Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was better than average. The best compliment I can give, however, is to the front desk clerk named Greg. I travel to DFW on business fairly regularly, and I usually end up staying at Comfort Suites Plano. I've stayed at newer/higher priced/fancier hotels in the area, but I've decided to not experiment any more and I plan on regularly staying here from now on. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome and comfortable when I check […] in and and have any dealings with the staff. The rooms are comfortable and include a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. I find this to be much more comfortable than conventional budget hotel rooms that consist of little more than beds and a restroom. "Planning to stay again in the fall"
We decided to have a girls weekend of shopping. We had a 2 queen-bed room. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had a couch with a small sitting area and the bathroom vanity was like a table with a granite counter top. Plenty of towels, etc. AC worked great, a plus in Texas. Hotel located just off the George Bush Toll road and not far from […] I-75 so good access to highways. Good central location with easy access to shopping at Allen Tx, Frisco Tx, Plano and Grapevine, etc...can get around from the hotel without hitting the highways. Breakfast area was nice and kept clean by a very pleasant staff member, not gourmet but did have a hot meat and hot eggs daily in addition to an assortment of fruit, cereal and muffins/breads and had three types of coffee; I really appreciated the bold coffee. Jordan checked us in and out and he was very friendly, pleasant and helpful; gave good recommendations of were to eat and how to get around. I wish all front desk people were like him. My only complaints were 1) I did notice minor repair work that needed to be done in the bathroom, 2) I am 5'1" and the bathroom counter was high for me so if you are short or have children just be prepared to end up with some water in the floor and 3) it is located in a somewhat industrial area with another hotel. Nothing major though; we are planning another trip in the fall and will stay here again. Next time we will bring our swimsuits so we can soak in the spa after shopping all day. This hotel had everything right...except the air conditioner! The bed was right next to the AC unit and one of us (me!) had an iced bottom, despite using covers. And the noise was too much.
