Als ich morgens zum Flughafen wollte, wurde extra für mich beim Shuttletransfer angerufen und innerhalb von 1 Minute war auch schon das Shuttle da. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Es gibt wirklich nichts was ich bemängelt könnte. Die Lage des Hotels könnte für einen Reisenden nicht besser sein, denn es liegt unmittelbar in Flughafen Nähe und direkt bei den Autovermietungen.

Nice enough room, friendly gal at the front desk, but really a no-frills experience. No coffee in the lobby, 2 sets of doors to enter the lobby and neither set automatic. It was an ok hotel. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The furniture was outdated and stained. The bedspreads where also stained. "Not a place I would stay at again."
I was totally unimpressed with this hotel. They only provide cleaning service once a week and guests are expected to replenish their own towels. Bed was uncomfortable room temperature was marginally controlled by their systems. Also, original room air conditioning was not working they wanted to put me in a room that was less than what I had paid for. […] I would not give this hotel more than one star. "Good Property but front desk needs more help"
Overall my stay was good. I particularly like Candlewood properties. My biggest complaint is that they don't have enough help on the premises in the evening hours. The person at the front desk works really hard, but the work load is too heavy for one person. In addition to that is the safety measure. She should not be working the front desk alone with […] the economic climate we have the increase in crime. My concern for her was that of a mother with a daughter her age. "Great hotel for the price"
This hotel was more than I expected. There was free popcorn, punch, and cookies in the lobby when we checked in. There are free DVD rentals at the front desk as well. We had a group of 10 needing lodging because we were booked at another hotel who could not accomodate our double bed request. Candlewood Suites was available and it was the greatest thing that could have happen to us that day. This hotel was in much better condition and the people were more friendly and helpful. "Great for short stay, better for long stay"
We only spent a night in this long-stay hotel. No breakfast was provided but the room had coffee and a coffee maker. The onsite store had cereal, milk and other breakfast goodies, so that wasn't a problem. The mini kitchen was well-equipped and the suite was very comfortable.
