Nice accomodations for business travel

Hotel smelled fresh and clean from the minute we walked in for our stay until we left 3 days later. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and maid service picked up our room when we were out. Overall a great place to stay!!

People were ALL wonderful. Our first night's room stay was marred by a loud compressor and fan issues with the in-room air conditioner/heater. Wanted to ask for a refund for the night, but did not. Hotel staff was very helpful and immediately gave us another room for the second night. Room was very nice, but was put off by the sticky bathroom floor...the […] cleaning staff used too much soap cleaner in the solution. I suggested to hotel management that the cleaning people rinse the floor after cleaning it to deal with the problem...also noticed the same situation in the public restroom. Not a big deal...easily solution...hope they take my suggestion. Beds were abit too soft for us, but suppose that every individual is different as far as mattress firmness is concerned. Mehr

This hotel is just what we were looking for at a great price. We didn't expect the area that it's in to be so nice and extremely quiet, but were very glad when we saw it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Birmingham!!

I gave this hotel all 5's except for convenience of hotel location; which I still gave it a 4. Even though the hotel isn't right downtown, it's very close and extremely easy to access. The hotel is placed in a very nice area. Being a young female, I wanted a hotel in a safe area, and I felt comfortable here. The hotel staff was personable and the room […] was clean. The stay was comfortable and overall very good. The staff was very accomodating. The room did seem kind of small for the price and I had to call for detailed driving directions . A sign on the side of the Hotel facing the highway would have been beneficial.

Hospitable staff and clean rooms. Recommended!

The staff was lovely and friendly -- they even allowed us to check in early so we could spend some extra time in the indoor pool. Our bed was delightfully comfortable and we will definitely be staying here again.

Close to interstate in an office park patrolled by security. Felt very safe here and very little traffic on the weekend. The hotel is also around $30 cheaper than downtown hotels in worse shape and areas. Thi's is a very nice hotel, especially for the price. No breakfast included, but for the savings you can afford to eat here our elsewhere. These reasons […] are why I have stayed here twice, and will continue to stay here on trips to Birmingham. Mehr

Everything about this hotel was great. The employees were extremely helpful. The children loved the swimming pool area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were very impressed with the location. It was right off the highway, but secluded enough to feel relaxing. Lots of trees surrounding the hotel added to the relaxation factor by buffering the highway noise. The room and beds were very comfortable...a welcome respite after a long drive! Only hotel near this business park. Others are a 4-5 mile drive through lousy traffic. Very clean. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. The in house restaurant is kind of pricey, but the food is good and most guests are likely on expense accounts anyway.

Thanks to the hotel staff for such an inviting and comfortable stay in Birmingham. There were pre-printed driving directions to the event we attended waiting at the front desk. There was always fresh, complimentary coffee in the lobby and complimentary cookies at night when we returned. The hotel bar was small, but had great service. The lobby had […] a gas log fireplace and comfortable furnishings on which to relax and warm up (it was very cold during our stay.) The room itself upheld the Hilton tradition of clean and comfortable. The beds are to die for and the bathroom was, as usual immaculate. Every staff member was helpful and seemed to genuinely care. The decor is nice and bright. The staff is really friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is convenient to Mountain Brook and to I-459. There's a Piggly Wiggly right down the street. It was a very nice, modern hotel. I was a little disappointed that a hotel of that price did not include breakfast of any kind. The breakfast was an extra charge. I travel a lot for business. This has to be the best experience I've had at a hotel on business. Very clean, comfortable and convenient.

We found our room to be very nice and comfortable. The staff at the desk were very personable and helpful. I would recommend it and would stay there on our next trip to Birmingham.

The only flaw was housekeeping knocking on the door at 0815, asking if we were checking out. Check-out was at eleven, so I saw no need for her to constantly keep coming back to ask if she had already been informed at 8.

Staff was courteous and professional, accommodations excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable. AC in room was too cold initially, but adjusted easily. Hotel generally could save money and be kinder to the environment by raising the thermostat a few degrees. The fire in the lobby is pretty, but it's absurd to have a fire going when the temperature outside […] is 90 degrees and the AC is down to what feels like 65.
