Das Hotel lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Tolle große Zimmer mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Im Badezimmer sogar ein Whirlpool! Toll wäre, wenn bei der Größe des Zimmers im Wohnbereich das Sofa eine Schlafcouch mit Aufbettung für die 3. und 4. Person eingerichtet wäre. Aber, das ist nur eine Anregung, keinerlei Kritik.Die Lage ist auch klasse, nur ein etwa 150 langer Spaziergang und man ist mitten auf dem Strip. Wenn wir mal wieder kommen, würden wir sehr gern wieder hier wohnen!!

DAs Hotel hatte Top-Zimmer und kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir waren unter der Woche dort. An den Wochenenden geht hier die Post ab. Die Swimming-Pools waren auch spitze, nur die Musik war uns persönlich zu laut. Auch im Casino und in der Lobby war es zu stark heruntergekühlt und einfach laut.
Für zusätzliche Personen können Gebühren anfallen, die abhängig von den Bestimmungen des Hotels variieren können.
Beim Check-in werden ein Lichtbildausweis und eine Kreditkarte oder eine Kaution in bar für unvorhergesehene Aufwendungen verlangt.

"Super Zimmer, etwas abseits vom Geschehen"
Die Zimmer waren riesig groß und top ausgestattet mit vollständiger Küche incl. Geschirr, sowie einem Whirpool und TV im Bad. Allerdings liegt es etwas abseits vom Strip, so dass man ein Taxi nehmen muss, wenn man dort hin möchte. Das Personal hat sich nicht besonders freundlich gezeigt, was man bei einem 4,5 Sterne-Hotel eigentlich erwarten könnte […] . Mehr
"Superhotel neben dem Strip"
Wir wurden sehr positiv von diesem Hotel überrascht. Während unserer Rundreise war es das günstigste Hotel, dafür waren die Zimmer neben dem Encore am modernsten und luxuriös eingerichtet und alles absolut sauber. Das Bett war super, die Drogerieartikel wurden von Aveda bereitgestellt, die Aussicht auf den Strip war genial, es war kein einziger Lärm […] zu hören, kurzum: wir fühlten uns wie in einem 5-Sterne Hotel. Zum Strip ist es auch nicht weit, entweder man nimmt das nahegelegene Shuttle oder ein Taxi- dadurch dass man die Hälfte von dem zahlt, was am Strip verlangt wird, sind die 10 $ auch ein paar mal drin. "Ruhige Lage für Las Vegas optimaler ruhepol"
Hotel ist sehr stylisch, aber das personal sehr unfreundlich! Die Betten für unsere Kinder waren nicht gemacht und wir erledigten das selbst. Unsere Koffer wurden nach 1 1/2 Stunden gebracht und die Zimmermädchen reinigten bei 3 Nächten einmal! Schade, den die Zimmer sehen super modern aus und sind riesig! Great hotel, quiet, no smell of smoke, no need to walk through the casino to get there, but a short walk from all the excitement of the Palms. (Ghostbar is quite the party spot, FYI!) Room was modern and impeccably clean and spacious. Service was prompt and friendly at all times. Pool was fantastic, peaceful, plenty of chairs. Location is not convenient at all in regard to the strip (I knew this before booking,but some might not). You might like not being in the hustle and bustle of Vegas, and enjoy the view of the entire strip, but if you have friends at other hotels on the strip, keep this in mind (too far to walk). Palms now charge $20 resort fee and the suites are not in good condition being only a few years old. This is a party casino for the younger crowd so you can see why the rooms can be filthy.

"No casino to walk through"
We enjoyed our stay. I must admit I was hesitant because of the other reviews that I read, but we were pleased. We were not familiar with some of the things in the room, but housekeeping/maintenance came in as soon as we called. We had the suite at tne hotel end, and it was awesome. All the comforts of home. "Amazing Studios"
Fantastic ultra modern studios - 3 tv's ,full kitchen and a jacuzzi plus n amazing view ! Ghost bar is out of this world at night !
Great clubs n restaurants. The view from the Nove was beautiful. The actual room n front desk was terrible. We were in the Palms Palace not the two towers connecting to eachother. Front desk only answered the phone one time which that took several minutes to answer. The room had a nice bathroom but the room was sterile, no hotel info of any kind. Tv […] didn't work first then the tv stations were messed up. So never saw what the hotel had to offer. Never found the spa or workout room. Frustrating! Mehr

Loved it but found it far away from Convention Center- a rental car a must, and the hallways though clean are too dark.The room was spectacular with a wonderful view.A reasonable restaurant in a try nice setting.Excellent customer service everywhere.All in all a bargain and NO CASINO!

"PAlms Place at the Palms"
We loved it. We stayed during Spring Break so there were a lot of college students there but everyone was polite to one another. Other than a long wait to get on the elevator, it was well worth it!!

"Nice quality for the price"
It was a very nice suite with very modern conveniences and stylish look. They ran out of bathrobes so unable to furnish the room as advertised. My first day the room keys were defective but the staff was very friendly and worked on the problem to correct the situation. All of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

I loved the hotel, when we checked in we had to wait because our roomn wasnt ready but when we went back after an two hours later and still wasnt ready the man quickly upgraded our room and we were on our way, they also gave us $30 in drinks that we could use in any casino/hotel, room was amazing, will defently recommend this hotel to anyone great price […] and wonderul roms!! "Pick this hotel"
Away from the craziness of the MGM casino (but still an easy 5 minute walk) and the strip which is only a 10 minute taxi ride that costs around $15. The location is not a problem at all. The rooms were perfect. Much better that your average hotel room and our friends staying in the main MGM towers said our room was 1000 times better than theirs and […] we paid less than them! The only annoying thing we experienced was on the day we checked out we wanted to store our bags because our flight was not untill 8pm. We ended up standing at the bell boys desk for 20 minutes before the guy standing 10 meters away finaly came over to see if what we wanted. But everything else was perfect. This was the best room we had on our whole holiday, very neat and modern looking. We would definately stay there again. Mehr

We stayed at the Palm towers. Check in, parking and room accesability was all painless. Staff was all top shelf. We were on the 21st floor and was surprised that the balcony sliding glass doors were locked. This was the only real downer of our stay. All in all great place to stay, although don't like some of the hidden charges involved, we were charged a 15 dollar a day resort fee that no one mentioned until check out that was per day, so I fin that a little misleading! Other wise great time at the Palms Place!!!

Love the Hotel, It just that the room was so far away from the Casino, It was pure ridiculous! I felt like I had little walk 1 mile to the Casino.. If I was the Palms I would convert a NON SMOKING Casino next to their mile away rooms. The room was very nice a condo type setup!

I have stayed at the actual Palms Hotel and have had a better experience. For the price you pay you get really poor customer service...The first day I came back my shampoo and and soap hadnt been replaced I had to wash my hair with shower gel. I was running late so I had no time to call and wait 30 minutes + for housekeeping to send someone with more...called […] to discuss with management and all they would give me is front desk personnel. I paid for wireless and went to log in on my IPAD and they cahrged me double...apparantly its per device even tho it doesnt say that anywhere on the interent card....If you like to pay high end prices and get low end customer service then stay here...everyone was too uppity to help you. "Palms Place Hotel - Over Rated"
I would not stay here again, more like a 3 star then a 4 star. The valet was full every night we were there and the valet guys were rude about it and just directed us out to self parking. The fire alarm woke us up one morning and we had to hike down the stairs in our pajamas, at no time did a hotel employee come down and explain anything or tell us […] when to go back up. I found the employees there to be cavalier, there is no focus on customer satisfaction and going the extra mile to make a guest feel special doesnt happen here. The rooms seemed nice at first but really they are a bit worn and what good are the balconies when you can't open the doors and step out there. I was disappointed with this place.....not to mention the surrounding area is shady! Mehr

Me and my girlfriend went we loved it. Room had big bathtub with jets. Pool heated and hot tub very clean. I liked that if u didn't want to be around casinos or a lot of people u could go to your room and the party is across walk away.

I love staying at the Palms Place because it is upscale and the vibe is awesome. The Simon Restaurant is one of MY favorite places to eat. The food is excellent and Rebecca, the bartender is fantastic ... great service and also a smile. Liked the place but not entirely. Pros - well built out and above the normal hotel finishes in the room. Kitchenettes are nice, could cook if you wanted and nice tub/shower. Views are nice too since the building stacks up. Cons - cleanliness of the room was lacking (hair on floor in room and bathroom). Required extra resort fees at check in - this […] gets you drink vouchers I didn't want or get to use. No fitness center for hotel guests, have to pay extra $/day to use the spa fitness facility. Exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Palms Place hotel (not the Fantasy Tower) attached to the The Palms Casino Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful & the room was amazing. 2 large flat screen TVs offered the choice of sitting on the bed or the couch to watch & there were other electronic touches, like iPod clock & internet access; […] the kitchenette was fully stocked (except coffeepot but no coffee); the bathroom had a fantastic shower setup with a separate but same enclosure jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of storage/closet space and a great view (although the doors to the balcony do not open). There was ample seating space, although I found some of the chairs rather uncomfortable. Our only other issue was that we weren't told their were two separate valets and when we went to check-out, they could not bring the car to us. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie theater onsite and had a great meal at the Cafe. Looked like there were other very good restaurants and an exciting club scene, but we were only there one night, so didn't get to explore it. Would definitely choose this hotel again! Mehr
