Sehr saubere, moderne und gepflegte Zimmer. Ideal für Besuche im Joshua-Tree-Park, der Nordeingang ist nur ca. 10 Meilen entfernt. Das im Preis enthaltene kontinentale Frühstück war nicht üppig aber trotzdem gut.

Our stay was awesome, the hotel did everything they could to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. Be very proud of your staff, they always had a smile and went out of their way to accommidate us. The rooms were very clean and the pool and hot tub were crystal clear.

Somber hotel, de hotelkeys werkten niet en om in de kamer te komen was begeleiding nodig van een medewerker die standaard gekleed ging in operatiekamer outfit. Het ontbijt was matig en je moest van een plastic bordje met een plastic bestek een lauwwarm ontbijt eten. Kortom, geen aanrader.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Even the fold out bed was nice. The hotel is close to everything and I would stay here again.

This Hotel was nicely located and very comfortable and friendly. One of the best steak and rib restaurants in the County.

We stayed at this hotel thinking there would be something to do in the desert. Wrong...there is nothing for miles. The pool is the size of a large whirlpool. Not big enough for swimming at all. More like a kiddie pool. It was clean and fully furnished with a mircowave, cook top and fridge so that was a plus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful ,rooms were clean stayed during the week worked in area close to restuarants and stores served my purpose

Couldn't have been more pleased. Breakfast was great! Clean and attractive ..friendly staff.

Okay so this hotel was great. The breakfast was a great mix of hot and cold items, the staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean BUT the pillows and bed were the worst I have ever slept in. I am fine with a firm mattress so the bed wasn't too bad but the pillows felt like a case full of cement. We even called the front desk to ask for more pillows […] and they were just as bad. It was like they just tossed the pillows into the washing machine and the filling balled up and hardened. The sleep was awful and isn't the whole point of a hotel to find a place to rest your head...Please PLEASE get new pillows!!!! Future guests, BRING A PILLOW! Mehr

Best stay ever, Sandra front desk receptionist is the greatest along with Jaz the housekeeping girl. There should be more great customer service like that. Sandra keep up the good work and you will go along way.

The bed was good, the room was well ventilated, the sheets & towels appeared clean, the window covering was sufficient at blocking out light, so I would say that the room was set up for good for sleep hygiene - except that the pillows were way to thick & bouncy - so bring your own pillow. There was plenty of space to put everything & it was really clean. […] The hotel provided bottled water saving us so many trips to the grocery store - much appreciated especially in the desert. The staff responded quickly when we told them something needed attention. Thumbs up to Best Western for all their effort. Much appreciation. All the staff were lovely, except for one woman at front desk, who was Ok. The room was comfortable except that the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, so it blocked access to the sink. But other than that, for the price, I would stay there again - good value. Mehr

The hotel is nice and clean, a little more than we expected from a Best Western hotel in an area like this. The bed is comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly as well. The only possible disappointment is the air con/heater, which is a bit noisy at night. But we certainly will book this hotel again when we come back to this area.

Just a simple hotel room, very clean, well maintenance and close to the entrance to Joshua Tree NP. Would stay here again for sure!

When we asked for a quiet room we were upgraded to a lovely room with jacuzzi The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rate included a cooked breakfast. Very modern and new hotel.

Thiis is a newer hotel with a location convenient to the National Park. The place was clean and well run, and the rooms were nice enough for the price. The free breakfeast buffet makes it an even better value, especially for families with children.

Everything was great. It is a great place to stay if you are planning on going to Joshua Tree Park, better than Twentynine Palms. The breakfast was great, there were lots of options. The staff was very nice.

The front desk was very nice and professional. I do plan on staying here every time I am in the Yucca Valley area.

This place is very nice, and well kept. The service was great, except for when an employee scolded a member of my room for taking items from the free breakfast 15minutes after it had closed, although the items were still out.

My son and I were visiting Joshua Tree National Park and needed a place to stay. There are not a lot of luxury options. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Best Western. Nice hotel and our room was very big. Liked the sofa for extra seating. Newer hotel and have no complaints.

The hotel was nice and close to our relatives that we were visiting. The breakfast was good. The pool was very small so we didn't even bother using it.

Probably the most uncaring and unhelpful staff I have ever experienced in a hotel. Had a problem with the room and the security of the room and nothing was done nor even concern expressed about it. It took three calls to the hotel and finally a call to corporate before a form letter stating there was nothing that could be done due to the legal fine […] print on the check in reciept. The breakfast was just right and the server kept good food moving! The hotel was fine, but I forgot and got a room on the first floor and had large loud men upstairs until about 11:30 p.m... Also I read 'heated outdoor pool' and forgot that in the desert water is guarded! So I was surprised to find a postage size pool, but there was a nice jacuzzi! We were in town for a funeral, so we needed everything to be perfect. The room was wonderful. We took the two bedroom suite, cuz we were with family. Plenty of room, kitchen area was clean and even had dishes and silverware provided. Breakfast in the morning was splendous. There was so many choices. No continental breakfast here. The only complaint […] is that we felt the beds were not very comfortable. But everything else was great. Highly recommended. Mehr

I was visiting a relative close to Yucca Valley, CA. I selected the hotel based on reviews I read. The whole experience was great, the room was very plush and up to date with wifi access, morning Continental Breakfast was as good as any restaurant, loved the shower, overall I would do it again in a heart beat.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Mostly everything worked (the lamp switches always required multiple tries before working). Staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was fine for this level of hotel.

Best value hotel for access to Joshua Tree Park. Although it was in the middle of a commercial district, I did not hear traffic noises. It was actually a good location to restock and gas up for exploration of the park.

Outstanding in every way. Thank you.
