Beautifully decorated and like new! Rooms are very spacious - easily accommodated our family of 5. Be aware that beds are full-size though, not queen. Breakfast was better than most with many hot options - eggs, sausage, waffles and oatmeal. Pool is a decent length for doing laps in. Exercise room was excellent with new equipment and TVs on each machine. […] Our only problem was service was lacking - we waited a long time to get extra towels after a night swim. Hotel is nice. Satisfied with room, however air conditioner unit is very noisy and our room had a lot of highway noise. The hotel was full the night we stayed there so when we asked for extra pillows we were told they did not have any more. We would stay there again, it was clean and it looked nice. Breakfast was ok.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and have found the staff very personable each time. It is one of the best values around for the price.
Very nice, clean rooms. We had a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. Lots of room. Would stay there again. Nice staff and complementary breakfast.

We were in Birmingham for a wedding. Some wedding guest had booked other hotels but switched to ours when they saw how nice it was. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Construction of a multi level office complex on the lot in front of the hotel made the entrance a little hard to find. We stayed at the SpringHill Suites on our last night of the trip. What a pleasant surprise. The hotel looks like it just opened 3 weeks ago when in fact it has been opened for 3 years (I had to ask). You would not know it. Everything sparkles and shines. The kids (in their 20's) loved it. The design is very modern. A very fresh look. And the layout […] of the room was the best. With five to a room, throughout our trip we needed two queens and a sofa sleeper. The room topped all others on the trip. The service was fantastic. We arrived late after 12:30am. TV was not plugged in all the way. Our room was located literally right next to the pool so there was some noise and disturbances. Pool area very small.There was a large walk-in closet that was dark. There was not any light inside the closet to see anything Did like the amount of space in our room..Did enjoy the complimentary coffee~

This Hotel was beautifully decorated, very clean with a great staff. Easy check in , very quick & efficient. The room was very nice and clean, However the bed was as hard as a rock. I was very surprised when i laid down to discover this very cheap, hard bed in this hotel ... I would not go back! If you are a light sleeper ask for a room which does not face the interstate when you make your reservation. The only other problem I had is the clock was set 5 hours ahead of real time. I talked to front desk staff 3 times trying to find out how to fix it and finally just gave up.

Nice, new Hotel with all the conveniences for the business or leisure traveller. Hot breakfast was good. Coffee in breakfast area was excellent-the room coffee could have been better. Room was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. Wifi/Ethernet worked well. Nice HD TV too. Would definitely stay here again-friendly staff.

Great Customer Service. I got to my room after driving for 7 hours and just wanted to relax and watch the UL bowl game. My TV was fuzzy on ESPN so the staff gladly moved me to another room. This hotel is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well furnished (the tv even comes with HD). It's right off of hwy 280 which puts a lot of restaurants and bars within a short drive. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was nice and friendly. But it was so hard to find. Even with my GPS it just drops you off at the end off a dark street! Other than that I enjoyed my stay. My family was there for 3 nights.

The hotel is fabulous! Very current and trendy design. Wonderful place to stay. But GPS directions can't find the address (maybe it's new?? I don't know) other than that, LOVED it!
