Das Hotel war ausgesprochen erfreulich. Beeinträchtigt wurde der Besuch zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur durch einen großen Umbau (Renovierung), der das gesamte Erdgeschoss zur Baustelle machte. Nachdem aber im Vorfeld deutlich darauf hingewiesen wurde und der Preis entsprechend angepasst, war dies kein wirkliches Problem.

Gutes Hotel mit idealer Lage zum Flughafen.

"Always our favorite"
We always try to get a room at Crystal Inn in West Valley City, Utah. Love the Breakfast, the location, and the rooms having a microwave and fridg.

Had a family get away and the place was great. We had the pool to ourselves and the breakfast was pretty good. Our kids were able to be kids and no one seemed to mind. I would stay here again.

"great place great prize"
Wow what a great find. close to downtown SLC and many restaurants and entertainment around. We like it and will be back. we trave there every two months to see grandson and have done so for two years, this is the most reasonable and best location we have found.

First off, GREAT hotel! The staff were nice, the hotel was very clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean as well, and that's something I always look for because some bathtubs in other hotels aren't always the cleanest. This hotel, however, has a high standard of cleanliness! The fridge and microwave were a great bonus, and the bed linens […] were super comfortable. The TV was large and had good channels, and the free wifi was really convenient. The breakfast was really good, and I love how they had it a bit later on the weekend (7-10am, vs the usual 6-9am). Also the little convenience store by the front desk was nice. The location is awesome, there are really good restaurants right next to the hotel. The only complaint I have isn't with the hotel or its staff at all, it was with the other guests. We got a second floor room (there are three floors in all) and the family staying above us was up and stomping around, jumping on the beds and making a ton of noise until all hours of the morning. We called the front desk and after they went up and talked to the room above us (we actually heard a staff member up there asking them to quiet down) the noise improved. My suggestion would be to request a third floor room if you can. Other than that, it was an excellent stay and I will definitely be rebooking when I need to stay in the area again. i have gone here for the past few years every time i ski in salt lake. breakfast is better than good. not exactly 5 star, but very decent. different choices every day. the pool and hot tub are well maintained. i almost don't want to recommend this place so the price doesn't go up, but to travelers looking to ski around salt lake, this is a great inexpensive […] and very comfortable place to stay. the fridge in the room is key, too. "Crystal Inn in Utah"
I was impressed with this Hotel. The size of the room, and sitting area in the room was very comfortable. The rate also included a "real" breakfast, not just a banana and cereal. It was hot, very tasty. The room was very clean, and the front desk was helpful.

I love the place. It's in a great location with one of the country's best restaurants, the Cracker Barrel, across the street. Great value for the money. The complimentary breakfast is also great. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are larger than most, clean and nicely furnished. This is THE place to stay in Salt Lake City.....

WHEN WE FIRST CAME TO THE ROOM IT APPEARED TO BE CLEAN. HOWEVER IT WAS A QUICK CLEAN WHEN IT NEEDED A DEEP CLEAN. THERE WAS A STICKY SUBSTANCE , POP ETC., ON THE BATHROOM DOOR. UPON FURTHER EVALUATION A CHICKEN NUGGET WAS FOUND UNDER THE EDGE OF THE BED AND DIRTY SOCKS UNDER THE COUCH. THE REST OF THE HOTEL SEEMED TO BE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. "The Hotel at West Valley City (near S.L.C., UT)"
This is by far the very best hotel suit for the money. A very solid 4 star hotel for a 3 star price. (And the price includes a full breakfast, and wifi internet connection). I will always stay at a Crystal Inn in the future whenever possible. Only complaint I have is the lack of room service......perhaps you could arrange for delivery of lunch and dinner […] and snacks from many of the surrounding restaurants ??? Mehr

How nice it was to arrive early for our event at the Maverick Center, relax in our spacious, clean room at the Crystal Inn til time for dinner at one of the many near-by restaurants then walk over to the center in plenty of time to sit and people watch til the show started. Older but very well kept hotel. We spent 2 nights ejoyed the wonderful hot breakfast eggs,potatoes fruit very nice variety. The area close to many eating spots and shopping mall. Attended the Pac 12 football game U of W vs Utah.

Spent three nights at the Crystal Inn and was surprisingly pleased. Had never stayed at a Crystal Inn before, but based on this experience I would definitely do it again. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. There was a different hot breakfast each morning and each one was very good. The room was large and the double sinks are definitely a […] plus. The only thing we could find to complain about were a couple of housekeeping issues. Once we found that new packs of coffee had not been left and one morning we discovered that housekeeping had failed to replenish our bath towels. I've been staying at the hotel off and on, several times per year, since 2001 and have never been disappointed. The location is ideal, near a great shopping center and mall with several restaurants and excellent freeway access. The airport is 10 minutes from the hotel as is downtown SLC. "Great Stay"
My hubby and I needed a room for the night since we were coming from another state to see Def Leppard in concert at the USANA Amphitheatre and we could not have stayed at a better hotel. Easy access to the freeway. The hotel staff was wonderful..very very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly Recommend.

We stayed at the Crystal Inn in West Valley and also at the downtown location the week before. Everything was great at both locations, especially the breakfast with all the hot items. One day we had a ham and cheese fritatta that was delicious and they had a different type of fried potatoes each day. The rooms were very quiet and the West Valley location […] has the nice separate TV alcove with a divider from the bed area. We had a great stay at both locations and I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal to anyone. Mehr
