We stayed here once before, over Xmas and new year's 2010-2011, with fond memories and were sadly disappointed to find the quality of this place has slipped somewhat... We had to call reception multiple times for room service dining to be taken away, including clearing away the in-villa breakfast service. When you call them to collect at 9am, and are […] told "yes, right away", you shouldn't be calling again at 5pm the same day for the same reason! That's an 8 hour delay! This goes for housekeeping as well. A quality hotel strives to make-up the room during midmorning/midday, while the guests are usually out. Not leave it all day until the guests come back and have to ring reception to arrange for the room to be made! The internet was down more often than not. We had IT staff in to fix the broken keyboard in our room too! The shower drain was blocked. When I reported this to the manager, they sent over a guy with a plunger to have a go at clearing it. The problem persisted the next time the shower was used. I gave them a tip: use Drano crystals to evaporate all the hair down the pipes likely to be causing the blockage. Their "plumber" didn't understand. The in-villa private plunge pool was murky. We asked to have it cleaned, but the pool guy thought that meant just clear out the leaves. The shank on the gate locks didn't meet, so the gate couldn't be locked with certainty. The staff even had to fix a floorboard with a hole in it while we were there! The list goes on... Mehr

This hotel and its staff are superb. It was an amazing romantic getaway for me and my fiancé and i could see it being good for families, too. Everything was taken care of for us and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. but still feels secluded. The only negative […] was the generators were overloaded our first night and the air conditioning went off at 3am. Not a nice way to wake up. No problems after that though. Swimming pool is a big joke. It was very dirty and THE WATER WAS GREEN. If you dip your hand for one minute, it will change color. I had reported but they say we can not do anything !!!! It is not worth it. It is private stay up to 80% as still it is opening from the back to surrounding buildings. Found the Villa to be very dated, it was also not cleaned properly when we arrived.We had a faulty security box.And they forgot to book our airport transfer which we had organized a few days prior to leaving. Definitely only three star.

I Liked my Stay here but was a little disappointed with the condition of the room, also the mini bar was complimentary as per the instruction but the staff did try to charge us for everything we had eaten. This hotel was the perfect getaway. Except for the mosquitoes, the room was really comfortable. The hotel provided us with a mosquito repellant plugin. The bed was not hard like I read in some of the reviews. The in-villa breakfast option was super convenient, but I wouldn't book t in advance. There aren't a lot of choices for the American breakfast. […] I ended up eating the Korean breakfast because it was heartier ANSI felt like I was getting my money's worth. The staff was really friendly. They picked us up from the airport for about 1200baht. I think this is much more expensive than just taking a taxi, but a lot less hassle. The car was very new, clean, and comfortable. We were provided with refreshments. They came to turn down the bed every evening, but that was unnecessary for us. It was very private and peaceful although it was peaceful. Separate towels were provided to take to the beach. Kata beach is amazingly beautiful and not too crowded. The pool villa is sufficient. I would not recommend the grand pool villa unless you are traveling with more than two people. While its a tad bit bigger, the layout os quite strange in comparison. Even during peak season, we felt like we were the only guests. It was great. Mehr

Staying at Malisa Villa's was lovely. There aren't many hotel's around where you have a chef come to your villa every morning and personally cook your breakfast. The FREE mini bar was also a huge suprise, can't say I have ever stayed anywhere that had a free mini bar. Also, FREE wifi was great. It was conveniently located in Kata, very close to the […] beach and shopping, but still only a 20min tuk tuk ride to Patong, if you want to get right into the hustle and bustle of things. It was very quiet in the hotel and the waterfall and private pool were divine. If there were any negatives, it would be that the villa's are showing their age slightly and need a tiny bit of maintinence. Some cracks in the walls and faded wood, but nothing that would stop you enjoying your stay at these top notch villa's. Also a slight language barrier, but we got there in the end, with very minimal confusion. We would most definitely stay at Malisa Villa's again!!!!! Mehr

The villa is by far one of the best places that I've stayed in Phuket. It's clean, serene and most importantly, the easy access to restaurants and spas nearby. I would recommend the villa for those who want to get away from the busy and noisy Patong area. The villa is suitable for a quiet and relaxing getaway. There is no way to describe Malisa Villas other than a paradise. The private villas are beautifully presented and the plunge pools are the prefect way to cool down after a day on the beach, shopping or touring around Phuket. The perfect place to stay for a honeymoon or couples getaway.

Malisa is a relatively small boutique hotel with about 40 villa suites each with their own plunge pool, outdoor sitting area and outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as large bedroom and huge bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. It was relatively quiet during the day the only problem being a pool in the resort property next door to malisa […] and behind our villa which got a bit noisy with kids one day. Very quiet at night. The nice touch is they come and cook your breakfast when you want it in your own outdoor kitchen and you sit outside eating it, which at this time of the year is really great. They come back an hour later and take away all the breakfast stuff and wash the dishes and put everything away. You can also get dinner done the same way, but we did not do that. The only problem we had was the wifi barely worked and kept dropping out. The tech came to fix it but 10 minutes after he left and it was back to its pathetic normal again. We had dinner in their restaurant one night and while the food was excellent and reasonably priced, the service was very slow and there were only 2 occupied tables in the restaurant. Its a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 to the main street with hundreds of restuarants and bars to choose from. Happy to go back- very enjoyable and relaxing 3 days. Mehr

There were very few things to complain about at the Malisa. Lovely, lovely, lovely! Privacy with the benefits of a hotel chain. Really enjoyed it. We travel often, and always stay in villas with private pool. The Malisa Villas was up in our top 3.

Really enjoyed malisa suites. The suites are wonderful and completely "away" from the real world. Really nice "plunge" pool and sitting area. Bathroom is excellent with rainwater style shower. Beds are hard but we found that was standard for Thailand in general. If you order breakfast to be delivered, the kitchen staff come and cook it in front of you!! […] Excellent. Location is excellent. 100m walk to many shops and restaurants and another 300m to the beach. I cannot compliment the staff enough. We had to make a trip to the hospital and as soon as i mentioned the word hospital a cab was there in 60 seconds and the staff took care of our ongoing accommodation arrangements. プーケットに2週間滞在の中、グランドヴィラへ5泊お世話になりました。カタビーチでは珍しい快適、ラグジュアリーなプールヴィラです。日本人の宿泊はかなり少ないみたいで穴場ではと思います。日本語が全く通じず、ツアーには載らないですが、英語が多少話せる方ならお勧めです。ホスピタリティからお部屋までブランドホテルのプールヴィラ同等で申し分無く快適でした。是非次回も候補にしたいヴィラです。

这个带泳池的别墅酒店就在kata beach的边上，不靠海，但走过去不到5分钟。每个别墅里都有一个小泳池，很适合带小孩子的家庭。kata beach本身也非常适合带宝宝的家庭，海很好，特别是沙滩很干净，也没有什么贝壳，不扎脚。酒店的服务也还不错，只是有点不爽，我们一共住了4天，最后一天因为飞机时间的原因想多付半天房费延到6点退房，就这半天房费的价钱，我们前后问了3次，三个大堂经理说了三个价钱，最后一个说的价钱已经是一天房费的三分之二了，她还非说肯定是我听错了，幸好前一天的负责人说的时候我让她把价钱写下来了。真是不靠谱。所以大家在有关价钱问题的时候一定要他们写下来！！

2012年12月に泊まりました。チェックイン時間より少し早めに到着しましたが、歓迎の手づくりの花腕輪をいただき、ウェルカムドリンクをゆっくり飲みながらチェックイン。 部屋には専用キッチン、デイベッド、小さなプールが半屋外についていて少し変わってます。プールには滝とジャグジーがついています。冷蔵庫にはビールを始めコーラやアイスクリーム、お菓子などが入っており、これらは滞在中に全て無料で飲食出来ました。（翌日にちゃんと補充されます）水も毎日必ずペットボトルで人数分補充されていたので、お湯を沸かしたりする時に使えて非常に便利です。驚いたことにウェルカムケーキまであったので、初日に美味しくいただきました。 朝食は部屋とレストランを選べますが、私は断然部屋がお奨め。アメリカンブレックファーストのオムレツを頼んだら、持ってきてくれた際、部屋のキッチンでオムレツを作ってくれてアツアツを出してくれました。室内にあるテレビはインターネットテレビになっていてマックとマウス、キーボードが設置されており、そのテレビをモニタにしてネットが出来ます。また、Wi-Fiが飛んでいるので持参したネットブックやネクサス7で部屋で同時にネットも可能でした。 […] シャワーは固定と稼動と両方ついているので、使い分けが可能。また、シャワーブースとは別にジャグジーバスがついているので、毎日お風呂にゆったり浸かれました。バスタオルもビーチ用とバス用でいつも2つは置いてくれてあるので、とても重宝しました。 トイレはスタンダードなタイ式の稼動シャワー付トイレでした。トイレットペーパーを日本人は間違って流しやすいので注意しましょう。 部屋付けで虫除けベープ的な物が2つ備え付けてありましたので、それらを毎日使用していました。室内はこれで問題なかったですが、半屋外の方は流石に蚊が多いので我々は蚊取り線香を日本から持参して、それを毎日居る間は炊いてました。特にデイベッドの辺りにたくさん潜んでますので、使う前に蚊取り線香を炊きつつ、布団を払って煙で撃退してから使用していました。プールについているジャグジーはスイッチオンするとかなり勢いが強いので、ずーっと歩いたり泳いだりしていられます。深さは125cmあるので、お子様連れは注意。でもジャグジーのお陰でずーっと浮き輪やボールで遊べるので、思っていたよりかは楽しめました。また、ビーチから帰ったきた際にお風呂に入る前にまずはドボンと浸かって遊びがてら塩が落とせるという利点も(^^)水温は海水温よりも少し低めなので、火照った体には気持ちよかったです。 ビーチへは大体徒歩5～10分程度で行けますし、ホテル前の小道にたくさんマッサージやレストランがあり、食べたり飲んだりするには事欠きません。一日中遊んで帰ってきたら、ちゃんとターンダウンされていたのも嬉しかったです。（部屋のエアコンがONにしてあり、ベッドサイドに水を置いてくれてました）スタッフの笑顔と対応がとても素晴らしい素敵なヴィラでした。 Mehr

オープンなリビング・ダイニング、寝室、バスルーム、プール、すべてが広々としています。豪華さはありませんが落ち着いた内装や家具でゆっくりと寛ぐことができました。庭木の手入れも行き届き、スタッフの対応もよく、気持ちの良い宿泊ができました。 ピピ島泊の前後にプールヴィラ１泊、グランドプールヴィラ２泊、わずかな差額を考えると断然グランドプールヴィラがお勧めです。ヴィラ内でセットメニューのディナーを取りましたが、冷蔵庫内のフリードリンクの他にハウスワインやビールのサービスがあり２人で１６００バーツほど。おいしいうえに安いです。ベットのマットが硬いとの書き込みがありましたが私たちには丁度良く快適でした。 蚊対策は万全にして持参しましたので大丈夫でした。 カタの繁華街に近く買い物、食事に便利。でも路地を […] 入った所に立地する敷地内はとても静かです。ただ難点は隣りの声が聞こえることです。室内にいればまったく問題ありませんが、オープンスペースに居る時、隣りもプールやリビングに居ると声が聞こえてきます。プールではしゃぐお子様連れの隣りの声が煩わしく感じました。２人で静かに過ごしたいなら家族連れの近くにならないようリクエストするのが良いかと思いました。 Mehr
