We really enjoyed our stay. Our party consisted of myself, my friend and my daughter. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed. It was plenty big enough for us. The room was very nice looking, as was the outside and rest of the interior of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice. Being located at the mall was a nice perk. Parking was good, lighting […] in the lot was good, and there seemed to constantly be mall security driving around. We stayed because we were attending a concert downtown at Huntington Center. It took us only 18 minutes to arrive at the parking area. The drive was very simple. My only complaint is the bed. It was a little hard for my taste, and the mattress pad kept coming up and tangling with the sheet until I finally gave up on it. Slightly frustrating! But overall the stay was great and would definitely stay again!! Mehr

Our stay was good and the place is very clean and the staff is nice. Only issues I had were the pool was broken and that why we chose the hotel was to swim. Jacuzzi was way too hot. The breakfast wasn't as good as expected. But overall a nice place to stay.

Overally wonderful. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and good location. Please take a look at sheeting on king beds. The mattress cover bunches up, interfering with a good night's sleep. Perhaps a better contour sheet or larger mattress cover would enhance the comfort of the bed.

Very friendly staff, extremely clean and well maintained. A little hard to find behind a very nice new outdoor shopping mall but worth looking for! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, the pool was a very nice warm temperature and the jacuzzi was hot like it should be. You must replace the mattress pads. They bunch up & wrinkle badly causing lumps under the sheet & the bottom sheet to come off. This was very aggravating.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything and everyone was hreat. I was nervous about booking a hotel with only 2 stars but was convinced after reading the other positive reviews. The Hotels customer service was exceptional! There was a problem with our room and they did as much as they could to make it right. The hotel was clean and the staff was very freindly and eager to please their guest.

Overall a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. The only downside was a mattress pad that did not stay put and was endlessly wrinkled and uncomfortable.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The only problem I had was with my gps. I wish I would have had actual coordinates of staybridge at Maumee. The breakfast was exceptionally good both mornings I was there. I will be staying here again for sure.

We were there for a mini-family reunion. We were there for 2 nights. The first night the room location was noisy b/c our window was right above the front entrance door. In the morning I asked to switch to another room. They accommodated my request without hesitation and were very friendly. It should be noted if this isn't obvious already that this is an "extended stay" hotel. I didn't notice this when I booked it on a business trip recently. It means a few nice things: - a very spacious room with a full kitchen - quiet for sleeping (mostly families on site, no late night party rowdies) There are also some drawbacks: - noisy until bedtime […] with kids running down the halls, playing games, yelling etc. - no place to sit at breakfast, it's way too busy, especially if you have breakfast later in the morning The hotel itself was quite good. Clean rooms and fairly friendly staff. Good location with easy access. The only gripe I had about the room itself was the noisy HVAC. It's one of those standard white things that hang below the window and it's not really the hotel's fault - they all sound like that in every hotel I've been in that's had them. The breakfast was marginal. Chalky scrambled eggs, best avoided. Paper-thin, greasy, tough microwaved bacon. Horrid-looking corned beef hash (for breakfast!?) I stuck with toast. This is not the first time I have stayed with Staybridge but the first time in Ohio. I think they charge too much for a 2 star hotel. The cable channels didn't come in very well at all on none of the 3 tvs. There was no parking in front of the hotel, rather than parking in the mall parking and walking about 50-75 feet, don't do you any good if your […] disabled. There were bricks missing from the wall on the back of the hotel. The back door to the hotel slammed so hard that i cold hear it on the 3rd floor. But i thoght the rooms were big. The location was good, right across from a mall and about 10 minutes from the town and places to eat. Most importantly the pool didn't have to much clorine in it, the FIRST hotel ever that we have stayed in in the last 30 yrs. Mehr

I was shocked... don't let the number of stars hotels.com rates The Staybridge Suites sway you from staying anywhere else. The service and the room were great while the free breakfast was amazing. Love how the mall security cruised the parking lot all night as well. Felt safe and comfortable.

My husband and I were travellng with our 14yr.old grandson.The suite provided us both privacy.My grandson loved the sofa bed and his own tv and refrig. This is the first stay at this hotel chain..I would seek them out in the future on our road trips.

The Customer Service was superb! The breakfast buffet was more than I expected. A variety of food to choose from and prepared fresh. The Suite was spacious, beds were neat, and kitchen had everything we needed. Relax to the max! The location of the hotel made it even more pleasurable.

This was the second time we stayed at the Staybridge Suites. Both times were for several days and the staff was great, the room was perfect! The free breakfasts have enough variety to satisfy everyone. A few nights a week there is also some kind of happy hour but we never made it to one of those; I imagine they are great as well. The lobby is very nice […] with a cozy fireplace. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, an indoor pool/spa, computer room and library. I would (and have) recommended this hotel! It's great to have a fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and stove top in the suite, too. The hotel is not far from the interstate, is between Waterville and Maumee, and is tucked away behind a shopping mall which has many shops and restaurants. 1-bedroom suite had a separate room with a kitchenette. Great for traveling with children who go to bed early. Hotel is across the parking lot from nice open-air mall with restaurants, shops. Breakfast had a lot of selection, make-your-own waffles, etc.

Would definately stay at this hotel again. Clean: The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff from every department was curtious. The free hot breakfast included waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, ... Great hotel! Offered a wonderful breakfast and the employees that worked the breakfast area were very helpful. Room were clean and comfy. Pool was wonderful-water was warm. Pool had some maintanence issues but I spoke to front desk about them and hopefully they will be taken care of.
