Staff was helpful. We switched rooms right off the bat when we arrived. The room they moved us to was great. Clean hotel. Business center actually had a computer and printer that worked! Workout facility was average.

We stayed only 1 night but would be especially good for extended stay as there is a kitchenette. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Candlewood was a great hotel for my husband and me while visiting our family. The staff was unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful over a five night stay. For most people I would recommend the hotel without reservation. However, I suffered from an violent allergic reaction to whatever washing detergent they use on the bedding. The front staff was friendly, the room was cozy and the bed was soft. It was nice to have a kitchenette in the room and the bathroom was nice and big. Thanks for a great nights sleep!

I just got the standard lowest price room, little did I know it had a full kitchen with marble countertops, nice wood, and carpet floors. I felt like I was in a swanky hotel without the high price tag.. Will deff be staying there again if I am back in that area!!!

My mother and I were staying here to attend the high school graduations of my two nieces in Madison, WI. The hotel was around a mile away from my brother in Madison, and close enough to my other brother in Oregon, WI. I especially appreciated the access to a computer and printer (free printing!), as I did not have a computer with me on this trip. Another real plus was the hotel's policy of turning in towels for clean ones when necessary. I have always tried to keep the towels over several days, with hotels still replacing them in spite of a sign saying they will not. It is commendable that the hotel has figured out a way for people who need new towels to get them without just taking them. The neighborhood also has one of Madison's best restaurants, The Great Dane, within a block's walk. There is also a grocery store and other shops. We were also pleased that the Candlewood Suites had windows that could open, so that we could have fresh air in the room. The room and hotel amenities, including indoor pool, exercise room, kitchen, computer access, friendly staff, small convenience shop, ironing equipment, and clean rooms ensured that we would seek out other Candlewood Suites when we travel in the future. Excellent stay -- plenty of room; comfortable beds/pillows. Room was very clean. Neighborhood safe for a late-night walk -- pub, restaurants & Walgreens an easy walk away. Would definitely stay agan.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. There was ample space, even with a cot added, to move around very comfortably. Kitchen amenities in the room were great. I recommend the first floor, if there is no conference going on, as the high cellings gives the allure of a great room.

The room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and the kitchenette was well stocked with items necessary for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We would definetly stay again.
