Für den, der günstig in New York übernachten will um von dort aus den Tag unterwegs zu sein für das Sightseeing ist dieses Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber da hält man sich in der Regel eh nur zum schlafen auf. Und das Bett (Kingsize gebucht) war groß und bequem. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend. Zur U-Bahn […] kann man entweder laufen oder mit dem Hotel Shuttle fahren. Das fährt den ganzen Tag in regelmässigen Abständen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte man Abends mal nicht auswärts essen wollen lohnt es sich nach den Flyern zu fragen für die die Essen liefern und sich was ins Hotel zu bestellen. In der Umgebung direkt ums Hotel ist allerdings nicht wirklich was zu sehen, man muss also schon mit der U-Bahn unterwegs sein. Mehr

Das Hotel liegt im Industriegebiet von Queens mit der Subway ist man in 5 minuten am Times Square Abends ist es nicht ratsam auf der strasse zu laufen die Gegend ist ein bisschen unheimlich .

Location is very bad, there is absolutely no restaurants in the area. They have some snacks available for purchase in the lobby, but it is overpriced and hotel staff is standing right behind your back to make sure you are not stealing anything. Closest subway station is 20 min away and hotel shuttle only operates evry half an hour. Hotel has only 2 […] elevators for 12 story building and one of them was not working during our 3 day stay. Hotel breakfast area is small, dirty, and always crowded. Wallpaper in the room was peeling off, bath towels had holes, and bath tub was all dirty. Beware of the fact that if you are asking front desk to arrange for a cab, they will send you to the private van that doesn't have license to operate as a taxi and charges $37 to get from hotel to Manhattan (regular cab ride is only $16). Front desk never mentioned this charge and it was a big surprise at the end of a 5 minute ride. Mehr

There is no shutle to the airport just to the nearby train.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. We had requested an accessible room but there was none available when we checked in, We were told that hotel.com did not put in the accessible code with the reservation. One would be available the next morning and they could move us there. My husband did not want to move again after we have settled […] in so we told the hotel later that we will just stay where we are. My issue was the bathroom, but there were handle bars by the tub so it okay. We requested for a fridge and one vwas delivered right away. The room was nice and clean and had a good-size flat panel tv. The free breakfast was sufficient to start t he day. We could stay in the hotel again, however, our issue is its proximity to the subway and the industrial neighbourhood. There is shuttle service at the hotel every thirty minutes and the service was good. The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk to the subway, but for someone like me with joint problems, it is not good. The room is small. The shuttle bus only takes you to the nearby train and does not take or pickup at airports.

The room was too small. There was not enough space to sit on the chair. Everything else was fine..

The hotel was very clean. The staff were responsive and helpful! The shuttle service to the Subway stantion and local venus was great. It leaves the hotel every 30 min and picks you up on demand when you call for a ride. The staff suggested things to do and places to eat. It took us just under 10 min to get to the city from the hotel using the shuttle […] and train. The train stops at Grand Central and Time's Square which provides easy access to other parts of the City as well as the path to NJ. There is limited parking, but it is in a secured underground garage. Mehr

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the location is mostly industrial. They have a great shuttle service to the subway (10 min walk) until 11 pm. The service was good. Breakfast was meh. The bagels were less tasty. Coffee could have been stronger. Front desk service was great.

This is a like-new hotel in the middle of nowhere in Queens. Its in an industrial neighborhood 6 blocks from the subway. There is only one restaurant (Irish pub) within walking distance. The upside is the hotel is very new, good beds, quieter than some other hotels in the area and there is dinner avail and a free breakfast. The downside is that there […] is nothing else walkable in this area, the area is a bit shaky at night, breakfast is super crowded and marginal-- the quiche looked like a big hockey puck and the OJ tasted like water and they ran out of coffee-- but hey, It's free, also they have yogurt and cereal which were fine. The hotel is overpriced compared to others in LIC. If you like a new or newer hotel and don't mind being way off the beaten path, prob will be OK for you. Mehr

Very suitable and easy to get into the city. Clean, and very attendant customer service. I will definitely stay here again next time in NY.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, but a bit on the small side, the breakfast was welcomed, as there are no restaurants in the immediate area. The staff was very helpful and courteous and overall a pleasant stay.

Great service, and great room. Airport shuttle, as well as train shuttle. Only downside is...its brand new and there is nothing else in the immediate area for visitors. Right behind hotel is Silver Cup Studios, but im not sure if they do tours or not. Good food at an Irish Pub about 3 blocks away, but mostly an industrial neighbothood to walk there. […] (Although I did) Mehr

Good location if you are interested in going to the city or one of the baseball stadiums. parking can be tough if you get there late. hotel garage has about 10 spots and the rest of parking can be found in the surrounding streets. neighborhood is not too bad, don't let the graffiti fool you. the hotel, service and bfast are good for the price. no wireless […] internet though!! Complimentary breakfast was good with adequate choices. Wouldn't hesitate recommending it and would return.

Hotel de qualité . L'accueil est excellent , le personnel très agréable . La chambre spacieuse et très propre , le petit déjeuné à volonté est parfait . Et rent og fint hotell i et slitent område. Fine rom. Meget positivt med shuttelbuss mellom hotell og Metro nr 7 som tok oss rett inn til Times Square. Den mannlige delen av betjeningen kunne sikkert ha vært hyggeligere. Kvinnelig betjening var imøtekommende og serviceminded.
