise I will look for another neighborhood that has more food locations nearby. Mehr

We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel was pretty small like most Japanese hotels, which was expected. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't speak too much English, but we got help without much trouble. The hotel is not in a touristy area so it's pretty quiet. It's very close to Tokyo metro station (Y15 Kojimaji stop, exit […] #5). It's located down on the alley across the street from a 7-11. To get here from the airport, we took the Narita Express to Tokyo station and transferred to Tokyo Metro. Toiletries were included in the hotel (i.e. shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, blow dryer, etc.). We got a semi-double room and it fit 2 of us, both girls. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when we checked-in, however, it seemed to have gone away after our first night stay. There are computers and wi-fi available in the lobby. We were not able to connect to wi-fi in our room, but there are cable connection if you have a computer with you. The hotel also provides luggage forwarding services (takkyubin) for about $20, give or take depending on size of your suitcase. As we were traveling to different cities, we found this service extremely helpful and reliable and would recommend it. Price for the hotel was decent and we would stay here again. Mehr

Well, What should I say. I will be back to the same hotel as it is located at the center of Tokyo.. It is small as expected but all the facilities are complete! I have a pleasant stay overall.

There is a subway station named Koji Machi (Sp ?) Very close to this hotel. It is basically smack dab in the middle of the Tokyo subway map, and about 100meter walk to the station. The actual hotel itself is wonderful, as is all japanese service. I would live in this hotel that is how much I enjoyed it.

Hotel is very clean when I stayed at hotel. Look safe areas. The provied facilities is over our expectation. Very comfortable ares to take subways and JR lines. Moreover, the rooms look new . Nice to stay and staff very friendly. If I have trip in Tokyo , it is the best choice!!!

There is so much to do in Tokyo that you will not want to stay in your hotel all-day! If all you need is a comfortable bed and a clean and nice bathroom for the night, this is the perfect value for money hotel. The rooms may be a bit small, but they are clean and the housekeeping efficiently replaces used towels and toileteries (it's so complete you […] do not need to bring much of anything!). The Kojimachi station is only 2mins away from exit 5 and it feels like you're staying in the middle of tokyo, making it very accessible for any direction you wish to go to. I would definitely recommend this place if you want an accessible, clean, modern and value for money hotel in Tokyo. Mehr

great location, clean room, nice and comfy bed... love it!! the hotel is a bit hard to find at first place, but once u found it, it's soooo close to the subway station! the room is sooo nice; however, it is small; it has everything you need! not so many shops around the hotel, but a very quiet neighbourhood, and it has a huge nice comfy bed!!

We found Tokyo Green Palace on hotels.com at a discounted price and, according to positive reviews and photos, we decided to go for it. The hotel seemed brand new and extremely clean, the twin room was spacious for Tokyo standarts, clean and not smelly at all, (although it was a smoking room while we reserved for a non-smoking one) A/C was impeccable, […] the TV was a 42" Sharp lcd tv, a good experience but few international channels only. We booked for a twin room but the beds were almost double beds each and extremely comfy. The toilet was a great TOTO and the bathroom was very clean, with all the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razor, toothbrush, sleepers etc.. provided. The room service worked very well and the room was like brand new everytime it was cleaned... The staff knew a bit english but was very very helpful, and smiling all the time, which gave us each morning positive energy while starting the day... The only disappointing thing was breakfast, too expansive for almost nothing western, so if you're not used to japanese breakfast, forget about it... The location of the hotel is in a quiet residential area, 2 minutes to Kojimachi metro station, 3-4 minutes to Hanzomon station and no more than 5 minutes to Ichigaya station, so the subway network coverage was excellent all around the hotel. A seven eleven and a lawson, both convenience stores, were really close to the hotel so you don't have any problem for drink and eat supplies. Mehr

This Hotel is located Gojimachi Station (Y-line). If you exit through 5 or 6 gate, you can find out easily. I booked semi-double room. Its size is too small but I find out everything that I need. The smell of toilet is a little bad, but endurable. The subway station is not good to reach the major sightseeing points. It means you must changes subways […] 2~3 times to go Shinjukyu, Rockpogi, Asakusa etc. Even though such inconvinience, Tyoko Green Palace is valuable for money. Yon can use the room 2 nights compared to other hotels' just 1 night price!! Mehr

Hotel was in a great location. 1 min walk from subway station. Room was very clean, had everything we needed. Small room as expected. The only thing we thought was totally over rated was their brakefast. Way over priced for what you had for selection. You are better off going for a walk and finding something half the price and a much nicer meal.

I loved my stay at this hotel!!! The room was a little small but it had so many features like a huge TV, yukatas, kettle for tea....and let's not forget the toto toilet. Also everything was provided (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair dryer, etc.) for those that want to travel light you don't have to worry […] about bringing all of this stuff! It's location is a little secluded but there is a convenient Seven Eleven right on the corner (with an ATM that accepts foreign cards! very convenient!) and a Starbucks within walking distance. Also a one minute walk from Kojimachi station, where you can take the metro to the more populated areas of Tokyo. The staff was so friendly and helpful! There's internet access in the room and if you don't want to bring your laptop, you can rent one for the night! This was really helpful for me. Very convenient, very close to a metro station. Get down at Y16. Use exit 6. Whn out of the station, turn back and make a left at the first street. The hotel is 50 m from there to your left. I didn't know I have to specify that I want a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room and I couldn't stay there. I must say they helped me and switched my room. […] If it is important to you, make sure to specify it explicitly. Mehr

Hotel room (twin) was very spacious by Japanese standards and very neat and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommending us nearby restaurants and cafes. Location was convenient - a few steps from one of the entrances to Kojimachi station on the Yurakucho line - beware that this station closes at 11pm, but you can reach the hotel by 7 min walk […] from Ichigaya station (JR and other subway lines), which is open later. We didn't try the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, but there are a few restaurants nearby. Also a few coffee shops and a bakery down the main road towards Ichigaya station. We got a good deal by arriving on a sunday or monday, and overall this hotel is highly recommended. Mehr

Okey hotel, but they did not have any non smoking rooms, terrible smell! Location not very exiting, but close to subway and Imperial palace. Will not come back.

This hotel is situated only 1 minute walk from Kojimachi Station (Exits 5 and 6). It is very central- near many embassies, not too far also from the bigger hotels such as Okura or New Otani (which makes travelling to and from the airport easier). All in all, the hotel room was very clean, nicely furnished, packed with all the basics ;shampoo, body soap, […] soap, conditioner, facial wash, shavers, toothbrushes, etc. I stayed in a single room which was small- which is something you should always expect in Japan. Although the room was rather small, the bed was queensize. That was great. Small minuses: no cupborad, only hangers to hang your clothes. There is a restaurant downstairs-While I stayed at the hotel, you could buy breakfast tickets at 1200 yen at the reception, then you'd have access to the buffet. Breakfast is nice! But the "italian" dishes that are being served in the evening are rather not worth trying... Thanks for reading! Mehr

I loved my stay here. The room was quite small but I came to expect that in Japan. The bathroom was great, with a traditional Toto toilet, great Japanese skincare products, etc. The bed was really comfortable and the design was great. I have to emphasize it was close quarters but it was fine for me, a solo traveler. There was even a desk and desk chair. […] I really enjoyed my room. Breakfast was 1200 yen, which at one time was $10 but now is...not. It wasn't worth the price but for the first morning it was great to have a traditional breakfast of miso soup, rice and pickled veggies. The location was also great (near three subway lines, one Toei line, a JR line). I found walking to Yotsuya was a really easy way to get to the Maranouchi line (to Shinjuku in one direction, Ginza in the other). The hotel's neighborhood was safe and quiet. International travelers can get money from the 7-11 at the corner, but it is probably more worthwhile to walk to the Citibank about a mile away (or maybe stay in Akasaka where the closest ATM is). It's very hard to retrieve money from ATMs in Tokyo. All in all, I had a great stay at this hotel and it was VERY reasonably priced. I'm thankful to Hotels.com for helping me get a great rate. Mehr

A great stay for visitors who use their hotel rooms for sleep and hygiene mostly. The purpose of my trip was fun so I did not spend much time in my (small) hotel room. The staff @ the hotel was very helpful with directions and tourist information (they had a xerox of almost any kind of information you needed). The rooms are fairly small but very clean […] and well maintained. Hotel is fairly new. The restaurant has a great choice of classic Italian and Japanese meals (a little pricey for the budget traveller) and a Western style breakfast buffet ($13). Two minutes from the Tokyo Subway, very convenient location close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Mehr

Hotel is brand new, room is small but that's everywhere in Tokyo. Hotel is located on metro station Y15, so in most cases you need to change at least once in the metro, but it's not that bad. There isn't much to do in the area, I walked a little bit in my last night and it was a boring neighborhood, but there are several convenient stores located nearby […] which is handy. In general a good place for a good price, after all who stays in the hotel, I left in the morning and came back at nigh to sleep. Mehr

Tokyo Green Palace is a quality hotel in a safe (embassy neighborhood, police/koban across street) and convenient location (near JR and Tokyo Metro, walkable to Yasukuni Shrine). The hotel provides all amenities geared towards both men & women (large HD TV, lan connection, etc., even foaming facewash!). An excellent location, innovative modern design. Tiny rooms, but typical for Japanese business hotel. Free internet links. Excellent breakfasts at affordable price. Near subway station. Place to stay if you are looking for an affordable hotel in a great location.
