Although the hotel was fully booked, there was hardly any noise from other guests. Room was great, clean and comfortable. However, airco is quite noisy and windows do not open. My buddies and I stayed here and it was the best! Front desk staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful, especially Cynthia. The hotel is easy to find, close to freeways and the airport, but without any disturbing noise. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. I washed our clothes while there and was very happy to find the washers […] and dryers were free! The breakfast was very good, especially the texas shaped waffles. We will definitely stay here again. The agents athe front desk were very nice & courteous. They alway greeted back when we came back in the evening. There was no cleaning service during the weekend stay but they were right there with clean towels upon our request. We would definately stay here again. Thank you for making our weekend special.

Absolutely great hotel, very nice furnishings and the double room suite was very spacious and accommodating. We came for the weekend and partied on 6th street and was decently convenient as far as driving goes, would probably get something closer next time. Other than that, the hotel was great and very reasonably priced.

I loved the hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful. I was in a rented car with no guidance system, and got lost looking for the hotel. The night manager gave me directions and stayed on the phone with me until he was sure I was on the right path.

Overall my stay was nice. It would have been nice to have been closer to restaurants and shopping. The location is back in a corporate park which is nice and quiet, at least on the weekends. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Though in the middle of nowhere, Austin's not a big city, so it was a quick drive anywhere we were going. Considering we went the same weekend as Austin City Limits, we were quite satisfied with the availability and rates for this hotel compared to the downtown options. The hotel and property is very nice, the rooms were clean and the pool was great. The Air Conditioner in our room was not working correctly, we asked for a new room and were told that it was too late and there were no rooms available. We slept in the 80 degree room, and the next morning were told that an AC tech was comming to look at it. 6 hours later, […] we were told that we were switching rooms instead, so we repacked and moved to a new room. This new room had the same issue and the room would not get cooler than 82 degrees during the daytime. We called again and were told that there was nothing that they can do to help. We had a 2 bedroom suite and 3 children with us, the room was miserable and it was too hot outside to open our windows. The service at this place was not great and the staff didnt care. Thumbs down. The room was very comfortable,roomy, and nicely laid out; the kitchen more than adequate and very useful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didn't interact with the staff much but when we did they were responsive. The shuttle to the airport was arranged when we needed it. I'd say we got our money's worth.

The entire motel was well kept and clean and in a good safe location close to the capital. The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and the weekday happy hour buffet in the evenings. My children enjoyed the swimming pool and the basketball court during the day and evening hours too. For way less than the downtown hotels, this place is a great deal. I would say the difference between a one bedroom and studio suite is really just a wall so go for the studio.

I enjoyed my stay. The building is relatively new and in great condition. Nice decor. The hot breakfast buffet that is included is very nice. They had eggs and bacon, fruits, breads and bagels and a toaster for toasting. The best was their "make your own waffle". where they had a big waffle iron and batter waiting to be poured in. And of course they […] also had all the fixings for however you'd like to dress your waffle. They had several different types of coffees and teas, but no cappuccino machine. However, there is a Starbucks really close by if you need it. The rooms were very well appointed with bed, sofa, coffee table, desk and mini kitchen. They even had a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn waiting for me in the kitchen. The free internet is high speed, but was running a little slow with loading up pages, I suspect because lots of people were using it. The staff were very courteous. The location is an area that is transitioning and there are several new hotels but it not walking distance to much. It is not in downtown, but a 7 minute drive down Riverside will bring you right in to South Congress and all the action and food of downtown, Zilker Park and SoCo. This hotel is located near the airport but not on top of it. Occasionally you can hear the bigger planes taking off but it is not disruptive. All in All, this is a nice place to stay and I would recommend it. Mehr

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Downtown Austin. It was a perfect location just outside of the city for a more affordable price. Simple, great, clean and safe place to stay. If you want to be in the hustle of downtown Austin this might not be the place for you. It was at most a 10 minute drive to downtown so we were able to enjoy the sights as well. The rooms are spacious and adequate for staying several days. I would recommend it it for the weary business man.

Free wi-fi was nice and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Only about 10 minutes away from downtown and we didn't hear any planes being close to the airport. Overall, great room for the price!

The staff was friendly and curteous. We did have a few issues with the rooms. The first room we were given had an air conditioning problem and never cooled down after waiting 2 hours. It was 108 degrees that day and we were on the top floor... so it was quite uncomfortable. We called the front desk, no one answered so we left a message which was not […] returned. Finally we went down and spoke to someone at the front desk and we were relocated. The next room had a functional air conditioner and we were able to get ready to get where we needed to be. Although now we were running late. We didn't realize until we returned late that evening that one of the showers did not have a shower head attached and one of the television remote controls was absent. These did not seem like big problems after the air conditioning fiasco so we just made do and spoke to the front desk the next morning. I would stay at this hotel again... however, I'd make sure to do a thorough inspection upon arrival to make sure everything is as it should be. Mehr

Gordon at the front desk far exceeded any reasonable measure of hospitality by accommodating our needs without us even having to ask. The first night I stayed here there was a Bat in my room and it scared me to death, and when they moved me into another room they moved me to a room HALF the size (SMALLER). PLUS they didn't have room service and the surrounding neighborhood was ugly too. I would NOT stay here again!

Conveniently located by the airport but not so close that you hear the planes flying over. Conveniently located by I-35. The staff is very kind. I love the snack option at nights. You can easily turn it into a dinner. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. This is one of the best hotels in Austin.
