The staff went above and beyond. The accomadations were wonderful. A little pricey, but competitive.

The Beds in the room were the very uncomfortable. They said the mattress was firm, but it was also thin. I had stayed a couple of years ago and they were fine. The local channels did not work in the room. I called and was told the satellite was out for the hotel and should be on shortly. It did not work the entire time of our stay.

The hotel is a WOW factor upon entry to the lobby! The rooms are a BIG disappointment in comparison to the Lobby and common hotel areas. The bed is the Quality of a CHEAP CHEAP hotel not at all comfortable. Upgraded to a jacuzzi room and given the wrong room had to call down to get correct room and move! Night desk clerk had no one to call upon or Did […] not when she was backed up on phone over 15 minutes to start check in. complimentary breakfast with upgraded room but did not partake of it. Mehr

Everything was great but the beds. They were not comfortable. The staff was terrific and the restaurant was nice. Get new beds and I'll come back every year!

I liked the hotel but I thought the rooms were very dark. I only had 2 table lamps in the room which were using the new low engery light bulbs. I was more depressed in the room because my stay there was to get rest and not the 'play". The carpet was not only dirty but sticky as well. Was offended by the envelope for money that the maids left in the […] room since I never requested her services. Hotels should pay employees a reasonable salary to avoid them asking the guest for more funds. Mehr

this is the hotel to stay at in Branson! The service, appearance, location, were excellent. The word "QUALITY" is appropriate as a description of this hotel

This hotel is located right on the strip and is very convenient to Jim Stafford Theater. We also walked about a block to the Titanic exhibition which was very good. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent. During the weekday, they cooked our breakfast to order, which was a nice touch. Beds were good but not super plush. The hot tub was out of order […] during our stay but the pool was nice and warm. The pool is only 4 foot deep so it works out well with children. I would stay in this hotel again! Mehr

Very nice hotel. Would stay again..... Too bad the hot tub and pool were closed for maintence.

Was very disappointed in the hotel overall. From the reviews, I thought it was going to be a lot nicer. You could tell the rooms were rennovated, but not very well. Holes in the walls in the bathroom, the beds were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was terrible!!! Would not stay again.

This hotel has it all! It is in a great location attached to a theater with A+ shows. It also has a bar, a nightclub and a great restaurant. The hotel is very clean and the personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I have stayed in many hotels in the Branson area, but this has to be one of the best in the area! Easy to get on Hiway 76 and to all the shows & other entertainment.

We had reservations to see "Six" and thought we were going to be close to the Hughes Brothers Theater. We were surprised to be able to walk through an ajoining restaurant to get to the theater without walking outside. Our only complaint about the stay was the hallway on the 4th floor was a little warm of course it was nearly 100 degrees outside. We […] thought the interior of the hotel was very inviting. First time guests and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet this hotel was despite its location on such a busy street. Hotel room, lounge, pool area, & lobby were very clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Here the staff was a bit disorganized, ran out of items, including juice glasses and food items. It was clear that […] they would prefer we order the breakfast buffet (not the free continental). We would return to this location if in the area again, but would skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere. Mehr

The hotel was conveinently located. Room was very nice. Resturant and lounge areas in hotel rank tops within strip area among others. Kids loved the indoor pool area, which was very large and clean. Overall great stay, wife was happy, everything good!

This hotel was much more than expected. First of all it was a beautiful place to stay. The room was very inviting upon entering. Everything was available at the hotel from a restaurant on site/ bar. The hotel was lovely, with lots of amenities. The jetted tub and bathrobes were wonderful. It was convenient to the shows, and a restaurant right next door provided a complete breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and polite.

The room was clean and comfortable but the ice machine was broken on our floor. The outlet mall listed is NOT Tanger - most of the shops were closed at this location. The restaurant does not have an entrance from the hotel and does not serve breakfast. Overall,not a bad choice, all things considered.
