The suite was large and comfortable. The bedding was perfect, too, and the large, clean bathroom a plus. In addition, we were given two free breakfast buffets that were fine, complimentary local newspapers in the morning, and 4 free drink coupons that we used that night for 4 glasses of cabernet! This is my second stay at the Oxford Suites. It's a great hotel with excellent amenities. It's right across the street from the Silverdale mall and overlooks the water. The rooms are really nice and well kept. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is very good. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Our company had an early morning business meeting for 50 plus people at 5:00 AM. Everything was set and ready to go when people started to arrive early around 4:45. This was a very child friendly hotel, there must have been about 60 kids there this weekend. The rooms were very big, very comfortable and lots of room to play. The pool was a little outdated with a bit of staining and crumbling cement, but there were plenty of towels and the temp was great. You can hear the traffic on the street, but luckily it died […] down really early. We were literally 20 mins from everything, Bainbridge, Poulsbo, Bremerton. Hotel was very welcoming, great location near many resturants, stores, etc. Did not know that it was a "pet friendly hotel". (did I miss that on the hotel description? I will check.) Rode the eleveator with a large Irish setter. Made me wonder if previuosly a dog had been in my room (allergy issues). Then, there was Pit Bull in the dining room during […] breakfast. We stay here every year when visiting Bremerton/Silverdale for our yearly tournament. It gets better and better every year. I love the free drinks in the evening and the great morning breakfasts!

I liked this hotel. It is set near the Kitsap mall so there are plenty of dining choices nearby if you don't like what is on premises. The hotel feels very modern and there was really nothing to complain about other than the pillows not being to my preference. The complementary breakfast had more heated choices than most. I loved it. I stayed here once before and was as satisfied with their service. this is an excellent hotel especially for the price. the price is unbeatable for the quality of the hotel. two free drinks every evening and free breakfast. And another plus....they have a wet and dry sauna, a fitness room, a pool and hot tub!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Oxford Suites very much - it was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in - the breakfast was more than we anticipated. We ladies (grandma, two daughters & two granddaughters) had a marvelous time. I hope we can stay there again some time.

We booked this hotel to see a show at the CSTOCK Theater. I was very handy - a one block walk. We dined at the restaurant that evening and very very pleased with our meal... much more than I expected from a small restaurant in a hotel. The breakfast the next morning was also a full hot meal spread not just juice cereal and rolls. The location was perfect for shopping & dining. Parking was a problem, probably because of Holiday events at hotel. All in all not bad. Comp. breakfast is always good, plus the 2 free dinner drinks.

Loved the hotel. Stayed two nights. Surprised that the rooms were as lovely as any high-end hotel in Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue. Did not like the refilled liquid soap that smelled like Goof-Off or orange industrial cleaner. Will bring my own soap next time.

We tried calling the hotel several times directly and never got an answer, so we booked through expedia. The king suite isn't what I'm used to getting in a "suite". It was just a room. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel is beautiful. We'd definitely stay again.

I would probably give it a 3.5 The front desk staffer was unpleasant on the weekdays. There was a different girl on Friday who was very pleasant. Food was good and free drinks nice, breakfast buffet ok too. Good location next to many other restaurants, a hair salon next door. Overall good experience.

Both me and my kids enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning unit in my room was making a loud noise everytime the compressor turned on. This was interrupting my sleep at nights. I did tell the front desk about this although I am not sure what happened to it. The staff can be a little warmer in their interactions with the guests.

Extremely clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very profficient and there were no complications with check-in. The complimentary breakfast was really nice, diverse, something for everyone. Overall, a very nice hotel. However a few minor observations - 1) It has only one elevator for use of the guests, staff, and housekeeping service. Expect to wait for the elevator if the hotel is crowded. 2)There is limited parking 3) Just an opinion - Their house soaps, shampoos, etc, were the foulest smelling toiletries I've ever found.

Beware of the Lower level water view rooms unless you especially need to have direct access to the outside. The rooms are about 15 feet from a road and sidewalk, so you cannot open the blinds fully if you want any sort of privacy which makes the room very dark and cavelike and negates the view. They are also across the hall from the conference rooms […] and on the hallway with the pool. We ended up moving to a city view room on a higher floor because there were no other water view rooms available and we liked it much better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool, spa, sauna, steam room and workout room are all very nice. The lobby is very attractive and the breakfast was excellent. The bistro area where you eat is attractive has a nice view of the water. The evening snacks were a little strange (plain green salad and vegetable soup), but it is nice to have free wine and beer offered. Overall it is a very nice hotel, but I would definitely request an upper floor next time. Mehr

When I booked our room, it was for 2 adults and 2 children. The room recommended to me was for their King Suite Extended Stay room. Wonderfully appointed, beautiful view, but the couch was not a sleeper sofa. And they didn't have roll-aways. They brought up pillows and blankets for my children to sleep on, but I don't know why that room was recommended […] for 4 people, since they didn't have the sleeper sofa. Mehr

We stayed in the King bay view room. Very nice and comfortable! The bed seemed very comfortable at first, but after a few hours sleep my back was aching. This was due to the fact that the mattress was firm and my bed at home is a softer pillowtop. The view was ok, but since we didn't spend much time in the room, we would have been fine without it. The […] breakfast buffet had a nice variety including fresh fruit, yogurt and granola. The pancakes were not very good, but the eggs and sausage were not bad. The pool area was nice, although the pool is not very large so it wouldn't accomodate very many people. The hotel is right off the freeway in Silverdale, and close to many restaurants and shops! The front desk staff was polite and helpful. We didn't take advantage of the free drinks, so I can't give any feedback on that. Overall a nice hotel! Mehr

However, expect poor customer service if requesting a late check out. We were asked to call back to the front desk no less than 5 times for a simple answer (then allowed 1 hour later). Hotel staff were very friendly and and upbeat and took extra efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of food and drinks. Nice view of the waterfront as well.
