Poor location, poor service, and poor room condition. The carpets was filthy, beer bottle caps and debris litter the floor. The room smell like cigarettes, even though this is supposely a non-smoking establishment. Do not stay in this hotel, I definitely recommend the Hampton Inn closely by.

The staff was very friendly. The holtel was very clean, up to date and comfortable over all.

Great service and very clean. Great nights stay and I really enjoy the new look of the hotel. Breakfast was served hot in the morning and served early. Will return and will recommend! Thanks!

Everyone was nice and helpfull. The hotel was spotless inside and out! I was impressed with the size of the room, and the bed was just great! I will stay here again!

The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average, not great. The staff was friendly.

A little difficult to get into and out of especially during rush hour, otherwise a good hotel.

Hotel was wonderful, very clean, and breakfast was great!!! Will definately stay here again.

Pleasant stay. Room clean and well-stocked. Front desk personnel very knowledgable about local business locations/directions. Arrived starving, of course. Greeted in lobby by three trays of freshly baked cookies! So soothing. Fab breakfast. Will recommend.

Modern, clean, friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay , very clean and staff very friendly. We love the comfort of the beds. Worth your money!

We were very pleased with our room. This was our 1st stay at this hotel, although we have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations in the past. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we were very pleased with the bed. The only negative, and this is not the hotels fault, is that someone in a room with a microwave heated something to a point […] of setting off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate while eating breakfast. Was a very cold morning and we had gone down without jackets, but the FD got there and gave the all clear. We normally stay at another motel down the street, but will make this our home away from home in Victoria from now on, especially since the other place has gone up on their price and is not nearly as nice or comfortable as this. our room was very clean and comfortable Mehr

I stayed here on business in Texas. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds are memory foam mattress, which, while I am not used to, were very comfortable and I slept very well all week long. The lighted pool and hottub were a nice touch, and the business center and breakfasts were very convienient. All in all I would definately […] stay here again! Mehr

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in the area. The front desk was a big help, they assissted us with fun locations to take our kids. They even suggested places to eat. The kids loved the pool, it was very clean. The room was very nice and clean. A great hotel to stay at. This was a nice hotel. A little pricey, I thought, for the area, but it was clean, the staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was not bad either. Selections included: cereal, yogurt, warm cinnamon rolls, biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon and bagels. I would book this hotel again.

I was there for only two nights but enjoyed them very much. The room was clean and bed was very comfy. I did not have much interaction with the staff other than at the check-in desk but that was very pleasant. There was no problem with parking, noise, room items, ect. If I am ever in Victoria, TX again, this is where I will be staying!!!

The "hot" breakfast of eggs, bacon, & sausage did not taste good. The "hot" breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express in Mineral Wells, TX where we stayed last was excellent.

Nice rooms! Wonderful breakfast selection! We enjoyed the pool.

The nicest Holiday Inn we've ever stayed in, by far. The beds are super comfy, lots of pillows & pillow-top mattresses. Nice size, pretty bath. Very pleased!
