The staff is quite friendly. I arrived very late at night and all the convenience stalls are closed. The vending machine only accept coins but not note and I just can't find anywhere for bottle water. I guess we got what was expected after reading the rewievs but i still am dissapointed. Simple rooms with no extras but i think an extra pillow and a hair dryer isn,t a luxury but a necessity. Also there is no phone in the room in case of emergency.A/C did not work but it is still spring so it was not that hot. Cleaning was good. My biggest complain […] is the noise!! The walls must have been made of paper! You could hear everthing! Doors slamming,people singing,televisions, toilets beeing flushed, showers,and even snooring. There was no chance of any sleep. Since it is a cheap hotel it also attracts young people and there were parties on the terrace and in the hall until 05 in the morning.When there is no phone to call reseption it is not tempting to have to dress, walk down three floors, cross a courtyard to complain to the nightguard. We stayed for 4 nights but did not sleep 3 of them.I did complain and was told that a big group of young men was staying at the Hotel. My advise is: If you are staying out all night and only using this hotel as a base it is ok. If you need any rest or sleep stay somewhere else. located in the Gracia District was perfectly situated for "walking" to see just about everything in Barcelona... Gaudi Park, Familia Sargada, the Rambles, Arc de Trump, Picaso Museum, the Port, Maritime Museum. Each of those sights were about 10 to 30 minutes away. The Gracia area is also bohemian, full of Students/young folks, not pretentious, lots […] of reasonable Tappas, bars & Restaurants very close to the hotel. There were many 20-something students staying at this Hotel, and they were delightful & well behaved. The furnishings in the room were sparse, but new, very clean and plenty of space. Great showers. The terrace on the 3rd floor was cool, and the brand new courtyard is a very nice addition (provides some parking as well). The value was excellent, and the Staff was more than helpful. A great hotel for those who do not need the frills, but want a good experience in a cool area of a big cosmopolitan city. Mehr

Nice base for New Year's Stay far enough from the noise and crowds but only 4 stops aways by Metro to the action when we wanted to be a part of it. Nearest Metro just a few minutes walking. The staff was helpful and friendly always. Rooms were basic but nice.

The Residencia Hotel Gracia is just around the corner from the Metro, and just a few stops away from the Plaza Catalunya stop (Las Ramblas). But there's plenty to do in Gracia itself as well, so don't forget to explore this neighborhood. You can easily walk (up a very steep hill) to the Parque Guell and there are lots of great little shops, bakeries, […] boutiques, bars, restaurants, and plazas surrounding the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel isn't necessarily what American travelers might be used to (the showers are very small, for example), but if you need a home base while you explore Barcelona, this is a great place to stay. This quaint hotel was perfect, not fancy, but just right. Staff was great, and very helpful. I liked the neighborhood, b/c it was safe unlike Las Ramblas, which was crime haven, for every person that went there. I would go back to Eramus gracia , and recommend it also

This hotel was good in relation to its prices. The place pf the hotel is very close to the down town (only 4 underground stations). 4 minutes walking from the underground station. There are supermarkets very close to the hotel. It is also close to the park Guell (1.5 km). The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Although I asked for a single room […] I had 4 beds in my room!!! The negative thing that there is no internet at the rooms. The were many noises at the neighboring streets in the morning. The breakfast was not good very few items but it also was cheap (4.25 euros). There was no safe box in the room. Mehr

The room only has 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a table with no drawers with a TV on top. and air-con of course. free wifi in common area only. staff doesn't smile and is very limited in words. Good things are there are 2 supermarkets near by (walk 5 mins) and it's less than 10 mins walk to a subway station that is a […] big station, get to city centre in 15 mins or less. Mehr

It is located in Gracia (great part of Barcelona), close to the Metro and the rooms are clean. It felt like a hostel and not a hotel but overall was nice.

The hotel is nicely located: just enough distance from the hustle and bustle of the city center so that you can have a good quiet sleep at night and have less touristy options for food, but also can easily get to the city's attractions. The room was clean and simple (my boyfriend and I euphemistically called the decoration 'modern'). The only thing […] that was missing in the room was a mini fridge. We were a bit frustrated with the internet situation: we couldn't get online for a couple of days and the staff remained indifferent. They suggested we use the coin-operated computer although we were not supposed to pay for the internet. Internet started working on the last two days of our stay. The set-up is such that you don't really see or interact with anyone during your stay there unless something goes wrong (in which case you go to the front desk and the helpfulness you receive depends on the person in charge at that time), which was quite what we wanted. Overall, I'd stay there again in another visit to Barcelona and recommend it to everyone who looks for decent accommodation to enjoy the city. Mehr

the staf was great,the room was big with balcony.breakfast was very good.location excelent.20 minutes walk til center of ibiza.Nice walk on the beach.They cleaned the room every day. What more can you ask?You dont go in Ibiza to watch tv or to sleep all day.

My decision to stay at the hotel was based on other reviews that I'd read and they were absolutely accurate. The hotel is only four stops by train (L3-Lesseps station) from the Catalunya station stop, where Las Ramblas is located. After the crowds of Las Ramblas it was nice to return to the quietness of the hotel in the evening. To escape the crowds […] of Las Ramblas, the neighborhood surrounding the residence contains wonderful side streets where restaurants serving menus from all around the world can be found, quaint clothing shops and bakeries (exit the hotel and turn left). There's also a small supermarket (Dio) a short walking distance from the residence. If afforded the opportunity to visit Barcelona again, I would stay at the Residencia Erasmus Garcia. Mehr

The stay was more comfortable than I expected. The place has a good accessibility by metro. Decent breakfast, internet access in the common lounge (though not in the room), and clean rooms.

The hotel is simple, nothing fancy but they offer internet from the room for free.

The hotel is very easy to find. There is a metro stop (Lesseps) very close from in. This same metro line enabled us to go directly to the center but also to the port. The room was very clean and silencious. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which allowed us to buy some food and store them in the fridge provided by the hotel. We also had free […] internet access. The staff was very nice and all spoke very good english. It is possible to have breakfast at the hotel for a ery reasonable price (4eur).I recommend this hotel. Eramus hotelli oli todella mukava ja romanttinen hotelli. Hottelin hintataso oli edullinen, vaikka hotelli sijaitsi hyvin lähellä Barcelonan sydäntä. Hotellilta löytyi myös turisteille kartta ja paljon muita fliereita erilaisista menoista. Varsinkin kartta, jossa oli mukana metrokartta oli oiva apu suunnistaessa ympäri Barcelonaa. Hotelli sijaitsi hyvin […] lähellä metroasemaa, jonka vuoksi liikkuminen sujui hyvin läpi Barcelonan. Hotellista ei jäänyt varsinaisesti mitään negatiivista sanottavaa, lukuunottamatta vähän heikkoa äänieristystä. Tätäkään ei kuitenkaan voi pitää suurena ongelmana, koska hotelli oli todella rauhallinen. Huoneet myös siivottiin hyvin, joka lisäsi mukavuutta huomattavasti. Aamu palaa en käynyt syömässä, koska hotellin lähellä sijaitsi useita kauppoja ja kahviloita, joissa pystyi nauttimaan paikallisista herkuista. L'hôtel ressemble à une résidence étudiante (++ tout de même), avec des tarifs avantageux pour une localisation correcte. La chambre est spacieuse, quoi-qu’austère, et la salle de bain un peu petite. L'équipement est un peu rudimentaire (l'ajout de deux patères pour faire sécher les vêtements ne doit pas représenter un investissement considérable).

Litet trevligt hotell i den fina stadsdelen gracia. Bra prisklass Trevlig personal som pratar bra engelska. Smala gränder, minst två mindre saluhallar, massor av små bodegor och trevliga caféer. Ligger nära tunnelbanestationen Lessep, som tar en "down town" på några minuter. Väldigt hårda sängar och halvtaskig frukost är det enda negativa jag kan komma […] på Här kommer jag att bo igen! Recomendado para todo aquel que no busque demasiado confort o comodidades. Es limpio y no está lejos del centro. Para personas de cierta altura, las camas pueden resultar relativamente incómodas.

Ottimi i servizi e la pulizia, personale sempre disponibile e gentile, colazioni rapportata al prezzo, wifi esistante e posizione strategica. Forse un pò troppo alti i prezzi.

Hyvällä paikalla rauhallisessa ja viehättävässä Graciassa - edullinen, siisti, rauhallinen ja ystävällinen, avulias henkilökunta. Kävelymatka Barcelonan keskustan nähtävyyksille - Parc Güell, Casa Vincens, Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila. Sijanti lähellä metron L3 Fontana ja Lesseps asemia. Hotellin langaton verkko käytettävissä - kantavuus tosin lyhyt, […] mutta saimme tiskiltä verkkopuihan lainaksi ja niin netti toimi moitteetta huoneestamme koko viikon vierailumme ajan. Ei luksusta, mutta päivittäin siivous ja pyykkeiden vaihto, ilmastointi pelasi ja sitä pystyi itse säätämään. Sängyt vähän kovat, mutta nukuimme hyvin. Hieman boheemin Cracian kaupunginosan viehättävät placa-aukiot edullisine kahviloineen ja ruokkapaikkoineen lähellä, ei turistirysä vaan espanjalaisuus aidommin esillä. Alue turvallinen kulkea iltaisin yksin tai myös lasten kanssa. Crasiassa mm. hyviä bio-putikkeja, joista saa vegetaristikin hyviä annoksia edullisesti - mm. fozen youghurt annnoksia erilaisilla hedelmillä ja pähkinöillä. Carrer de Gran Gracia pitkin kun kävelee alaspäin sen muuttuessa Passeig de Graciaksi onkin jo Barcelonan sydämessä Catalynua aukiolla, josta Av. de Portal l'Anglea katua pitkin gootikaupunginosan kujille - putiikkeidin ja kahviloihin (cuuroseja kuumalla suklaalla ja mitä erilaisimpia jäätelöitä). Suosittelen ja tulemme itsekin käyttämään uudelleenn tätä majoitusvaihtoehtoa - hinta laatusuhde erinomainen ja mielummin käyttää turhan luksuksen sijasta muuhun. Mehr

Далеко от моря и центра, зато близко к парку Гауди. Вид из окон никакой. Ночной портье может послать длинной дорогой к своему номеру, который придется поискать. Завтрак платный, но не всегда его учитывают: из пяти-шести завтраков платил за три. Зато бюджетный и относительно спокойный.

In the country where nobody speaks English, the hotel staff is really a blessing - very helpful and welcoming. The hotel localization is great - just a walking distance from Park Guell (amazing) and a few subway stations from the very city center. The nearest subway station is just 3 minutes walking from the hotel and the are two cheap supermarkets […] on the way and a 24 hours open bakery or something where you can get fresh sandwiches. The hotel itself is not bad - clean and lets say modern. We had a great big balcony with a table and chairs, really cool, kind of old style. I do recommend to everyone not looking for super hyper luxuries, but demanding a clean, nice place to sleep and recharge batteries after active days in Barcelona. Mehr

Rigtig fint hotel, hvor der er rent, lyst og pænt. Det ligger super godt og nemt at komme derfra med metroen. Helt klart et godt og billigt hotel jeg vil komme tilbage til.

Ikke et hotel der er i verdensklasse, men det er godt til prisen. Specielt dobbeltværelserne er gode, hvor der også er et lille arbejdsbord, hvis man har hov for det. Der er net på værelserne, og betjeningen er meget hjælpsom. Desuden ligger det 2 min fra metroen og kvarteret er generelt rigtig hyggelig - specielt hvis man bedst kan lide det sådan lidt […] lokalt. Et minus er at der mangler lidt have eller gård til hotellet, som man kan side i. Mehr

Hotel doskonale położony. Codziennie sprzątany. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie przez pierwsze 3 dni. Dla leniwych można za dodatkowa opłatą zjeść proste hiszpańskie śniadanie. Bardzo blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Doskonałe miejsce na poznanie Barcelony. Blisko do Metra i innej komunikacji miejskiej. Okolica bardzo cicha, spokojna a zarazem po przejściu […] parudziesięciu metrów jest się w centrum. Obsługa doskonale zna angielski. Można płacić kartą. Szczerze polecam dla wszystkich, którzy chcą spędzić mile czas w Barcelonie. Nie ma ani czajnika ani żelazka. Mehr

Vi havde hovedsageligt valgt hotellet udfra pris og beliggenheden tæt på Lesseps metro - og vi blev meget positivt overrasket over hotellets standard til prisen. Vi fik et pænt stort, rent og moderniseret værelse, hvor vi på intet tidspunkt var generet af larm fra naboværelser eller udefra. Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende, og hotellet […] generelt helt fyldt op med forskellige typer af turister - både spanske og udenlandske. Morgenmaden kunne ved nød gå an, men man få nok mere ud af at købe morgenmaden på vejen ud på sightseeing. Hotellet kan klart anbefales! Mehr

Fint hotel beliggende i Gracia området med mange fine små torve hvor de lokale spiser. Hotellet virkede fint, rent og pænt til prisen og personalet venligt og hjælpsomt. En af receptionisterne (regner med at det var ejeren) sagde at hvis vi ville anbefale hotellet til andre, skulle vi fortælle at man kunne gå direkte på hotellets hjemmeside og skrive […] til dem direkte, og kunne derved evt. forhandle morgenmad med i prisen. Sängarna hade ej bäddmadraser vilket gjorde dem en aning hårda att sova på. Frukostrummet var lite väl spartansk och en smula trångt.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt og meget tæt på metrostationen Lesseps, hvorfra det er er nemt at komme rundt. Området, Gracia, er super fedt og meget lidt turistet. Selve hotellet yder en god service og værelserne er pæne og rene. Man får meget for pengene! Sengene er lidt hårde og brusekabinen lidt lille - men det er sådan set det eneste at sætte en finger […] på, og hvad man kan forvente til den pris. Mehr

A Residencia é muito satisfatória, os empregados são simpáticos, os quartos são bastante agradáveis. A relação preço/qualidade não deixa muito a desejar. A ressalva vai para o pequeno-almoço que podia ser mais variado e com outra apresentação.

Med to minutters gange fra nærmeste metrostasjon (Lesseps, linje 3), gangavstand til Park Güell og Sagrada Familia så har dette hotellet en ypperlig beliggenhet (Linje 3 kan man ta direkte til Camp Nou eller til Pl. Espanya hvor det går rutebuss til flyplassen). Rommene bærer preg av at hotellet også driver med utleie av rom til studenter, rommene er […] enkelt innredet uten unødvendige luksusartikler. Tilgang på internett både via kabel og trådløst. Stille og rolig på hotellet. Dusj og toalett (rikelig med varmvann i dusjen) For de som ikke stiller andre krav til et hotellrom enn at det gir mulighet for å sove godt, ta seg en dusj når en våkner, og by på spennende byliv like utenfor porten så er dette hotellet et alldeles ypperlig valg. De som ser på selve hotelloppholdet som en viktig del av opplevelsen bør kanskje gå noen hakk opp i prisklasse for å bli tilfredsstilt. Mehr

Close to Park Guell and carrer de Verdi with nice shops and restaurants. 30 mins walk along L'Olla and you will end up at Placa de Catalunya. The reception is manned 24/7 but not eveyone speaks English. Free WiFi was a happy surprice.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij een metrohalte. Alles was dus goed te bereiken. \Het hotel zelf waren een paar grote huizen aan elkaar gebouwd. De kamers waren kil en de douche klein maar wel netjes. voor ons ging het om een slaapplek met internet voor een week dat we in barca zouden zijn. Bent u op zoek naar een simpel hotel wat niet duur is en goed te bereiken […] dan is dit hotel geschikt Mehr

Hotel is dicht bij park Guel gelegen en vlakbij de metro Lesseps. Het enige nadeel vonden wij de harde matrassen en de kleine kussens. Een makkelijke stoel zou ook wel fijn zijn. Er was maar één hoge stoel op de kamer. De douche is fijn. Heerlijke waterstraal en watertemperatuur is goed te regelen.

De kamer is nieuw, vriendelijk personeel. Alleen liet de schoonmaak de wensen een beetje over. Veel haren en ander vuil op de vloer. Hier 2 keer over geklaagd. Werd weinig aan gedaan helaas.

Geheel (recent) gemoderniseerd hotel met gunstige ligging tov de Metro. Geen last van straatherrie. Waren wel verrast door een iets te letterlijke opvatting van twee 1 persoonsbedden. Er stond nml een muurtje tussen...... Leek daardoor meer op een appartement met 2 kamers. Verder prima hotel voor een lang weekend of midweek.

A soli 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro, dignitoso nel suo genere, personale cortese, consigliabile a chi non cerca lussi. Se tornassi a Barcellona andrei ancora lì.

Quite simple hotel, but does what it says on the package. Metro is close by and so is a nice shopping district. Breakfeast options are not very varied, so eat out if your are staying multiple nights.

Det är ett mycket trevligt hotell! Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det finns space i rummet. Det är tillgängligt till allt. Nära metro och en hel del besöksställen. Trots det är under reparation skulle jag vilja välja samma hotell i allafall.
